Interview with a Character.

(lulz my baby Asher woot woot

In the middle of watching PewDiePie playing Erie and HOLy Sh*t i mean GEZUS! I dislike all the moaning cats hes finding.. Gawd I'm such a cat lover I'm gonna cry or something...)

Asher walked into the room a bit fidgety. After rolling his shoulders and relaxing, he grabbed a chair and sat on it backwardly. The back at his front and his legs spread around it casually. Asher rested his crossed arms on the top of the chair. The cigarette in his mouth left some smoke hanging in the air above, leaving a haze.

The Interviewer's Questions:

Please tell me about yourself.

Asher sighed and pulled his skull themed beanie off of his bleached-blond hair, running a hand through it. "About myself... Let's see.. I'm seventeen years old. I'm in high school as a freshman. I'd characterize myself as a bully until you get to know me, I guess..." He tipped the chair backwards a bit in thought. "I smoke probably every day. I think I go through a pack a day, maybe.." He tapped his cigarette on the top of the chair, getting rid of the ashes which floated down to the floor below. The cigarette was just about out, so he smothered it on the back of his neck, like usual. "Hm I ran away from home. Yeah I know it's kind of lame, but I couldn't stay there anymore with them. Dad a drunk and abusive with mother who sat back and did NOTHING. At least I had my sister..." Asher shook his head as he placed the beanie back on his head, his messy bangs getting in his face. "I killed her......" Asher stopped talking and waited for the interviewer to continue the questions.

What is a typical day like for you?

Asher cleared his throat "Well I wake up in the morning, take my anti-depressant, eat food sometimes. Most of the time I either just drink a coke or have a smoke." Asher explained, lighting another cigarette. After taking a puff, he continued. "Then I do whatever basically. Maybe go to class. Probably skip.. Although I suppose she wouldn't approve of me doing that..." Asher tipped the chair forward then backward before placing it back properly. "If I decide to go to class I probably wouldn't pay any attention. And if I decide not to go, I would probably walk around. Or plan pranks or someone to beat up." Asher paused, thinking. "Then in the end of the day, maybe eat dinner and take my second anti-depressant, and then finally get to sleep. Repeat following days." Asher ended.

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?

"When I'm not smoking?" Asher asked. he thought for a few moments. "Probably sit around. That or go beat someone up. Then again I could also be planning my next prank for a classroom or something." Asher gave a hearty laugh at what he'd said.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?

"Planning my next prank or who I would beat up next." Asher answered without a doubt. "I don't think I see college in my future. But y'know.. That's fine. I can just work with my GED, Good Enough Diploma." Asher joked. "Y'know, I've contemplated the military, but my grades just.... Nope... I'd like to, but... And I think I'm too scrawny anyways." Asher shook his head doubting himself.

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?

Asher paused his movements. His cigarette tip giving off a small glow as he inhaled through it. After coughing out another puff of smoke, he spoke up. "Nah. The only one closest to that was her...." Asher sighed. After putting out his cigarette, he lit a third and stood up. Roughly placing the chair back to its original place, he gave a final look to the interviewer. "What a waste of my time.." he mumbled as he left impatiently.

Nova, a blue haired boy with somewhat modern clothing, a short sword at his waist and a Amethyst pendant around his neck, comes into the room and takes a seat.
He keeps eye contact, keeps his serious attitude and begins to speak with a calm tone in his voice.
Good day. My name is Nova. Thank you for your interest. Let's talk a little shall we?
Nova leans back in his seat and listens to what the wanderer says.
Please tell me about yourself.
Sure. Uhm... I would like to keep my past where it belongs. Let's just say that some things are better not remembered. I put those things behind me and live in the present.
I am 19 years young, a Adventurer and i live in the Medieval, Industrial, and sometimes in the Modern era. How i do this? You are not the only one who can manipulate time and space. Although it is probably easier for you to do then it is for me.

As many other adventurers, i know how to defend myself. And to do so, i am well trained in basic material arts, swordsmanship, and usage of my special power. The Chaos Force. I'll tell you more about it but lets move on for now.

What is a typical day like for you?
Now that is a good question. It depends on what happens around me.

The most usual day i can think of is simple: I wake up at a INN or a set up camp, hunt, fish or collect berries, roots or herbs for breakfast and enjoy the area around me as i eat. It may be difficult sometimes, but i don't like to spend money for things i can get for free.
After a quick warm up to keep my body in top form, i take a look at my map and decide where to go. You would not believe what you can find if you walk through areas where no roads are.
I do almost the same at afternoon and evening. For the night, i ether walk to the closest INN or set up a camp. The next day repeats just like this.

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?
*sigh* Do you have any idea how much is going on in this world? You probably do, but i sometimes feel like i am attracted by those things. Bandits who rob the people and take hostages, sudden climate changes that make deserts freeze and lakes drying up, corridors of time and space that allow creatures from different times and worlds enter our world. Let's just say i have seen a lot okay?

Many bad things happen, and even though there is no material award for it most of the time, i do whatever i can to help.
It's a little strange for me though. You see... My chaos force is stronger when something happens. So the day the world is at peace, i will be just like any other human. I have to admit that i have mixed feelings about that.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?
I have... no idea. I guess i will keep doing what i do now, but there is no way to know that right?

Although... i do hope that i can live in peace someday. It's not like i am not enjoying to fight strong opponents, think about complex problems and how to solve the, meet new people and make friends, but this life is tiring sometimes.

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?
Suddenly, he blushed at that question and was obviously loosing his calm attitude.
Wha-What kind of question is that? Don't ask those things out of the blue.
Nova cleared his throat and became calmer again.
Sorry. You kinda caught me off guard with that one.
There actually is someone. A beautiful young archer. Her name is Haru Kei and she means a lot to me. It's quite a story how we met. Wanna hear it? It's not the usual "meet and love story", i can guarantee you that.

