Well introducing the evil spirit or something along those lines may be a start. Which would be telling us about the journey beginning. Hmm... But question is what else.

I definitely won't be on till late saturday maybe not at all that day really.

*gasps* wait! why isn't this a nice valentines day plot? Just kidding...no one needs that *laughed nerviously* that never happens in games anyway...

It involves a spirit and evil :3

Festival hehe Bunny ears.

So I'm now on a right track with the ideas on what it is.
Cool I think I'm finally able to not over think things. Which I seem to do a lot XD

What is it then, eh?

Oh I'm not sure I would probable screw up on the actual thing but I guess maybe I can take a guess.
Hmm...

Dimes maybe? Could be something more similar to Ganon though.

Ehhehehehe, I'm not telling ^^

This is a fun game, I like making people guess :3

Okay I'm cool with that. Anyone else wanting to through in another guess?
I'm not to great with guess usually so yeah...I enjoy throwing them out though at times.

Mwuahahahaha!! You'll never guess >:3

I usually don't. XD

I've had like extremely tough riddles or puzzles and I'll guess something deep and meaning full and then the answer was in the freaking question. One time a part of the answer was 'nothing'.

I guess the first thing I can guess is the evil spirit. I'll start with Ganon, similarity to Ganon at least. That's just me going once more off of video game thoughts.

Indeed, but Ganon's not exactly what I'm thinking of :3

I'll take that abdicated open spot! I need to make up my mind about a few things before I finish.

Name: Surma

Nickname:Surma of the Storms(semi-obscure)

Appearance:
Olive skinned. More literally than most cases.

Her eyes are amber, large, and heavily-lidded, their almond shape framed in kohl beneath thin and proudly-arching crimson eyebrows. Like most of her people, her nose is angular and prominent. Often she wears a toothy, bemused grin. Full lips. Perfect teeth, despite all logic being at sea(I guess Gerudo just have resilient teeth). A golden hoop earring hangs from one rounded ear while an owl-feathered piercing hangs from the other. A simple, black leather choker loops twice around her long and slender neck.

When at sea, she wears her hair down, a crimson mixture of loose locks and small bead-ended braids with a sideswept fringe partially covering the pewter-looking fixture that holds a topaz-like stone that almost appears to be embedded into her forehead.

Her build, like most Gerudo women's, is athletic.

She wears a green and black, geometrically patterned scarf with a blood-red choli. On her hands she wears matching dark purple fingerless leather gloves, one with the Gerudo symbol emblazoned on back in gold and the other with the symbol of the Triforce. Beneath these are bandages that cover the entirety of her forearms.

Her midriff remains customarily bare with a four-compartment brown leather belt slung over her waist. Her trousers are black and knickerbocker-like in both composition and fit. She trades the typical footwear of her people for a well broken in pair of peeling grayish white boots with gaiters. She sometimes wears a black leather riding coat, open, over this.

When among her people, she stands out less, wearing a red and black bedlah-like outfit with cubic pattern embroidery and slippers. Her hair is kept in the seemingly-standard high ponytail, her hair parted to fully reveal her forehead jewel. Unlike most desert Gerudo though, in addition to all of this, she wears a matching cloth duster and a peineta like comb with the Eye of Truth/Gossip Stone symbol etched into it with a thin mantle/veil covering the back of her head.

Age: A rather experienced and worldly 23.

Gender: Female

Species: Human [Gerudo].

Equipment:
Whip
Scimitar
small dagger

Artifact
The Eye of Truth.(Hey, it fits the concept. She'd want it) D'oh!
Nayru's Love(Not to be "LOL, I INVENSEEBO1!!!" but more for volunteering for the "Worf Effect" without dying. I imagine it works like in the game--the user is TEMPORARILY protected from damage but can still be knocked around.)
Bunny Hood (Even I'm not sure how serious I am about this)

Adventurer's Kit Contents:
A simple ocarina
Traveling tent with needle and thread for repair
Water canteen and Small Ration.
Flint rock.
Parchment.
Spyglass.
Rope.
Bag of Rupees. She doesn't carry much on her. That would just be asking to get robbed. Trust her. Being on the other end, she'd know. ;)

