This game's overall theme is shared between kung fu fighting and the interplay of forbidden love with rivalries between heated factions and as such will be heavily character driven— meaning you get to decide how fierce the fights are, how tragic the love will become I will provide the breadcrumbs to keep you from being lost in the forest of melodrama.
What this entails is all those sappy, melodramatic, Lifetime original movie and Hallmark notions about love, betrayal, loyalty and perseverance over the obstacles that restrain you from expressing your love to your most hated rival is going to be all over the place like the vomit of a virulently ill toddler but also that you lament the impossibility of your love while simultaneously having an extravagant, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon-style fight scene with the very target of your affections and then you misstep on a rake which smacks you in the face and they laugh at you and then you feel awful.

For you, the average Iwaku RPer, the most perplexing descriptor for this game may be "wuxia". To start, Wuxia (武俠) is a genre of Chinese literature in which the philosophies of martial arts and its practitioners are in heavy focus along with a distinct chivalrous code akin to Japanese bushido. But this will be explained in its own section.
This game's overall theme is shared between kung fu fighting and the interplay of forbidden love with rivalries between heated factions and as such will be heavily character driven— meaning you get to decide how fierce the fights are, how tragic the love will become I will provide the breadcrumbs to keep you from being lost in the forest of melodrama.
What this entails is all those sappy, melodramatic, Lifetime original movie and Hallmark notions about love, betrayal, loyalty and perseverance over the obstacles that restrain you from expressing your love to your most hated rival is going to be all over the place like the vomit of a virulently ill toddler but also that you lament the impossibility of your love while simultaneously having an extravagant, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon-style fight scene with the very target of your affections and then you misstep on a rake which smacks you in the face and they laugh at you and then you feel awful.
