In the Name of the Queen

Sir Francis had this angry look on his face, but no words came out. He kindly stood and bowed before leaving the courtyard. How dare she humiliate him like that! She was going to get whatever was coming to her. Ronald watched him as he left, making sure he wasn't going to make a special detour in the palace. After making he was gone along with his carriage, he reported the news to the queen.
 
"Very good, Ronald. If I know Francis, he'll be planning some sort of retaliation in short order. But it will be alright as long as you're here." Cellion pat his hand with a smile. "In the meantime, you can rest for the day. We've been on high alert. Take a break."
 
"I'm sorry your highness for I cannot. It is my duty to serve you and with this high alert going on, I cannot stop protecting you." He said with great authority. The queen meant everything to him in more ways than one.
