Ms. Jung, the woman walking up front, turned and cleared her throat as she looked out at the students. Having most the students attention already, the clearing of her throat gained everybody's silent attention. "Good afternoon, students." She began as she opened up a small grey folder. Ms. Jung pulled out a thick stack of white papers and set them down on the table in front of her before continuing. "In six weeks there will be three scouting agencies, WoongEnt, SMEnt, and JYPEnt, coming to interview students here. They will be looking for students with acting, singing, and dancing skills. All students here with such skills will be eligible to audition for the agencies after filling out these papers." She finished with a hand motion to the stack of papers and newly placed pencils in front of her. Brushing a wrinkle out of her skirt, Ms. Jung looked out over the now stirring and excited crowds before nodding slightly as her finish sign and slipping past a few chairs to exit the room.
Once Ms. Jung had left the room, the students relaxed and once again filled the room with chatter. People began getting up to get a piece of paper to look over. It was a simple sheet of paper explaining where to go online and sign up. There were a few brief rules but most of the information would be found online.
Leaning back in his chair, Taehyun crossed his arms as he watched the announcement lady, Ms. Jung, make her way to the front of the lunch room. Though he acted uninterested to keep his 'cool' carefree image, Taehyun was very interested in becoming an idol. One of the reasons he was here was to become famous, and this just might be his chance for the next step. Once Ms. Jung had left Taehyun hesitated to go get a paper. He looked across and down at a few people that were talking about going up to get the papers, deciding to have them go get a paper for him also. "Hey, get me one too." He ordered casually, only glancing down their way now.
One of the boys nodded in answer and he was designated to go get the papers. He hurried back with the papers and handed one to Taehyun before sitting back down with his friends.
Chaelin gasped as she ate. "America?" She repeated. "That's so cool! Do both of you speak english really well?" She asked, filling her spoon with more rice and a few side dishes. Before Raesub or Yonghwa could answer, Ms. Jung had began to speak, bringing Chaelin's attention to her. "Oh, this will be great! I wonder if it's a solo thing or there will be groups?" She whispered to her table-mates as Ms. Jung spoke. When Ms. Jung finished, Chaelin turned back to her table and continued eating. "Wow! This will be awesome! A great way to meet new people and scope out talented people!" She exclaimed, thinking of all the possibilities. She wasn't a very good dancer, but she was great at singing and maybe someone else could teach her to dance! Chaelin looked at the others to listen to their replies.