Leaning back in his seat again to relax, he awaited her response.

The Interviewer's Questions:

"Damn it, now what've I gotten myself into?" he was in no position to be answering someone else's questions, but for the simple comfort of them getting to know him better, he figured; he may as well be in a state of cooperation.

Please tell me about yourself.

"Well shit, I'm not sure what there is you want to know..." grumbled the monolith who's chocolate irises had cast the reflection of the questioner upon staring them down. Rolling his shoulders in some vitric symmetry, his chest boasted in convection from a deep inhale, followed by his inquiry of: "Are you sure you want to know more about me? I assure you I'm a boring person..." but this wasn't appearing to work. "Look, I'm trying to persuade you into telling me I don't have to do this damn questionnaire. I don't like talking about myself, I'd rather you just... whatever." he grumbled upon his lips falling into a frown, clearly; he wasn't up for this, at all. Exuding a slow, drawn out breath, he finally spoke up. "Well, my name is Aleksander, the middle child of three siblings, my father is deceased, I never knew my mother, and I can't find my dumb ass brother anywhere. He disappeared on me, and now I'm just here alone. Yes, I strongly indulge in bad habits."

What is a typical day like for you?

"I wake up out of bed, beside the girl who I fucked the brains out of last night, light up a jay, and take it to the face before I go and handle my morning business, such as using the toilet, getting up, washing my face, or jumping in the shower. Then I'll go start on brewing some coffee, and by that time, she's usually awake, so I'll start cooking breakfast. Good thing my girls are kinky, 'cause she usually wakes up with a hunger for something else, so to my surprise, she joins me in the kitchen, and we're at it again before you can say 'chicken pot pie' five times fast." he inhaled a deep breath and reached into his pocket, retrieving some ivory cylinder before adorning his lips with it, and producing a bright red lighter, he caused the manifestation of a flame to ignite the ivory cylinder, where he'd slowly inhale, dragging the toxins back into his lungs.

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?

Exhaling an abundance of smoke into the air, he snapped the lighter closed and slid it back into his pocket. Reclining his skull, his eyes had run up the questioner's template, his right brow coming to a slight arch. "Well, that's simple. When I'm not smoking, or doing drugs, I'm usually in another woman's bed, giving her the orgasm of a lifetime." he explained, and raising his left arm, he barred it over his pectorals, only to brush off his right shoulder. Performing a shrug, he nodded slowly and clenched his jaws for a brief moment, the impression of his jaws giving the lower portion of his face a variable definition. "Next question."

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?

"Working for the porn industry, each of my scenes being drawn out while I'm heavily influenced by a number of drugs at one time." He gloated with a nod, followed by both hands resting against his hips, where thumbs would incise into the crease of his pants, slightly separated from his bare hips, thumbs having hooked underneath the fabric.

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?

"Depends on what you mean by... special."

Perrie walks into the room, a bit confused on the interview itself, and nervous about the that would be asked. She wore skinny jean with sequins on the back pockets, and a pink dressy tank top with sequqins on the neckline. Her blonde hair straight as a pin came cleanly to the middle of her back.
She saw the interviewer, smiled, and sat down.

Please tell me about yourself.

"Well, my name is Perrie LaRue. As a little girl, I wanted to become like one of those girls on the magazines. The ones everyone wanted to be like. I almost got there too! But in my many ups and downs I found a new path. The path of someone who makes those girls into who they are. Without the clothes, they would be any other average girl. I wanted to be the one to transform those girl.
So, I began designing. It seemed to come natural. I felt alive when I created a new piece. Like my imagination was now something I could hold in my hands; like it was something tangible. I loved it. The thrill kept me going. And I guess, now I'm here talking to you about all this."

What is a typical day like for you?

"A typical day...You'd have to let me think on that a bit. Let's see...I normally wake up and go through my closet to find the right outfit--if your mood doesn't match your outfit, your lying to yourself. Show what you feel! That's the first thing everyone should do, each morning.
Then I eat breakfast, go to my studio, doodle a bit, listen to some music, eat lunch, talk to some people, et cetera; nothing special past that. Unless I have a fun vacation or Fashion Show to attend. Now if you hit me up on Fashion Week, that I could talk about for ages!"

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?
"Mainly hanging out with a few friends. We have this little group, and all hang out at one of our houses. Party sometimes, Chill others, it's all just a bunch of fun. And if I'm not there you might as well say I'm sick or in a coffin!"

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?

"That's a long time to think on, oh gosh...I'd have to say I'd be in a larger studio, and have more staff. I think being on that show Project Runway would be nice as well.
If I said I could see myself that far into the future I'd be lying. I have no idea what's in store for me. I've been blessed with this amazing job, I just have to realize that whatever comes ahead can't be too bad. Hopefully it's all good."

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?

"Man do I wish! If I had a guy, I probably have something other to do then spend all my extra time with my friends or sick! Sometimes it just gets lonely, y'know? Oh well, I'll wait until God drops one on my doorstep!"

Azraya saunters into the room, a little sway to her hips before she crosses over to the chair. Draping herself across the furniture she licks her lips and studies the human interviewer. She crosses her legs and the tip of her tail begins a slow gentle sounding thump against the chair. Her wings shift till their placement is comfortable. The succubus's slender eyebrows raise and a smirk crosses her lips.

"Well?" She purrs. The interviewer clears her throat and begins:

Please tell me about yourself.