Personal History:
(Reworking these ideas into prose when I get back)
-Gerudo culture is sort of amicably split between pirates and dessert bandits due to past events.
- Surma is a desert raider who decided to give piracy a try during her late-to-middle teenage years
-She instead becomes obsessed with knowledge and secrets and aids the reclamation efforts in exchange for juicy gossip about Hyrule's secrets and opportunities to find the real treasures.
-Unfortunately, she hears a lot of lies mixed in with the truth so even she isn't sure how much she really knows about Hyrule's secrets.
-She eventually concludes most of the good legends are inland and decides to take a break from the sea to explore
-Ask GM for Approval: One of her only successes in searching for really deep Hyrule secrets was finding the notation for the Song of Storms. It is the only such song she has ever been able to find in all her travels, but she uses it effectively, most often as a means to throw off her enemies when engaged in ship-to-ship combat or to discourage pursuers on sea and land. She has even been hailed as a hero in some small backwater settlements for using it to end droughts. But as she doesn't have control over the length and severity of the storm, Surma took to using it only as a desperate measure, or so she said. It was only after she nearly drowned her entire crew by accident during her last time playing it that she seriously found herself afraid of using the song again. (I know this is pushing it, but sometimes I get carried away. I just liked this idea too much to drop it without asking. Besides if, the song is linked to PTSD for her, that relegates it mainly to something in her backstory that she can occasionally bluff about with no potential to mess with the story in the present. )

Other:

HEY LOOK! LISTEN! WATCH OUT!

Personality: Abnormally curious and ambitious for a Gerudo--save maybe Ganon. Playful arrogance. Fascinated by power. Would like to gain magic for herself. Can be potentially tempted or manipulated by promises of power and knowledge.

Probable Catchphrase: "I have heard stories of___ that ___. If this is true? I do not know for certain."

Role: I imagine her as a sort of nimble, rogue-ish fighter with some mild anti-hero tendencies(party member voted most likely to steal from the others yet regret it later[don't worry, I would only have her do it to the PC of someone who agrees to it]). Also, if we ever need to have the characters travel by ship or require a bunch of Gerudo redshirts to agree to escort us across a desert, it would make sense for her to be able to arrange something. I

Skills:
Desert survival, scouting, high heat tolerance(but inferior to a Goron's), sailing, horseback riding, archery, roping, intimidation, communicating by smoke signal, sleight of hand, general larceny. Trained to wield, polearms, darts, and daggers.

What newly opened slot?

And how it works would be in order of who's highest up on the list.

You can go ahead and make your character sheet in advance, but you can't play them until people drop out.

Name: Kage "Shadow" Hakeihs

Age: 22

Gender: Male

Species: Human [Shiekah]

Equipment:
35969-1-1368376831.jpg

An old, broken weapon of decent weight and rather large size, passed down through his family from father to son, it bears the crest of the Goron tribes, yet none alive know why.

Proof a Shiekah has obtained the highest rank of his respective clan, being a mark of what some could call a Chieftain or Master, proving that there is more to its owner than meets the eye.
It produces a special ward whenever danger is near, obscuring its owner from view, allowing them to either deliver the first strike invisibly or be given a chance to escape trouble with ease.
This power, however, takes a toll on the Shiekhan, preventing its use if they become too mentally or physically exhausted to maintain it.

zora_armor_link_by_akariun-d53gl50.jpg

Modeled after the Great Hero's aquatic armature, the armor worn by the Shiekhan is made of a dense, yet lightweight material, offering decent protection, yet still allowing nimble movement, its one downside being that, unlike its original, it does not allow the wearer to breathe underwater, instead having a limited air supply hidden in the chest plate in an attempt to mimic this ability.

