It's interesting to watch this sudden emergence--or just a heightened emphasis-- upon Online Rules of Engagement and the resulting schools of forum laissez faire, develop over the years. Perhaps this age of facebook, text messages and camera phones is just symptomatic of our tendency to reach out to each other.