Azraya tilts her head and her smirk seems to grow.
"I am the queen that rules at the Succubus keep in the Carnal District of Hell." Her gloved finger begins to trace circles on the exposed skin around her belly button. "I am the daughter of Lucifer the Lord of Hell and Ranaira, the previous queen of the Sucubi. I am Azraya." The demoness stretched back, shifting around and reclining even more, making herself comfortable. :Now, little human, tell me about yourself?" She purred.

What is a typical day like for you?

Azraya pouts some as her own question is ignored, but she can't help but love the blush spreading across the human's face.
"A typical day for me?" She pauses as she remembers back to her planner that sits on her nightstand. "I tend to my duties, sometimes there's an even that's going on that needs my attention. Or I sit on my throne and listen to my girls giggle and gaggle away." A soft, almost fond smile lights the succubus's face. "I tend to the affairs of state, meet with the Incubus King and the Mayor of the Market." She continued. "I play with my hounds, if time affords." This time her smirk grew wicked. "I taint the un-taintable or punish the sinner. Or perhaps I just fuck and tease all day." Her tail slowly drew itself up along her long shapely legs as she stared at the interviewer, wicked intent swirling in her ruby red eyes. "I do enjoy fun, but you see half of my job, I have the privilege of calling fun. There is of course always feeding time, where I gather my girls and we travel to the plane of dreams to feed off of mortals desires." She paused again. "You mortals, your desire is so sweet, second only to an angels sinful lusts."

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?

Azraya thought some on this question.
"When I'm not what I normally do?" She again paused. "Sometimes I travel to the human world, Or I go shopping at the market." Her smirk faded some "or I visit my father at the Noble Center." Her smirk came right back though. "Or sometimes I find myself in the odd position of being interviewed by such a fine specimen such as yourself, who looks like they could use a little," she licked her lips. "fun."

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?

A soft laugh spilled from her lips, pale hair shimmering as her head tilted back in her mirth, small fangs could be glimpsed behind her lips.
"Why, doing pretty much the same thing," She chuckled. 'We demons live for such a long time, my dear." She teased, tail tip moving back and forth, much like a cats." Red eyes again focused on the interviewer. "Perhaps in the future, possibly very near future at that, I'll have you begging for a taste…." Her voice dropped into a seductive purr. Her eyes fell to half-mast.

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?

The succubus paused and a glimmer of irritation flitted through her eyes. She raised her eyebrow as if to ask if the interviewer was insane or not.
"I am a succubus." She reminded the mortal. However, a small part of her thoughts flickered to a certain pet that she was growing rather fond of, much more than normal for her. Feathery wings flashed through her minds eyes before she tossed her long silvery hair over her shoulder. "I do not do 'love." She growled quietly before her eyes focused back on the interviewer, immediately the irritation disappeared. "But I do, do lust, and you my dear." She inhaled and licked at her lips again, she stood from the chair and prowled closer to the interviewer, "smell strongly of it." She bent down and captured the interviewers lips in a teasing kiss, and with that, the interview came to a close.

Please tell me about yourself.
My name is Tessa Thorn and I am a manager! Specially, a band manager. I've recently been fired and I am now starting up my own record label called Calico Productions. I kinda have really bad luck with jobs, up until now. Managing a band seems to be the one thing I am really awesome at. I guess it's cause I love what I do?

What is a typical day like for you?
I wake up at six am and I WORK! This usually involves making appointments, getting advertising done, booking venues, buying supplies, designing costumes, and micromanaging everything. Especially my top star, he's a pain in the ass.

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?
Uh... uhm. I pretty much always work?

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?
I'll be married, living in a nice house with the best record label in history!

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?
...Surprisingly yes! Somehow my talent became my boyfriend. Which is pretty weird since he was a pain and a bum on my couch. And he's kinda sorta my accidental husband. But he hasn't found that one out yet, though. Let's keep that one off the record now, okay? He is the best thing to ever happen to my life and I kinda want to keep him!

Please tell me about yourself.
"I'm Jai Kingston, remember? We met and talked recently. I'm the mechanic for the rich guy." Jai blinked from his lounging position across a chair and rolls up to an almost 'proper' sitting position, as in his legs aren't slung over the chair arm and he's not horizontal but more or less mostly vertical. He sweeps a few strands of brown hair out of his eyes.

What is a typical day like for you?
On the idea of a typical day, Jai lapses into silence as he thinks, his brows furrowing. "No day is ever typical with Bossman Andrew. I mean that. It's always different. Something is always going on and I try to stay one foot ahead of him. I try. I'm not very good at it." There's a little chuckle and then a sigh and he slouches again. "I guess my day is getting up and going out for a jog and then to the beach to swim or surf. I come back and Bossman is usually waiting on me. I shower and then we do whatever is planned for the day. Messing around with the cars or just me chasing him all over the countryside."

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?
"Since no day is ever the same with Bossman, I don't really know... Everyday is not regular. I guess for a really odd day is when we're traveling. Timezones are off and I frequently have jetlag when we arrive places. I think it's because I'm really in tune with my home and then moving to a different time zone makes me weird..."

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?
"I don't know. Maybe here with Bossman, being his mechanic and his butler. Maybe with a shop of my own. Who knows, maybe I'll meet someone nice and settle down and move out of Andrew's garage?"

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?

"No one. I had a really great boyfriend... Well, I guess on second thought he wasn't really great. He dumped me over something stupid and wrong..." Jai looks irritated and unhappy, face downcast and he reaches down to fiddle with his phone, tugging it out of his pocket and checking it. "Because my phone rang and it was my Boss and me and the boyfriend were ... ah. Being intimate and I checked my phone and got into a fight with the Bossman and.... Well. Boyfriend dumps me, saying I love cars and Bossman more than him. Which isn't true at all." Jai shoves the phone back into his pocket and rolls to standing. "Anyway, catch you around Interviewer lady."