A variation of the Biggoron's Sword
Golden Gauntlets ((or upgradable gauntlets, if you prefer) to wield the former in such a way as to utilize its true potential)
A version of the Beetle (for reconnaissance, if allowed)

Adventurer's Kit Contents: (Stuff your character carries with them from the start of the story. Dot jots will do just fine. Max of 6 items, but you can't start with any legendary items or magic artifacts.)
  • Kunai
  • Deku Nuts
  • Caltrops
  • Guitar

Personal History:
When the Millennia of Light began, a mighty artifact was entrusted to she Shiekah people, yet it was badly damaged during transport, falling down the mountain and becoming wedged between two enormous boulders, the blade snapping from the crude attempt at removing it from its prison, causing only the hilt holding a fraction of the blade being able to be recovered. The remnants of this once powerful weapon were passed down through the generations to each Shiekhan, being a symbol of both their loyalty to the Royal Family, as well as their shame for destroying such a once magnificent weapon. The weapon's name has been lost through time, yet it is now known as the Goron's Tear, expressing their deep regret that they still hold to this day. Nearly a millennium later, the great blade has made it's way into the hands of owner after owner, its past now mere rumor and superstition, lost in the sands of time, and its state nothing more than a large, rust-covered hunk of metal sitting upon a Goron crested handguard given to the Shiekhan upon officially taking up his title.

Kage was born in the line directly descended from the first Shiekhan, who was given this role upon unifying the Shiekah villages scattered across New Hyrule nearly a millennia ago, making him heir to a powerful bloodline, despite the villages having become separated once again due to a dispute for leadership after the Shiekhan passed. Kage was raised to be like the Shiekah of old, learning all the essential skills to become a proper protector of the Royal Family, as his village had done since the Fifth Century of Light. Kage excelled at every task put before him, easily outwitting his instructors fairly early on with his wit and ingenuity, forcing them to put him through higher level training intended for students years older than him, eventually passing them as well, becoming the youngest Shiekah in many years to have completed his training at such a young age.

When he became an adult, his father fell ill, his sickness seemingly incurable due to the tribe attempting all they could to get him back on his feet to no avail. Hearing word of a special herb said to cure any illness, Kage sought out the plant, discovering the rumors to be a false lead, returning home to his father on his death bed. His father told him to take up his armor and weapon and seek out his destiny, leaving the village in his hands as he died with a smile upon his face, tightly clasping his son's hand before his own fell to the floor. Kage was devastated up until the day he was given his title, vowing to watch over and protect his village with his life, becoming the youngest Shiekhan to date. After several years of getting used to his new role, Kage took to surveying the lands of New Hyrule, meeting with the heads of other Shiekah villages in an attempt at a fragile peace, yet dark clouds loom on the horizon, signalling the coming of evil, with Kage ready to fight Darkness with Shadow.

Sorry, a lot went on yesterday, and it took me a few hours to work on it after I finally got back and calmed down from stuff with family.

Indeed, but Ganon's not exactly what I'm thinking of :3
Obviously, the villain of the opening episode (and secretly the true villain of the entire RP, which will not be revealed until way later) is....TINGLE!

I mean, seriously, let's reflect on Tingle's acts for a moment, shall we?

- The first time you meet him in WW: he's in jail. It's never explained exactly why this was, but from the total lack of jails anywhere else in the entire world (sans the FF, which is evil and therefore does not count) and how shoddy it is (it looks like it was built extremely fast), one could argue that the thing was built specifically for him. Obviously, this is a bad sign -- apparently he has done something so heinous not even the Zelda universe inhabitants could forgive him.

Now, let's look at his known actions...
- He's forcing his own family member into menial labor/slavery, all to boost his own ego. What's even worse, a random stranger that just happened to was ashore one day was forced to share the same fate.
- When you use the Tingle Tuner (which is forced into your inventory the moment you free Tingle), you may notice that all items are horribly overpriced, considering their effects. 20 rupees for a three-heart restoration (Red Ting)? 40 for a small bit of magic (Green Ting)? 80 for both, even though using both a Red and Green Ting on their own would be cheaper (Blue Ting)?! No, thank you, you scamming green demon! Also, note that the most important reason for the fact that you were given the Tingle Tuner in the first place was so that Tingle could collect some golden statues.
- Finally, when you're trying to find the Triforce Shards (you know to save the !@$% WORLD!), he charges you such a high price that no normal human being could ever pay for it. The only reason Link can is if he has found a Wallet Upgrade soewhere, which involves the blessing of a Great Fairy of some kind.

Apparently Tingle will only help you if there's something in it for him. This makes him no better than the average demon of many folk tales at best, and no better than main villains at the worst.
