Keone was surprised by the eagerness of people to for a scouting team. With Alfred, Julius, Sekani and Bref all eager to join in, they'd probably be good on that front. She also like Aio's suggestion to mark certain areas. "We can carve marks in the walls if needed, but mapping the area as well would be even more ideal." That said, Keone herself wasn't particularly gifted in cartography. It sounded more like something Rabbit, as a navigator, would know how to do, or Bell, who she knew had fairly good penmanship in drawing and writing. "Bell, Rabbit, would either of you be able to make a map of the place as we're going through it?
Aquila showed up late, asking what he missed. "Not a lot, we're just preparing by getting supplies and information." However, there was one thing she figured he could still help with, she slithered up to him (and partially around) to whisper. "I'm also trying to set-up an advantage on negotiating ownership of certain parts of the treasure so that we'll start off with the proverbial high ground once we're done. If you've got any additional plans or tricks, feel free to join in." She knew he was fairly diplomatic and had been captain of his own, so he might have some good input.
As for Remy's suggestion, she frowned. Simply triggering traps seemed a little too brute-forced in a tomb that wasn't known for its structural integrity. She couldn't quite make sense of where Rabbit was going, so she decided to add to the reply with her own words. "If the tomb were in a better condition, I'd agree with you, but from what I've gathered, we might just risk collapsing the entire thing on top of those that survived if we try to brute-force the traps. You've got a good point with regards to the beasts though, we shouldn't underestimate them. I'd be better for the scouting group to scout only a single room or hallway ahead, as to not split up our group too much and risk being overrun by the beasts."
Bell was quick to come up with a request, which she figured she could wriggle in there. "Good idea, I'll see what I can do." She turned back to the Collian leader. "Ah, on top of the previous things, some people in our group can read ancient scripts, so if you guys made any notes during the explorations so far, we'd like to have a copy of them. They might contain information about the beasts or traps that we'll be up against, or about the layout of the tomb. We're even willing to tell you anything we might figure out that you hadn't already managed to, especially considering we might end up in areas you guys haven't yet been too and learn more from them." She figured the Collians might not be eager to share their notes, so as a token of good-will, she'd offered the latter suggestion to exchange knowledge for knowledge, hoping he'd take the bite.
