Law and Order: Special Victims Unit RP - Trial 15 in Play OOC

:Plot:
Detectives Sonny Carisi and Amanda Rollins, just a couple of days ago, had gotten handed a case that was new to them, but known to several others within the precinct walls of the 16.
- 2 days ago -
Rollins is sitting at her desk when she catches eye of someone dropping a letter off at the door and then that someone leaves without a word. She motions to Carisi and who saw the letter being put on the floor at the doorway as well. He gets up and goes to pick the letter up and looks to who it was sent to and sees that it was sent to all of them. He then turns to eye Rollins again and then Carisi turns to eye Fin too before he opens the letter. Sonny starts to read it and then when he finishes looking the message in the letter over he turns to the two detectives in front of him and says "Get the lieutenant. Now."
Fin does as Carisi says and goes to knock on Olivia's office door and get her to come out to where Carisi is. In the meantime Amanda approaches Sonny and says "Carisi what is it? What in the world did you read?"
Sonny looks to her and says "This letter said that the one being accused raped someone again, and in the past has gotten away with the same action 14 times. The one who wrote the letter said that there was physical proof nearly each and every time and yet the accused one always walked out. That the two previous prosecutors from this unit in the past years would throw everything that they had in their corner and each and every single time the defense would win and all 7 victims suffered time and time again over and over.
Amanda Rollins blinked her eyes in shock and just then Olivia comes out and over to them and says "Can I see the letter Carisi?" He nods and gives the letter to her and Benson reads it over carefully. She then looks to see the picture of the one accused of the rape and says blinking her eyes and then turning to Detective Tutuola and showing him the picture too. "It's him. He attacked and raped again. This is the 15th time" And then she says as she shows the photo of the victim. "And he attacked someone new." To which Fin says "Say what now? And then he takes a closer look at the photo of the victim deducing that it was indeed a new target of this rapist."
- Present day -
Carisi and Rollins are arriving out to the Bronx on Olivia's orders as well as Barba's, their destination being the South Bronx Boarding School, which the one who sent the letter, the 15 year old son of the one being accused, and the oldest of 14 children, all the children younger than him being half brothers and half sisters of his, them all being his father's kids, but none of the younger kids having the same mother as the 15 year old who wrote to SVU about his dad's recent offence.

OC Character - Tate Hollister:
Tate Hollister 27 years old, and almost 28 years old, is the much younger and full brother of Olivia Benson, Olivia and Tate being 21 years and 3 months apart in age, and the cause of his coming to be born was the same as his sister's. He is also the younger half-brother of Simon Marsden. While growing up Tate lived with his mom until he was 11 years old. During while she raised Tate for as long as she could handle, Serena didn't want Tate to have her last name, due to how he came to be her son, so due to that Tate had to take his father's last name instead. He never revealed anything to his older sister Olivia or his older brother Simon to this day, and is still keeping it under wraps. The only one he's told when he was a child about his identity verbally were his long time sense childhood friend Kathleen Stabler, therefore her father Elliot Stabler knows about him through his daughter, and Brian Cassidy himself found out about Tate when Tate escaped his home at 11 years in age, after his mom lost control after having drank 5 bottles of wine, and due to the drinking and the state she was in saw Tate looking like his father a bit too much for her taste one night and struck out at him and slashed his shoulder open with a broken bottle she had dropped earlier breaking it in half. The cut was very bad and Tate was bleeding the whole way but he made it to the Special Victims Unit doors before he passed out. Tate's friend Kathleen, who was at the precinct with her dad that night, due to Kathy and the twins visiting her mother and Kathleen having been sick and out of school that day so having to stay home, and Maureen off with a couple of friends since the night before, hears Tate's drop against the door, goes to open it, sees him unconscious on the steps and bleeding badly, and screams to alert her father Elliot Stabler and Brian Cassidy to come rushing down to her to see what she was screaming and in tears for, and coming upon the scene, Brian nearly collapses but quickly checks to see if Tate's still alive, which he is but barely. Elliot gets his daughter calmed a little bit with the knowledge that Tate made it to them alive and then he leaves her with Cassidy and rushes Tate to the hospital after tying his wound closed temporarily to make it so he doesn't lose to much more blood while Elliot transports him. And after 5 blood transfusions and having the huge ripped cut on his shoulder stitched up Tate managed to survive that nightmare of a night. In the present day, with the scar on his right shoulder from his attack he received by his mother, which kind of looks like a barbed wire tattoo and a pretty wicked one at that, Tate having graduated the police academy along with Kathleen who graduated a year after Tate did, he works undercover most of the time and fill in jobs as an extra detective when needed, for the rest, as he's currently not stationed at any one precinct on a permanent basis, while Kathleen is stationed in Queens SVU. Most of Tate's undercover jobs are in narcotics where he partners with Brian Cassidy mainly, and then when he does Fill in jobs as an extra where ever summoned, it's mostly rape crime cases to which he partners with Kathleen Stabler. Due to not being permanently based, Tate has several cheap apartments in which he rents, having one in the Bronx, one in Manhattan near to the SVU Precinct 16 where his sister Olivia is, one in Queens near the Stabler residence, and even one over the state line in Jersey near his brother Simon sense he sometimes works with the precinct near him as well.

OC Character - Huckel Barba:
Huckel is part of a Twin set and is the younger of the twins between him and his brother. He is 10 years old and the son of Rafael Barba and Yelina Munos, being the surprise result of a one night stand. Yelina has yet to tell the step father of her sons, her husband Alex Munos, about Huckel and his twin' brother s true paternity, their real father being Rafael Barba, so Alex is still unaware and he thinks still that Huckel and his twin belong to him. Huckel though is horribly terrified of Alex, having been afraid somewhat of him anyway from the beginning but having become even more deeply afraid of him during and after Alex's trial after he was accused of rape and caught and charged.

OC Character - Olly Barba:
Olly is part of a twin set and is the older of the twins between him and his brother Huckel. He is 10 years old and the son of Rafael Barba and Yelina Munos, being the surprise result of a one night stand. While somewhat intimidated by their step-father Alex, he isn't as afraid of him to the same extreme as his younger twin brother Huckel is. In fact while Huckel became more afraid of Alex after the trial two years before, Olly became fiercely enraged at Alex over it and still is. He doesn't like the fact that Alex cheated on his mom like he did and has a lot much less respect of him because of it, whether or not his mom is still married to him and Alex is his step-father.
