- Adventure stories! They can be fantasy, modern, sci-fi, all kinds! Give me some good world travel stories and I'm all over it! I also enjoy romance stories and even though I tend to play females I love playing gay men.
Zypher felt a buzzing in his pocket as he stepped away from the others in the ballroom. He pulled out a sensor that connected to his space pod and flicked it open, looking at the contents.

"That's strange I thought it was powered off...maybe the AFTA station appearing turned it back on..." He spoke under his breath so the others nearby wouldn't overhear. He took a few moments to read over the scanning report. At the end of it his jaw nearly dropped to the ground. He quickly flicked his sensor shut and grabbed Westy, pulling her off to a quiet room. If his readings were correct he couldn't let anyone know of it except Westy. He did trust her after all.
"I just got word that a piece of history has bled through from another timeline...one very familiar to me..." He began to explain, his eyes looking at Westy but not really seeing her, he was searching his brain for the memories he needed.
The large doors were open to the refuge, Zypher barely aged 11 stepped into the town center of Moonwings, draperies proclaiming fun, frivolity and excitement hung from the posts. People wandered about, meeting and discussing their adventures, their lives anything. Zypher was in awe. At various points throughout the city stood grand crystal towers beaming in the warm sunlight. At his side was Kurushimi and their guide, who had only arrived a week or so earlier in the wondrous city was Stella. Together the three of them delved into what the city of Moonwings had to offer.
Years passed and Zypher made new friends, and began learning under the tutelage of one of Contessa Diana's knights, Sable. He learned much from his teacher and worked towards defending the city, even after his friends that he came to the city with had moved on to other lands. During this time Moonwings flourished and shone brighter then the very crystal towers that stood around its borders. The people were happy and Zypher was proud of the duty he was doing for the Contessa.
One day Zypher awoke to find that the Contessa had left to lands beyond the walls of the city and discontent had grown throughout the people, squabbles broke out, friends turned bitter against one another, and Zypher lost hope that he could do anything to help. He couldn't even stand to wear his armor and felt like a failure to the Contessa and the city of Moonwings. He locked himself away in his room in the guard's crystal tower and there he remained working when he could with Sable and anyone else he felt he could trust and when the war broke out Zypher took no side, remaining out of the way.
Finally the Contessa ended the war and brought a new ally to Moonwings, from where Zypher had no clue until he had left AFTA and found Iwaku. He was untrusting of the peace still and remained quiet but aided in the rebuilding of Moonwings where he could.
It didn't take long for Zypher to come to the same conclusion that the Contessa had, which was the people of Moonwings had become too corrupted and that the city must be left behind. The AFTA Space Station, powered by some of the strongest minds left in Moonwings, was created using SpaceK technology and wasn't created a moment too soon. A riot broke out as the city began to burn and those that wished to leave boarded the station and with one last look Zypher said goodbye, the final one to board the station.
For some time the AFTA station was a power like no other and Zypher resumed his duties now as a full fledged knight under Diana's rule, but slowly the people of AFTA became complacent or left, and Zypher was called to Diana's chamber where she ordered Zypher to go to Iwaku in the hopes that he would find any of her old allies, a few of which were left unnamed.
"Yes Contessa, I will do as you ask." He bowed to her and headed away from her chambers to the observation deck, peering down at the planet that Iwaku was on. From what he could see there was one large settlement and there, he decided, he would land and survey the land and report back to Diana. He boarded his space pod and strapped himself in.
"It started with the gate of Moonwings and nine years later I start fresh with this land..." He muttered to himself as the rocket boosters jettisoned him away from the AFTA station heading off course straight towards the forest.
"So the Spire is from Moonwings, and if I'm correct it looks like the one that housed the guards, some of my old equipment must still be there, it's important that I go investigate. After all, it is home." Zypher focused back on Westy's face. Without another word he reloaded his pistols and walked back out into the main floor of the ballroom, offering a deep bow to Diana.
"Enjoy your ball Mi'lady, it appears a part of our past has returned and I intend to claim it back for ourselves." He smiled half-heartedly and turned on his heel again, marching out of the ballroom and back into the ruins of Iwaku City.
