"Form water from the air?" He said looking at her curiously. He tried to wave his hand hoping it would gather the moisture but it didn't. "I'm not sure if that is possible without powers."

"Your friend?" He said as he started to wipe the lotion off.
 
"Yes. She is a snow and ice powered-person! She can form our snow!" Cody exclaimed.