A man enters. He's tall, just over six foot four. He's not the brick wall you'd expect a man of his size to be, having only a medium build. He's fit, though, mostly by necessity, although it's still a thing that he takes pride in. His hair is black, neatly styled and slicked back into a pompadour. He takes pride in that, as well, as he rarely gets the time to style it. Dark brown eyes glance around the room, then go back to the interviewer. His face is tanned, like much of his skin, and square in shape with heavy brows and a strong jaw. Tattoos cover both of his arms. He sits down in a randomly chosen chair and nods for her to begin.

Please tell me about yourself.
"About me..." he begins, then pauses, trying to determine what to tell her. "My name's Daniel Hartshire. Call me Danny, if you want. I'm a treasure hunter. Like Indiana Jones, but without the fedora and the Nazis." He smiles, and it's easy to assume that he's a bit of a joker. "I was raised in Churchill, which is a town on the shoe of the Hudson in Manitoba, Canada. I'm an Aquarius, if you're into that zodiac crap, born on February seventeenth." Danny paused again, figuring he should add something about his personality. "I'm sarcastic. And a bit weird. I love chocolate, and I don't really get close to people."

What is a typical day like for you?
"Well, I'm usually traveling. Hiking through jungle, or through desert. Everything in between, too. Or I'm driving to the place where I hike." Danny shifts his position on the chair, crossing his arms. "I do research, too, of course. Then there's flying on a plane. Only efficient way to get to different countries." He paused, mumbling. "Reminds me, I need to get a new passport."

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?
He laughs. "Sleep," he responds. He's not serious, and it takes him a while to reply. "Socialize, I guess you'd call it. Head to a bar, maybe someplace classy, and talk with people. Not get drunk, just go and make friends with other people. Gets pretty lonely, out on the road." He finishes with a somber tone, looking at the floor and rubbing his chin idly.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?
"In five? Dead or still doing my job. Still working. I love it too much to quit now." Danny chuckles, sitting back in the chair and crossing his arms. "In ten, though, in ten I want to be settled down. Not living in one place, just with someone permanent. A real relationship. Hopefully out of the family business, as dangerous as it is. Might be a family thing, with three generations of us, now, but I sure as hell don't want my kids to do it. Not unless they want to." He paused, then added, "If I have kids. Which I probably won't, but you know."

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?
"No. Well, yes. Kind of." Danny scratches the back of his neck. "It's awkward. Let's just leave it at that, alright?"

Sky walked into the room. Her jet black hair was cut short, peeking out of her hood, just under her jaw line. Her bright blue eyes scanned the room carefully, depicting every little detail before she sat down. She pulled her hood back, letting it fall against the back of her black jacket. She crossed her ankles which were hidden by her loose jeans. Her tennis shoes were within sight now, black with red laces. "Hello. I was called here for an interview?"

Please tell me about yourself.
Pausing, Sky leaned back against the chair. "Well, both of my parents have passed away, I'm 28, and I love music, writing, and sculptures. I work as an author and a composer, and I have been around most of the world."

What is a typical day like for you?
"Let's see, I wake up, eat breakfast and take my vitamins. Then I run any errands I need done, which usually consists of the shopping for the day and tidying the house. Then I eat lunch, and then I work on whatever projects I have for the day, only pausing to eat dinner. Around 10:30 I go to bed, completely wiped out."

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?
"I'm touring the world, learning new languages and gaining new inspiration. It's easy to find new inspiration when you're outside of your comfort zone. That's why I always carry a pad and pen around with me. I never go anywhere without it."

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?
"In Germany, looking through their museums and learning german. Germany is one of the few countries I haven't been to. I plan on being to every single country in the world before I die."

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?
"No, not since my parents died." She shook the interviewer's hand as he said goodbye. "Thank you for your time." She gave him a small smile, casting another glance around the room. Then she stood, her jeans covering her tennis shoes and sauntered out, pulling her hood back up on her head to fend off the chill of the outdoors.

