I do tend to play pregnant women in a good percentage of my Rps, so I figured I'd ask although it is probably a silly question. Never hurts to ask I guess.

No, I don't think it's explicitly sexual material to play a pregnant woman. (:

Sexually explicit would essentially be anything that mentions genitalia, within a sexual situation. Pregnancy doesn't factor into that. The act of GETTING pregnant would, but otherwise, unless you're going into graphic graphic graphic birth details, I think you're probably okay ;-)
