I'm an introverted realist. Since that wasn't an option I just checked introvert, and didn't answer the optimist/pessimist part.

Introvert. I was painfully shy as a kid, fortunately that is less now. (But I never got rid of that image with my family, though...) I do still enjoy my alone time better than spending it with others. Socialising with others tires me out, socialising for too long, or being forced to do so in the early morning, makes me snappy.

As for the other question. I'm definitely a pessimist. I always anticipate the worst to happen and generally am not the one to go for if someone is in need of some encouraging words and a little sunshine. Though I've been getting better at being less discouraging. I can spew out some optimistic nonsense, but I generally don't believe in it.

Introvert and pessimist. It's not as though I hate being around other people, but I can't stand to do the social scene like others. I much prefer one person to have a good chat with rather than being in a big group.

Frankly, I think my pessimism serves me well. I was quite worried an essay I had done would turn out poorly, possibly to the point of failing by technicality (as in lacking some small citation that was necessary to get basic achievement or some horseshit). I got an A for that essay.

Alternatively, I once thought I had done quite well on a test. I failed it abysmally :D

Introvert VS Extrovert

I voted Introverted, but honestly that's only in regards to RL interactions.

When it comes to online I try to involve myself everywhere, so I consider myself very Extroverted in that sense.
And when it comes to RL interactions, the introverted isn't even any *desire* to be alone.
I love hanging out with people, it's rare to find a time I don't want to.

It's just that naturally, friends are usually busy so I often end up spending a lot of time at home.
That, and even though I do love social interaction, I don't lose anything by being alone. I don't have some itch nagging me for not doing so like Extroverts do.
Socializing is just a nice treat/bonus for me.

Optimist VS Pessimist

I voted Pessimist, but that's because I adopt a "Hope for the best, prepare for the worst" idea.
More accurately I would describe my perspective as "Realist", but it wasn't an option.

So although I do always hope for the best, I prepare for and expect the worst as a safety precaution.
And ultimately I ended up to vote Pessimist there because that's what I'm actually acting on and reasoning on.
I mean, obviously I want things to go well, every pessimist does. But it doesn't mean I'm expecting it, or acting as if it's guaranteed or anything either.

-----------

In other words, Introverted Pessimist.
But it would be more accurate to say "Introvert with Extrovert desires, who is a Realist".

I think I share traits of both an introvert and an extrovert. I am, however, pessimistic.

Extroverted realist...?

Honestly, I'm kind of a happy medium between introverted and extroverted since I consider myself neither.

Hello lovelies, I'm an optimistic outgoing introvert! A contradiction you say? Not so much! Even if you accuse me of being all sunshine and rainbows, I'm not! I still suffer from bouts of self doubt, loneliness, and harsh reality kicking my ass....

Oh, wait, you're no confused by the optimistic part, but by the outgoing introvert! Well, follow this handy link to find out more!

Im emotionally extrovert, socially introvert. Or some stuff Like that. I can't remember what my shrink said.