A small woman with fiery orange hair walks into a quaint coffee shop and looks around with a slight frown. She spots the woman she had met on the street the day before who had asked her for an interview. Normally she wouldn't do something like this but recently she hadn't been acting like she normally would. So after mustering up all the nerve she could she made her way to the little table in the back and took the only open seat across from the woman. "Well...hello?" This was her only greeting for people she barely knew and it hadn't changed since she was a little girl. "Ask away..."
Please tell me about yourself.
"About me? Well...why not?" She grinned, ready to tell her tale. "My name is Jessamine Rei, not ray like a ray of sunshine either. I've got red(pretty much orange) colored hair that goes just about past my chin and boring hazel eyes. My mother hates my hair, says it's a cry for attention. And she's right." A man comes over to ask if they want anything to drink and she orders a cup of black tea. "Ever since I was allowed to dye my hair I've been using it to make a statement about myself. I was my first piece of art work and I plan on being my last when I die. It was when I was ten and had washed out the dye residue from my hair in my kitchen sink that I realized that I loved colors. Any color in any shade would do. I've been sketching since I could pick up a pencil but then I realized I wanted to do more, to bring my creations to life with color. So I bought a paint set from the dollar store, a short walk from my house, and started my adventure. By the time I graduated high school I had a full ride to the best art college in the U.S. and was on my way there." Jessie's face goes dark for a moment as the next words leave her mouth. "I fell in love with a boy who broke my heart by cheating on me with some dumb waitress. A blonde waitress. Blonde is the most boring color you could put in your hair and I knew she was a bottle blonde too. So I confronted him and tried to kick him out of our shared apartment, sadly he had his name on all the paperwork and I found my ass back at my parents house with my mother. Who was less than excited to have her little girl back in the house, painting all day long with sad music playing. Wasn't I allowed to cry my eyes out? Apparently not because she's currently searching all the want ads for a new apartment for me to share with a total stranger. What happens when I end up with a serial killer?"
What is a typical day like for you?
Jessie ponders this for a moment, staring down at the cup of tea she had been handed a while ago. She watched as a swirl of steam rose up from the dark surface and then smiled. "A typical day for me would be stuck in a room surrounded by the smell of paint and splashes of color. I can't remember the last time I actually went outside without my sketch book in case some inspiration hit me. And it always does. I just can't go outside and be surrounded by all that nature and destruction without getting the urge to copy it all down on paper." Her smile is ashy and she keeps looking down at her tea, talking about her passion always brought up different emotions in her.
What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?
"I guess I go out on dates sometimes." She shrugs and it's obvious that she is put off by this question. "At least before I met Jason, that is. Before Jason I would devote one day out of the month to going out on a date with a random man of my mom's choosing. After my father died she got scared about never seeing her grandchildren like he never would be able to. I guess they were excited about little me's running around the world. Me...not so much. I could barely take care of myself so why throw in another person? But then I met Jason and everything changed. Now that he's gone I'm being thrown back out into our little deal and stuck going out on a date with a random man once a month again." A painful frown spreads across her face, erasing any hope for another smile.
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?
"I can't even tell you where I see myself in the next hour. I don't really plan things." Her hands tighten around the cup and though her words are light it is easy to see that something dark is lurking inside of them. "I'm a big believer in going with the flow. Am I a hippy? Not really. Don't let my lack of style and love of life fool you, I despise hippies. They sound like that don't shower or shave or cut their hair or anything. And I've never done drugs before in my life or even drink. Then again I've also never been asked to do any of those things...Maybe I could be a hippy..." She trails off for a moment and then opens her mouth as if to say something. For a moment she appears to be having an innner struggle and then finally she says, "But the thing is I might not have a future in the next 5 to 10 years. The Doctor says that it looks like I have cancer, breast cancer. Should've known, right? It runs in the family and why would I be safe? My mother doesn't know and I don't plan on telling anyone." Tears fill her eyes but she keeps them in control, never one for showing emotion that wasn't happiness. "I don't even hate Jason for cheating on me because now he can be happy and not have to be stuck with a dying girlfriend..."
Do you have a special someone in your life right now?
A bittersweet smile twists across her face and she bites back a laugh. "Obviously not...Jason's into blondes and my mother can't count. I also don't connect easily with members of the opposite sex. Or the same sex. I wonder if I even have a type in men..." She shrugs, uncaring. "And since I've already got one foot in the grave then why bother with someone special?"

Please tell me about yourself. "Well, I am The Joker and I like explosives and fire. My father was abusive but well not talk about that." He said with a chuckle, crossing his legs

What is a typical day like for you? "Well, I get up, I have Harley make me breakfast and after she messes up, I slam the plate in her head and go off to plan a scheme for the day. around 8 to 10 I go out into the town and I fulfill the plan. And punish Harley for messing up something again. It's bound to happen, I don't know why I keep her around. "

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do? "I like to watch the news, cartoons, the classic ones where they fall off cliffs and get hit with frying pans and guns. Then I work on some new.. toys."

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years? "Right where I am now, at the very top, running my town!"

Do you have a special someone in your life right now? "depends what you mean by special. Batman is very uniquely special, is he not? He can't keep his bat paws off of me! hahaha!!"

Please tell me about yourself.

The two brothers smile back at the interviewer; the obviously older one having a bigger, muscular build and tanned skin as oppose to the lanky, freckled, pale red head sitting next to him. He answers first.

Shane: I'm a fan of Jacky Chan movies, or any real good action movies. My husband and I sat in a hot tub and had a Jacky Chan marathon once. It was pretty fun! I also like to swim and be in water in general, hence the hot tub. As mentioned before, I am married with two kids, adopted of course. They're twins. One of them has lighter hair though due to unfortunate events that I do not feel the need to disclose. I'm currently in my early twenties and I have big appetite. My husband is an excellent cook though, so that's covered. I was adopted from a teenager as an infant and grew up with a mother who couldn't bare children and a father who took pride in us and encouraged us to do our best. I have three siblings and two cousins.

Ryder: Like Shane had said, I was adopted from a teenage mother as well. All four of us were actually - well, by mothers who didn't want their child or couldn't care for their child at least. We had a lot of fun times together. There was never a dull moment. I come from an Irish background and I got my red hair from my father, but my skin from my mother; I don't tan, I burn and then end up the same color as I was. People say I have a pretty active imagination as I tend to tell stories a lot. What can I say? The art of storytelling is ageless! Though, I could never sit down and write a story, I have to sit down and tell it to a live audience. Otherwise, it doesn't seem to have the same impact.

What is a typical day like for you?

Shane: A typical day for me? Hm... One of my sons is a very active child and we're also on our toes. Our other son is kind of quiet. Together though, they're quite the trouble makers! In other words, our day pretty much evolves around them. If we want to get away, we have babysitters who would be more than happy to look after them without expecting payment. Meal times are messy and bath times are always fun! It's our bonding time really. Then it's off to bed for the tykes. I can't disclose any information about work. Sorry.

Ryder: Telling stories, causing trouble, going to school, the usual. I'm a teenager; there's nothing really all that interesting going on in my life right now. I don;t have a girlfriend, but I do occasionally glance at guys every now and then. Does that make me bisexual? I'm not really sure myself...

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?

Shane: You can normally find me in the pool swimming laps or cuddling with my husband with a cup of wine at hand. Hanging out with friends and barbecuing in the back yard with everyone.

