Darakai stumbled around his mother's legs, dancing around with his new friends Ebele and Amaka. Slowly with his spindly legs, he was learning to run. The calf skidded to a stop and managed to balance himself, but quickly tumbled to the ground with a panicked bleat as Amaka crashed into him. The trio snorted in laughter, as Darakai shook himself, shaking off dust. Soon his mother's long head reached down and nuzzled him, making the calf feel safe. "It's time to stop playing Darakai," she said to him as Amaka and Ebele returned to their mothers.
"Why?" Darakai asked blatantly, obviously confused.
"The migration is about to begin."

Lady Day and Thorn were quite overjoyed to be able to play with younger offsprings of a different species similar to them though she really wished Petal was there with them but she has always been the timid one who preferred to stay in the side lines rather than get in on the action.

Thorn decided to explore the area, much to Lady's surprise as he wasn't exactly the kind who would go around investagating a area but then again this is the burrow of another species. On the other hand Lady Day began sniffing the yellow mongoose that poked her on the nose.

(Remember when I said I'd put these in alphabetical order, but never actually did? It is now.)

@Ookami
"Hang on tight." She says before lifting herself, with you guys clinging to her stomach. She then starts swinging herself from tree to tree, making her way over to some fruit tree west of your nest. There's a good chance that you will remember this when you get older, you save this memory for the future. After she gets to her destination, she begins to tell you and your brother where the best fruit trees are located.

Main Goal:
• Leave the nest and establish a base Completed

@Ordered Chaos
The nursery herd moves on with the migration. On the trip, mothers and their children came and go, but luckily your friends stay in the herd. The nursery herd stops near some trees, your mother talks to another before leaving you with the other mother, "Don't worry, your mother will come back soon, but wanted to take a drink first."

@Polystical
This is the second time you've left the nest, once when you were younger, but you had Tish with you and your parents still fed you. But now that you've left the nest, it's now your responsibility to protect and feed yourself. Let's try that shall we? You can see a lemming running across the meadow. Roll a 3 or more from a d10 to see if you catch it. Using the random number generator is fine too.

@UnicornBunny
Your mother trudges through a lake and eats some lilypads. Your twin sister plays in the water as well. Observing the lake more, you see that a family of ducks moving across and a frog jumping to the water because your mother decided to eat the lilypad it was once on. You can interact with:
• A frog
• The family of ducks
• Your sister

(Rolled a 4)

Eryk spotted a flash of brown at the left of him. He turned quickly to see a lemming and his stomach growled fiercely. He hadn't eaten since he had left the nest and even then he had had to share the meal with his siblings. This one he would get to have all too himself. Eryk readied himself to strike, and then shot forward, his talons opening as he struck. His balance was a bit off but he managed to grab the lemming in his sharp talons and tear into it quickly. He didn't realize how hungry he was until he started eating. The lemming tasted so good!

Darakai fidgeted nervously, slightly panicked that his mother wasn't nearby. The calf crouched down to hold back from running away, but then he heard the bleat of a friend. Ebele! Darakai looked up and saw that his friend was also here. "Darakai, do you wanna play running with us?" Ebele asked excitedly, pacing around. The male giraffe calf pushed himself to standing up and said,
"Sure!" The two dashed over to Amaka, Ebele tumbling over and Darakai saving himself from another fall as they stopped.
"Darakai! Now we can play running! I bet I can run faster than all of you -" she said and then sped away from them, circling back to the guarding adult. Ebele and Darakai gained on her tail, but suddenly Amaka leaped into the air. Darakai was momentarily confused until he saw Ebele crashing down, tripping on a small rock.
"Hey, that's not fair!" The two heard her call out, but we're concentrated deeply on running. Darakai glanced back and nervously bleated to Amaka,
"Let's go back, we're getting far away from the herd." The other calf snorted and sped up as Darakai slowed to a trot, watching Amaka gain more and more distance from the herd

Amaka the Western Giraffe
To recap what has happened so far; you, and your friends, Ebele and Darakai, go out and play while the nursery herd stops for a break. Your game of tag leads you three farther and farther away.
--------------------------------------------------
As all of you play, Ebele's mother notices your disappearances. She alerts the other two mothers and they begin in their search together. Unfortunatley, the nursery herd will continue wether you guys come or not. You guys soon realize that you've accidentaly separated from the herd, please choose from the following options
• Stay where you are
• Try and backtrack
Either way, please roll a d10 and tell me the results in the ooc before choosing an option.

@Polystical
Feeling content for the time being, you begin to really observe your new habitat. Lots of trees cover over a small clearing, and tons of hiding places scatter the place as well. Of course, most of those hiding places will really hinder your great sight perception. Soon you begin to realize that it starts to snow.

• Leave the nest and establish a nest Completed

@Ordered_Chaos and @ResolverOshawott
You chat amoungst yourselves over what you guys should do; almost missing the faint snap of a twig breaking in half. You all turn to see a lone male lion stalking you guys. Noticing that it was spotted it takes a leap at you all, but was luckily stopped when your mothers arrived. Darakai's mom specifically kicking it to the side, thankfully, it ran away afterwards. You and your friends follow your mothers join another herd.

I'll have the other part up later today.

Razie was playing with her brother. Running through the water and around their mother. Sometimes kicking up playfully. They would only stop to drink everyonce in so often. If they went to far their mother called for them.

Darakai huddled close to his mothers legs, legs still trembling from the encouter. He shrunk back at every sudden movement. Today, he had learned something. Slowly his mind began to calm, and he continued peacefully, with a distanced greeting to Amala fromwhere Darakai cowered
