Personality:
Matsuko is very polite to everyone he meets, male or female. Most girls find it hard to tell if he's flirting or just being nice. He doesn't like to do things by himself and would rather have someone give him orders to follow. Matsuko can be odd at times, but that's just because he tries to see the world from every outlook. Even though he smiles, he sometimes feels that nobody really gets him except for a select few.
However, he's a fun guy who would stop at nothing to turn anybody's frown upside down. He's a hopeless romantic, but hopes to one day finally make the girl of his dreams happy (as soon as he meets her, that is). He is also very adventurous and loves the thrill of a good book. His love for nature really provides him with a green thumb, as he's always trying to protect the natural land wherever he can by doing the smallest of things.
Matsuko is very knowledgeable about a great many things, but he doesn't flaunt it around for fear of being labeled as a nerd or a geek. He often thinks before he acts, but he learns quickly from his mistakes. He's also a bit of a nerd and loves all kinds of video games, movies and television shows.
He's also a little shy and requires some prodding in order to act outside of his comfort zone, but once you get to know him and peel away the timid shell surrounding him, Matsuko is an amazing guy who can easily become a very good friend. He's trustworthy and honest, taking it upon himself to act like a gentleman whenever he can.

Can be somewhat gullible due to the amount of trust he places in others even when it is undeserved, Often suffers from severe cases of self-loathing/self-doubt (his past has left him with an inferiority complex, but he usually hides this side of himself pretty well)
Hobbies:
Matsuko is a "professional" gamer and will quickly sit down to play a round of classic video games when he has spare time. In fact, he's become a bit of a popular character amongst YouTubers, going with the online alias of "Captain_Parnell" to upload gaming videos. Recently he became a "YouTube Partner" and has begun making revenue on his videos. On the side, he works on several stories he wants to adapt into literature.

He has a real issue with monsters/creatures that want to kill him to accomplish their sinister purposes. He also hates when people are rude/mean. Sort of a real "knight in shining armour", he rushes to the sides of those who are in distress whenever he can (especially when they're cute girls).
Talents:
Matsuko is actually a pretty good impressionist. He's been practicing voices since he was 4 years old and loves to do entire performances with said voices. Matsuko needs to have practiced the voice for at least a month straight before he can add it to his "roster", but it still takes time to learn a new one from scratch.
Matsuko also has a talent for singing (not that he'd admit it) and has learned how to play both an electric and an acoustic guitar.
Fears:
Matsuko's deeply afraid of losing those who are close to him, but he's also terrified about failing to succeed in life or dying like a coward.

He's a bit of a loner and as such, has developed a slight case of social-awkwardness.