Ryder: Going to concerts, pulling pranks on staff members of our school and the occasional fellow student, swimming at the public pool, going on road trips- you know, attempting to live life to the fullest!

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?

Shane: With my husband and kids and more free time! Maybe running our own little coffee shop (did I mention that I really like coffee?) and watching our kid grow up to be respectable adults.

Ryder: I'm not really sure. Normally I don't plan for the feature, but I guess I see myself as a college graduate with a good paying job and maybe a girlfriend (or even a boyfriend?) who I'm planning on purposing to (or maybe about to be purposed to?). We'll most likely be living in a small, quaint house with a Great Dane. Yeah, I always wanted one of those!

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?

Shane: Yeah, my husband and the twins! I can't see my self not married nor can I picture life without my children. It just seems so perfect right now.

Ryder: No, not really. Unless family counts.

Please tell me about yourself.
Saphira thought about how to handle this question. First impressions were everything, and yet, Saphira was never one to lie just to get on the good side of a person. She ran her fingers through her raven hair and let her piercing blue eyes connect with the other person's. "My name is Saphira. I have an eidetic memory, which is both a curse and a blessing. I can...see into the past and future through the eyes of other people both living and deceased. As you can imagine," she said with a chuckle. "This isn't convenient when so many people have gone through tough lives and even more tortuous deaths."

What is a typical day like for you?
She laughed at the question, although not to mock the woman's question. It was something she found genuinely funny. A typical day? There was no such thing. Every day was new to her, with the promise of fresh and painful memories. "A typical day, you say? My...condition doesn't allow for a very normal life. I'm often hindered by the memories I'm shown, to the point that I can not function for short periods of time. So I prefer to keep to myself. I work from home as a fairly successful writer. I write my memories down, although they are not pleasant, they do make for good horror stories."

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?
"Wha-" was this woman trying to confuse her? What she usually did was sit at home, trying to forget the memories that her brain seemed so determined to hold onto. "Well, when I'm not writing, I like to just lie on the couch and listen to music. It's one of the few things that calm me."

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?
Dead. Her brain answered automatically, but Saphira would not voice this out loud. If she did, then she would be acknowledging it, and to acknowledge that would make it fact. She thought about it for a moment. Where did she see herself? Not a very popular writer, because she would have too many people prying into her personal life. "I want to be able to live my own life." she said without thinking. "I want my own memories, and not the ones of people who lived years ago or people who have yet to be born." I want to be able to live without the thought of bloodshed constantly poking at my brain.

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?
Saphira shook her head immediately. "No. I don't. I have no need for someone special." she'd seen memories of one too many widows, who had seen their partners killed, usually in a very painful way. She refused to live through that. Her own loss would not add to the library of memories she already had to live through. Death already plagued her dreams without her own experiences to add to them. "I enjoyed our conversation." she murmured to the other person, who seemed extremely uncomfortable at the moment. This was fine and familiar with Saphira. She got up and walked away, never to set her eyes on the woman again.

But she would never forget.

A low breeze blew into the room as the curtains were pulled close by and invisible force, increasing the amount of shadow in the room. The sound of heels clicking on a wooden floor could be heard growing closer to the room. In the corner a large shadow seemed to stretch out as if someone stood there. The clicking of heels was at its loudest as Alocia appeared from the shadow in a medieval styled, gold lace, white scholar robe. She looked to the interviewer with little interest but made her way to the open seat.

The Interviewer's Questions:

Please tell me about yourself.

"Her Majesty told me I must come to this dreadful thing but I do not feel at liberty to pour my bleeding soul out to you." Her expression was stern as she spoke. "My patience is tenuous for such events and so I do ask that you forgive my ill manner. I am an advisor to the Queen of the second most powerful kingdom in the land." She looked to the curtains where very little sunlight showed through to calm herself.

What is a typical day like for you?

She closed her eyes and took a slow, deep breath in then released it just as slowly. "I spend every waking moment with the Queen. My mentor, Lady Isuza, teaches me about the agreements between the kingdoms and ancient laws. I get to aid in making decisions on somethings of importance, but my true title is a fledgling. The day is spent with Her Majesty until she dismisses me to my chambers, during which time I spend in silent meditation." She set her hands in her lap to await the next question.

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?

A small smile broke through to the young woman's previously stoic expression. "My...friends... They teach me other things when I have the time for tomfoolery. The youngest of us dances and she tries to teach me, but I was not made for such displays. We spend a lot of time at the ocean as well since the Kingdom is located on an island. That one wants to teach me to swim but that looks just as ridiculous as me dancing." The smile faded from her face as she stared at her hands seemingly lost in thought.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?

"I...I cannot answer that for myself." Alocia closed her eyes.

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?

Her cheeks colored noticeably through her fair complexion. She stood abruptly and locked eyes with the woman across from her. The air in the room suddenly went cold and the shadows moved as if the sun had moved quickly outside the window. "I have no more time for petty questions," she said as she turned to walk away, stopping just behind the chair. "Return home safely." The phrase was meant in good will but it sounded as if she wanted to snatch them from the air and drive the points of the letters into her chest. Without another word Alocia walked back toward the corner, every step drawing her further into the shadows until she vanished completely.

(Doing this again because of old character dying and new character being born ^^)

Leon walked into the bar and looked around. There was someone he had promised to meet that afternoon, and for once it wasn't a drunk maniac. But that person had seemed interesting, and maybe if he answered a couple of questions he could get to know a couple of things about that persons world. He had gotten interested as fast as he had heard about that person being a dimension traveler. The thirst for adventure and his curious nature led him to talk to this stranger.

