Emmanuel thinks about catching a bus but decides to walk instead.
He figures that way he'll be more likely to stumble across somewhere new to eat. He's still getting to know the town since he moved here for school. With his leather bag slung low across his side he heads down a few blocks before a smell gets to him. It's warm and slightly familiar. He peeks up to the sign on the building and kind of smiles to himself. It advertises authentic Indian cuisine but he's made that mistake with curry in a few different places. He steps in and takes an open seat then starts flipping through the menu as a waiter checks on him. He smiles, nods, then tells him that he's going to go ahead with the yellow curry and some iced tea. He thinks about pulling out his book to read and study a bit more while he's waiting but instead he texts his roommate to see if he wants him to bring anything home. Ryan can be a bit of a shut in but he's a cool guy. A little awkward at times but maybe that's just from being focused.
