Inbox conversation

Hello,

so im trying to start a conversation with someone and I press new conversation then a box comes up that says destination form. Which there's nothing in the drop down tab. I press save and then it takes me to a page that says the same thing destination form. it doesnt allow me to start a pm conversation with someone. No text box or anything. Please help

I'm having the same issue, and I've tried a couple different browsers :\
Edit: I added a category first, and it finally shows the options in the list. Thanks for the tip, @neptune
