Another one I like, and I am not Japanese, but I have studied authentic recipes. Is Japanese Curry. Did you know that each recipe is actually unique to each family? And what makes Japanese curry authentic is simply the way it is adapted in the family home.

It's 1:22 AM in the morning for me and suddenly I'm hungry after seeing this.

Just finished making a pot full of chicken curry ^_^ Curry is pretty much staple everyday dinner food for me, seeing I'm Indian :D I think one misconception many have about IndoPak curries is that they have to be mouth burning and fiery, but that's not the case o.o Otherwise I couldn't eat it!

I'd have taken a picture but my camera sucks.

Also, just want to add that I hate curry powder and never ever use it in my curries x.x

@Sen - I think I've seen them before. I've never actually tried Japanese curry but my friend was saying it's way different than Indian.