"Please tell me about yourself."
I'm Leon, a pirate and captain on the ship Black Rose. I have been sailing over the seas for six years and only recently did I visit my hometown and my childhood friend. I love adventures, a woman is quite boring in comparison to a good nerve-wrecking adventure. That was what led me away from my hometown to begin with. The sea was calling out to me, and I am only a simple slaves to her commands.

"What is a typical day like for you?"
It's different from day to day, I don't like to do everything the same all the time. I get bored too easily. And I am a pirate, so we are attacked a bit now and then which also complicates a fixed schedule. We just ride on the waves and hopefully something interesting will happen.

"What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?"
Hmm.... I guess some regular things I do is eating, sleeping, making sure everyone are working properly, making sure we're going in the right direction, search for new destinations to travel too. Some things I don't do so regularly would be... Having sex I guess. I don't get why my men are so fond of getting laid in every chore, but it happens once in a while when I have nothing else to do.

-"I don't think that was what she meant captain."

Really? Oh well, next question please.

"Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?"
If I'm not sleeping with the fishes by then, then I will probably still be out on adventures. Maybe I will change from sea to land, but I will be out on adventures in some form.

"Do you have a special someone in your life right now?"
Special? Hmm... Nicholas is very special too me, he is my childhood friend after all. Though I think he's very disappointed in me now. *sigh* I hope I will have time to talk to him before I'm leaving tonight. I don't want him to be angry at me when I might not be able to see him for years.

-"Captain, I think she meant a lover, a wife or someone you're attracted too...."

Really? Well, that's easy. The sea is the dangerous beauty I love and adore with all my heart.

Please tell me about yourself.

"My name is Vanja Freyason... I'm the son of the goddess Freya." Van tucked dark auburn hair behind his hair as he lowered himself into the chair across from the Interviewer. It was like the school counselor only not. Van figured that perhaps they were interviewing all the kids? Probably because of parents. Parents. "Oh right. So besides being the son of Freya, I'm pretty decent with rune magicks... When it works. It's really hard to paint on yourself with a mirror, right? It's always backwards and runes... They don't work so great backwards." Van looked thoughtful and paused long enough for the Interviewer to ask him another question

What is a typical day like for you?

Vanja looks thoughtful and a sharpie marker appears in his hand and he twirls it between his fingers as he puts his thoughts in order. "Wake up and get breakfast. I don't have a roommate. Not sense the first year I was there. His name is Nishant Sun, he's pretty much my closest friend... Or was. He graduated last year. Fast track student, you know? Nishant is like, super smart so he decided that he had enough and left so he could go do college. Oh! My day. Right right." He tosses the marker into the air and doesn't managed to catch it, it sliding between the cushion and the side of the chair. "Dammit..." Vanja digs for a minute. "Okay, okay. Here it is. So wake up and breakfast and then first period. Then I have gym class, which I actually like." Van shrugs. "Lunch and then more classes... Classes end and I go and hang out on the grounds or in my room. Then dinner and homework for me. That's about it."

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?

Vanja's brows draw together and he sucks his bottom lip between his teeth and he takes the marker in his hand and taps it against his cheek. "I don't really have anything that isn't my 'regular' things... You know? I mean, yeah. Oh. I didn't mention that I practice my runes on myself and I like to do free running... I have a habit of falling though. I talk to my … I call him 'Uncle' but he's not really. But Odin, I like Odin and we talk. He'll send his ravens to see me and we can talk that way. Oh... And Mom sends her cats after me, which is why I started free running."

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?
That is a pretty big question for a teenager but like most, Vanja has a pretty immediate answer. "I don't know." He grins sheepishly, dropping the marker that somehow found it's way in his mouth where he was chewing on it, adding to even more scratches in the black lid. "Maybe college? Possibly back in Asgard learning more from Uncle Odin or … I don't know. Gods aren't the best role models really, they don't work and I don't really know what to do with my life yet... I'll figure it, yeah?"

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?

"Whoooooa." That question smacked him in the face and he blushed and tilted his head back, his dark wine hair falling down his back as he stared up at the wall for a minute. "Nah. Not really. I don't have time for that. I'm the son of a … love goddess. More or less. I grew up with romance. I have zero interest in it. No thanks." Vanja gave the interviewer a smile and he looked away, clearly fidgeting in his chair, the marker clutched tightly in his hands again. "Sooooo. Am I free to go? Cool. I've got things to do."

The door opens and Athen Keen walks in a small black apron wound up in his hand. He looks for a place to put it and shrugs not finding anywhere and just keeps it and heads over towards the oversized armchairs. Taking his place he smiles and nods to the interviewer. Clearing his throat he takes a deep breath is ready.

Please tell me about yourself. "Alright well, my name is Athen Keen. I run a strip club called the Blackbird Square. I took it over after my father passed away. It's a nice place. Not like most I'd like to think." He chuckles and looked around. "Ah, let's I also bartend there. It's a hobby if you will. I was a bartender before I became the club owner. I try to keep up with my skills and helps to get to know people."

What is a typical day like for you? "A typical day for me well it starts around 4 pm sometimes earlier depends on what's going on. I get to the club and get things taken care of before opening. Make sure the bar is stocked. I make the runs to the venders or meet with them sometimes late. I do all the office work meet with my crew. Then we have to be ready for opening between 6 and 8 it gets a bit busy the evening shows. The later the night crowd shows up. Then even later then that it gets a bit louder and kicked up around 10 and last till about 3 am. My day won't end tile everyone has gone home. The place is all cleaned up again and I go home around 6 am. Sometimes I have to stick around and meet the morning venders in which case I won't get home till 8. That's a real long day." He chuckles and rubs his brow.

