There it was.
Home.
Well, it was close enough to a home for those who inhabited it.

Sure, maybe some of these weren't all blood-related, but why should that matter?
Friends, enemies, rivals, besties, companions, lovers, gamers, musicians, artists, geeks, nerd, writers, readers, philosophers, scientists, mathemeticians, producers, singers, dancers, fighters, whatever, whoever they were,
they were
family.
No, wait, not were, are. They are family.
They're OUR family.

The insanity, the drama, the comedy, the suspense, the love, the action, the tears, the smiles, the laughter, the dread.
This is

Iwaku Apartments.

I had it.
And here it is.

I'm thinking this would be a Jump-In.
So then anyone can come in whenever, and leave whenever.

Basically,
Iwaku members live in this GIANT apartment.
Diana is the landlord I would think.. - w- But that is upto her, of course.~

I don't know what titles people would have.
Because.
THAT IS UPTO THEM.<3

The area would be a semi-busy neighborhood/city/thing.
Like, not Chicago or New York feel.
But more of.. small stores and bakeries all around, people on bikes riding, people saying hello often and knowing each other.
But it is near a busy city too.
And it is also near a quiet part of town with nature.
It is whatever you want it to be.
IT IS MAGICAL.

But, actually, everyone is human. - w-
Time-traveling is okay. If someone time-traveled.
I guess. > w>'

But..
it'd be neat if everyone played themselves. :3 You know?
Like,
the basic concept,
WHAT IF
We all lived in an apartment together as our Iwaku selves.
You know?

I DUNNO.

Because then I really would bake cookies for everyone and knit socks for your cold feets!

Edit: Oh and there should be a community room for everyone to hang out.
 
And then I really COULD huggle everyone and have Mur Zombies... AND HAVE DANCE PARTIES 24/7!

And curl up in people's laps....
 
I will slink around and be shy and say hi to people and oooooh I like this idea!
AND I WILL EAT ALL ELYD'S COOKIES.
And play my music too loud!

Post this before the Sci-Fi festival's over and I have to play a sandwich.
 
Pfffft. I'm not starting it until I'm home for the summer. :P So that's for a while.~

The rent thing.. I dunno. - w- Whoever wants to play the Landlord -DIANA, YOU SHOULD DO EET 8D- would decide this.~ <3

Nah, if Diana was the landlord, it would be a half-way house or something, she'd let us stay without us having to pay, and then she'd kick us out when she got fed up.

WAIT. WHAT IF DIANA HAD A HALFWAY HOUSE AS OUR NEIGHBORS!?

AND WE JOINED AND BECAME ONE BUILDING?!

Or what if WE were the halfway house?!

WHAT IF WE'RE A MENTAL INSTITUTION!?!

IS THIS REAL LIFE?!
 
8D NOPE.

I was thinking super big apartment.
With a common room on each floor.
Elevators, stairs.
Pool, hot tub, sauna, garden.
Like super nice.
BUT.
Not in like an upscale place.
 
I would like to play~ ^O^

Seems like fun. I could skulk around and... Do stuff ^^ Mainly sit in my room and eat crackers.

Ok so do we play as RL selves or our OOC persona? Not a large difference, but their is some. How realistic is it?
 
I own apartments AND I work at a half-way house. 8D I'm that badass.

Also, I dun have time to play, but you are welcome to NPC me as a busy absentee landlord. XD

I want a small room sort of half-hidden underground. With windows, please.
