Thinking about it now, there are only two things that I regret about

One is that I most likely won't be able to give you a birthday present.

Another one is the clothes that I wanted to show to you but is being wasted.

Another one is, that I must say goodbye to you.

Ah, this would be the third one.

Oh well.
