Inbox Issues

Hello, I'm having trouble with my inbox when I'm trying to view my conversations and replying. When I click on the icon and trying to read what someone has said, it'll go blank and/or I can't send anything... I don't know if other people are having the same or similar issues, but I'm getting aggravated by this, lol. I've tried to restart my computer, deleting my cookies, and changing the styles, but it's still not working.

When you click inbox it takes you to a blank page instead of the full inbox?

Are you on a computer or a mobile device?

Can you take a screencap for me of what things look like when it goes blank?
