Seems fine, though we'll have to keep an eye out so that the power doesn't get too carried away, mostly in consideration toward the electric shock and fire starting.

1) No limit, but maybe not more than two or three to start off with.

2) Yes and no. For plot purposes, everyone will be initially trying to join one singular group and that group will be the focus to begin with. There are others and part of what I have in mind involves tensions between these groups as a sort of driving force for conflict.

3) Not really, no. There's a single plot in mind, though we can always adapt it to a player's ideas or decisions if needed or wanted.

Hyper-Accelerated Metabolism: Her metabolism is the basis of what fuels her abilities to the way that they have manifested.

• Accelerated Bone Growth: She has the ability to control the growth, shape and toughness of her bone structure. Lucina's body generates bony protrusions which she can remove, though not without pain, and wield as weapons. Even acting as a form of protective shielding or armor by covering herself with it. She can utilize this power in many ways, including the creation of knuckle guards, spears, blades, rigid tendrils, bone claws; both fingernail & knuckle protrusion and even projectile spikes. While she can conceal her powers, she usually has too small bone protrusion on her forehead that makes it look like she has small horns.
  • Bone Structure Durability: Her Skeletal bones are also more durable than normal allowing her to for example fall several stories without much damage.
• Healing Factor: This power allows her to heal from the wounds she gives herself while removing the bones from her body. Her healing factor also grows her bones quickly and regenerates her bones when they need to be replaced.

History: Luciana and with family have lived in Millenium City for all of her life. Her family were upper middle class, with her mother working as a dentist and her father as an architect. As an only child she had a comfortable life and because of this she began to rebel against her cozy life style. Despite her rebellious nature, school was uneventful a straight B student through and through. She had no interest to excel in anything and rather passed with the least amount of talent needed. Due to her affinity to drawing she got into trouble by vandalizing public property all around the city with her art. Her father helped her get a job in a graphic design firm where she was working late when the incident happened and her powers first manifested.

Painful bone growths erupted all over her body, as well as skewering any equipment that was close to her. Luciana had been the only person around at the time and she managed to return home with out much incident, despite the bone growths on her body. She locked herself inside her home, citing a mental breakdown from the strain of work to be the reason. Luciana confined herself inside her apartment for two weeks as she tried and tried to fix her appearance before finally she managed to pull the bone growth back inside her body, though it took much will power to not let them slip out again. During the two weeks she gained some more understanding of her powers, but decided to keep them a secret to everyone else. Only using them in the confines in her own home to see what she could do. Luciana returned back to her old life after this, perhaps this was finally what she needed to break away from the boring 9 to 5 life she had tried to escape all through her life?

History:
The son of a cop, Garrott was brought up on morals he didn't truly understand. His parents were "white picket fence" sort of people, believing that there was some altruistic Creator who would judge them on their merit. So, they lived a life based on the Word. And, for the short time that Garrott was innocent things were good. But, the little bugger was always quite curious and inventive.

Garrott lived a life based on expectations. His father, Peter, wanted him to follow the footsteps of him, his father, and so on. His mother wanted him to marry a nice young girl and have many babies. At 17, Garrott knew that he wanted none of that. He pushed on to college and got degrees in both Forensic Art and Psychology by the time he was 23, keeping another life on the down low. But, eventually, things come to light. Garrott was outed as both an artist and a homosexual. And his parents decided they wanted nothing to do with his lifestyle.

They didn't even try to see if he was okay when the Great Disturbance occurred. It was weird because even though he was being shunned, that sort of action would never be done by the Devlyn's. They may not have agreed on things, but they still loved him.

Garrott found their bodies the day after, and that was the trigger for his powers. Nothing about the murders was clean; his father was due for a promotion only a week later. Garrott kept his powers to himself, finding the rage to be the wrong way to express his new-found talents. Using the skills obtained from his degrees, he has started an investigation that is reinforced from years of private eye detective work. Slowly but surely he is making his way to finding out who killed his parents and why.

