Where I can display pictures for different characters for people to see and add to existing albums from time to time. Without worry of getting taken down for being RP/not ooc real person. Preferably allowing suggestive/lingerie pictures.
 
Wordpress has a free blog for doing things like making characters pages and image hosting - so does Wix. (Sometimes you have to click around to find the free plans)