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do? "When I'm not at work I try to get some extra sleep but that's hard to do. I mean work is always on my mind. Sometimes I go to the range and spend about $200 on some rounds and that helps get rid of stress but I'm pretty much a workaholic.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years? "In 5 to 10 years, well I think I'll still be at the club. I might be able to take more time off if I find someone I trust enough to take it over. If not I'll run it till I'm old and grey like my old man was. I mean its one hell of a money maker and I love what I do.

Do you have a special someone in your life right now? "Actually I do. We've had some drama and setbacks but she has really become someone special. I never saw it coming believe me. I was so sure I would never fall in love and now I feel my heart pull every time I'm away from her. It might sound silly but yeah I miss her even now. "He blushes and clears his throat.

Leaning forward he smiles and asks: "Do you have anyone special? I mean you know what I'm talking about that silly what did I just get myself into feeling? Yeah, that one." He nods and sighs all dreamy like thinking about his love.

Please tell me about yourself.
Luna stares at the interviewer for a moment, having realized she hasn't had company in years. A few voices in her head remind her she is still indeed alive and well but she should not try to talk her ears off. One even snaps at her to try the tea and drink it weather she likes it or not. It's only polite. She seems to choose her words carefully before sitting down. "Ah....the topic of me.....right....My name is Luna Mariland Valentine, my father is Nickolas Valentine and I have a twin brother named Tsucasa Lee Valentine. I don't know my mother and my father is not my biological father. I currently run a school for heroes so I'm a teacher and headmistress. I live alone right now."

What about your biological father?
Her eyes seem to shift to a lighter hue as she glares ruefully at the question. "I don't wanna talk 'bout it" she responds in a rather childish voice. Moving the discussion on seemed to return her eyes to a normal hue.

What is a typical day like for you?

Again she pauses to think, the voices in her head reminding her that the question is a typical day. "A typical day? I wander around the school, might teach a class depending on the day of the week, try to interact with students....then I contemplate the things I've done in life....think about why I'm still here, you know normal stuff."

Contemplate things you've done? Have you done something you regret?

She laughs and looks at her. "Haven't you? Everyone's done something they regret but no. That's not what I think about. I think about the places I've been, the people I've met and left behind, Places I've saved, just past stuff. Gets to be a bit depressing at times, 'specially when you're my age."

How old are you?

She suddenly looks insulted. "Excuse you! One does not ask the age of a lady!" her tone becomes a bit like an aristocrat, carefully pronouncing each word fluently and sharply.

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?

She smiles and stretches, her posture changing a bit. "Depends on my mood. I like to play some sports, get into trouble, make a little mischief, sometimes I read, sometimes I lock myself in my room, take long baths, cry a little, laugh a little, and just meditate on life."

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?

"In a mirror." She answers with a bit of a laugh, "But in all seriousness, right here at my school. Teaching and hopefully hanging out with my two undead pals Hal and Tom. It's a complicated story those two so let's not worry too much about them yeah?"

Are you undead? Why do you "hang out" with them?

"They've been my best friends for a VERY long time," She replied as she looked away, staring into her teacup, "They're the only friends that I haven't had to leave behind. I count on them for everything.....I wouldn't even be able to put a dress on without them."

Do you have a special someone in your life right now? Is it one of your undead friends?

"Can't have a relationship with the dead. They don't feel.....though Hal and I had a fling once upon a time....but no. I outlive everyone so I try not to get too attached," She replied simply though her eyes held much sorrow, "It's not easy being lonely like this but it's my duty. My life."

Duty? What's your duty? To live on?

At this point Luna refused to speak any more and stood up, leaving the tea and interviewer behind she simply left the room.

Scathach
I remove my swords and lean them against the kitchen chair, then plunk down in said chair, flinging one leg over the other. The interviewer is sitting across from me and I study her carefully as I chew absentmindedly on my nails, which are ragged as always.

Please tell me about yourself.

"Well... there's not much to tell. Actually, that's a lie." I say with a little grin, showing off the tips of my overly long incisors. "My name is Scathach... no last name. Heh. I'm a Next Generation elder, and a vegan vamp. It's complicated... I don't feel like explaining. I'm a warrior and a teacher, and over 10,000 years old." I shrug, an irritated twitch of my shoulders. "I hate you Aoife." I mutter. "I've been called a cold little bitch by some, and the description is somewhat accurate. My personality is pretty violent."

What is a typical day like for you?
I consider that question for a few moments. "Wake up if I slept for some reason, or if not, just get up from meditating around 5am and eat some fruit or a salad if I have anything in the fridge. After that, head down to the dojo below my little apartment and get it ready for my morning classes. My first students arrive around 7, and then I have classes until 12. I take some time off for my own training then, maybe meditate or sharpen my swords if they need it... classes start back up around 6pm for my Akido students, and then kenjitsu starts at 7:30 and I'm done with teaching at 8pm. If any of my friends are in the city I'll generally hang out with them around this time. If not it's shower, dinner, errands if I need to, and then meditate for a while. All night if I'm not feeling tired, as I rarely need sleep."

What do you do when you are not doing what you regularly do?
My eyes light up. "I travel. Sometimes I go visit Joan and Francis in France, or I go adventuring in other shadowrealms." My expression grows stormy and dark all of the sudden. "If there's a war though, anywhere, I generally get drawn into the fighting. I protect the humans from the dark elders and their creatures. It's a demanding job, and there's always the risk of death though." I grin humorlessly. "But I'm very hard to kill. Do you know how many people, elders, werebeasts and various other creatures have tried?"

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?
"Um... doing what I'm doing now, in another city though. I can never stay in one place for long." I shrug. "Same difference."

Do you have a special someone in your life right now?
"No." My answer is short but my little smile gives away that there may be something else in my head. "There was one, a long, long time ago, but I won't talk about him."