Hair: Short and choppy, Leona tends to look like a feminine guy from behind because of her hair. A dark brown in color with lighter highlights and dark roots. She always has trouble keeping her bangs out of her face and usually wears a head band.

Eyes: Leona's eyes are the window to her emotions. With one look you can almost always know what she's feeling. Her pale grey eyes shin when she's happy and darken when she's feeling intense emotions like anger. Big and doe like her eyes tend to be her best feature, framed by long black lashes.

Body: The only thing keeping her from looking like a guy, besides her eyes, is her figure. Being only 5' she gets picked on a lot. Luckily weighing 103 her body's not too curvy but, not too skinny. If she wanted she could say she was a guy.

Complexion: Slightly tan, Leona's skin has little blemishes and few scars across her back. Her checks have a slightly rosy tint to them and are dusted with freckles. Along her arms she has various scars ranging from large to big from her years cutting. On her back she has also, has many small scars.

Dress: Leona likes to dress comfortably. Usually sweaters and legging matched with boots or long sleeved dresses. Tho, her tops are light gray or dark blue matched with black leggings or pants. Her shoes are either boots or sneakers unless she's wearing a dress where she will wear boots or heels.

Disposition: Leona is a passive person but, will step in when she see's someone getting hurt.

Personality:
♥ Blunt: Many times Leona just says what comes to her mind. It's one of the things she hates about herself. Usually she doesn't mean what she says but, there are times where she's being dead serious.
♥ Clumsy: She may be quick on her feet but, that doesn't stop her from tripping over air. Leona has a bad habit of tripping over just about everything. Even if she's being really careful she will still find a way to end up on her face, but even so when she's serious it's like a switch flipped and she's not as clumsy as usual.
♥ Adventurous: Leona loves to explore new places. Many times this has gotten her in-trouble but, she never cares. All she cares about sometimes is looking around a new place. This has also caused people to think she has ADD, which is not true. She's been tested.
♥ Hot-Headed: Leona tends to have a short temper, sometimes the smallest thing can set her off. This is another thing Leona doesn't like about herself. There are sometimes she can control her temper but, other times she blows up. If you insult her friends she tends to lose her temper faster but, will hide it behind a calm voice and attitude.
♥ Sarcastic: Being a sarcastic ass is one of Leona's specialties, well when she's not stumbling over her words. She finds it funny mocking people when they deserve it or being a complete idiot.
♥ Friendly: Leona loves to make friends and will often times talk to strangers if they look lonely. People often avoid her due to her hyper personality and talkative attitude. At times Leona will completely ignore people if they upset her in a bad way.
♥ Loyal: Leona is a strong believer of 'No man left behind'. She will go to great lengths to say a friend or even a random person. Even if she has to do this alone she will find a way to save anyone in trouble. Not to mention she would never turn her back on a friend even if they're horrible to her.

History: Leona lived a sad life. She was and only child so she was had no sibling to play with since at school she was an outcast. Her mother drank her life away, never really showing Leona love. A father figure in her life was absent, having left when she was still a new born. Leona never seemed to let her hardships get the better of her and always looked to the future. Even at school when no one would talk to her she looked on the bright side of things.

Her middle school years were hard on her. Kids started picking on her because her mother would show up at school drunk and cause a scene. Depression crept on her and soon she was in a whole of darkness. One day when her mother came to pick her up from school they got into a car crash. Leona's mother was for once not drunk but, the person who hit them was. The car hit them from behind and since Leona was in the back she got glass shards in her back. Her mother and her survived and the person who hit them paid for a new car.

High school came around and Leona was cutting her arms. The only people that worried about her was her teachers. They noticed the change in her mood and constantly asked if she was okay. Leona noticed this and remembered how she always looked on the bright side of life. It took a few years but, after therapy and medicine she was finally back to her normal self.

