I've been itching to work with this one character of mine. He's a bio-engineering experiment gone wrong that was in the midst of being shipped to a special lab to be contained for further study, but as you can guess something onshore wrong and he washes up on the beach of a town miles away.
This guy is a strange mutant that's part human, part octopus and part lamprey with some deep sea creatures thrown in there and the mouth of a lamprey. (a lot of teeth) He's capable of a lot of weird shit, yet his most dangerous quality is his intelligence.
The town will refer to him as Lamprey Man, but your character may give him whatever nickname they wish.