Of course Leona did go to college after having been out of college for 3 years. Having a love for animals she decided to become a vet. At age 21 she went to college and even made a few friends. Things started to change in her last year. She started hearing things and moving objects when she lost her temper. The first time this happened she freaked and she wasn't the only one the other people in the room also started freaking out. They called her a monster, a freak. Confused she took to the library to find answers. What she found was interesting. Leona found out about her powers and started trying to control them. Leaving college she moved to Millenium City where it seemed people like her were welcomed.

History:
The youngest boy, and the second youngest of six of Irish catholic family, Pete was always the one getting beat up and torn down by his brother. Boys will be boys, and Pete soon became strong. A natural athlete, Pete was an amateur wrestler, while also play Quarterback for one of Millennium city's suburban high schools. Leaving High school, he focused on his Amateur wrestling, becoming an all American. After College, He join the police force.


To be honest, Pete did know why he was a cop. He liked hoping people, and the pay was good. He didn't mean being a "beat" cop. He liked the people on the streets he worked on, and he was born and raised in this town. People respected that. A few years ago, his Sister's long time childhood friend, Bella Horvath, Now a mega movie star. Came back to the city she grew up in. They reconnected, and fell in-love. When Bella's power were revolved to Pete, it did scare him. She did choice these gifts, but her life, along with other, were in danger However, he's a loyal guys, always will be.

Appearance | Izzy is a beautiful freckled redheaded girl. Her thick, wavey hair frames her petite face. The freckled face with vivid green eyes contrasts her red lips. Usually Izzy will put on makeup, although she will never go overboard as she likes to keep a posh appearance. The girls slender frame, and shorter height make her seem skiddish. She will usually be seen wearing a black dress, despite the weather and will mostly wear heels. Although recently she has been opting for more comfortable jeans with a t-shirt, rolled sleeves of course. Although she still won't give up the heels.

Disposition | To most Izzy seems to be the type of girl who would want justice for everyone. Although she comes off as sweet and innocent behind her slender frame and mature looking outfits. This girl is out for blood, growing up pretty made her full of herself and popular. To here there is nothing more important than her own survival and being better than everyone else. She never voices these opinions though and manipulates everyone, coming off as sweet and innocent and usually letting others do the dirty work for her. Although this girl will do the dirty work when she has to, and when it comes to survival she will murder.

Conduit Abilities || Izzy is able to control and manipulate plants. She pretends to be quite a novice, and acts as if she can only make flowers grow and bring dying plants live again, although she does have more power than she lets on. Instead of using it though she lets others do the work for her.

Weapon of Choice |Izzy keeps a small knife on her, it's usually tucked into her waistband, although when she wears her dresses or skirts she will attach it to her thigh or put it in her wristlet.

History | Izzy had been a popular girl, throughout life she would constantly be playing soccer, field hockey, and cross country. The wide variety of sports led to many friendships she kept over the years and popularity she grew to love and crave. Izzy's perfect school life was often contrasted by her home life, her parents were high school sweethearts. Although they barely got along now, and were always bickering and yelling at her. More often than not her mother would grab her and they would spend the night at a hotel. She never let anyone know what was happening and whenever she bought friends over her parents left and did their own things. Izzy had begun to learn at the tender age of 11 how to manipulate people into getting her things she wanted. When she was crying and an old man offered to buy her ice cream, she refused although she realized how to get what she wanted. Izzy would keep her room filled with little flowers which, would always die. Although she had a vase filled with roses from her ex boyfriend she had dried. The day she got her powers as she walked by she touched them and decided to throw them out. She grabbed them and threw them in her garbage can, and went out with friends. When she returned she saw the beautiful roses in full bloom. Confused she went to talk to her mom and dad and realized they were bickering so she kept it to herself. Now she realizes her true extent of power, but won't show anyone. Wanting everyone to think she is weak and vulnerable. ​
