  Ilvermonry staff includes witches and wizards as well as creatures called Pukwudgies. A number of Pukwudgies work at the school, all grumbling, all of them insisting that they have no wish to remain there and yet all of them mysteriously present year after year. There is one particularly aged creature who answers to the name of 'William'. He laughs at the idea that he is the original William who saved Isolt and James's lives, rightly pointing out that the first William would be over 300 years old had he survived. However, nobody has ever found out exactly how long Pukwudgies live. William refuses to let anybody else polish the marble statue of Isolt at the entrance of the school, and on the anniversary of her death every year he may be seen laying mayflowers on her tomb, something that puts him in a particularly bad temper if anyone is tactless enough to mention it.

The colours honour Isolt and James: blue because it was Isolt's favourite colour and because she had wished to be in Ravenclaw house as a child; cranberry in honour of James's love of cranberry pie. All Ilvermorny students' robes are fastened by a gold Gordian Knot, in memory of the brooch Isolt found in the ruins of the original Ilvermorny cottage.

Kaylin has bright blue eyes, that can charm just about anyone that she meets. Her hair is naturally blonde, but sometimes looks shades of brown when the light hits it. She is about 5'3, and athletic build. She does have a scar on her chest, from where she shot herself with a wand.

Personality
Kay is a night owl, so that means when the sun comes up she is normally fast asleep, which causes her to be late for her first class. She has had issues with a few of the Professors when it comes to authority. There are times that she seems to forget where she is, or what she is doing when she goes into her daydream mood. She is very flirtatious and seems to be more popular then she would like at times. But she does keep to herself at times as well. No one knows of her past, and when she talks about it, she shuts down and goes into her shell.

Biography
Kaylin was born in Californa. Her mother, Sarah Longstone was a Lawyer and her Father, Daniel Longston, was a Doctor. Neither were home a lot when she was young. Her nanny spent most of her young childhood with her. Her father was a bit of a drinker, he would work long shifts at the hospital he was over, and once they were over he would go out to the bar and get drunk. Her mother would work long nights at the office, and would sometimes stay there instead of coming home. There were nights that her father would come and visit her. This started around the age of 4. Her mother found out of the abuse when she was 6. The night that she found out, was a night that Kaylin doesn't want to remember. She actually blacks out when she has to talk or think about it. Her mother killed her father, point blank, and then turned the gun on herself. Kaylin was hiding in the closet when it happened. After that happened the nanny took her to live with her aunt, Clarie. Claire didn't know how to deal with the fact that she was now guardian over a young child. She didn't want kids, but the child was her sister's so she did all she could to understand the concept of having a child.

Kaylin didn't make friends easily and always seemed to get into trouble in school. Most chalked it up tot he fact of her dark past. Even at the young age, she knew that something wasn't right with her. She never felt as though she would fit in anywhere. Her mind would wander and she would have dreams of magical creatures, and people flying through the skies. She even had an imaginary friend that she spoke to about it. Her aunt thought it was cute, and would even have "dreams" too so they could have something in common. But neither her aunt or herself were expecting when the letter arrived telling her that she was accepted to lvermorny. Neither quite understood how this was possible. But then another came, telling her of a secret that her parents had been hiding from her. Even that her Aunt didn't know. Her mother had been a witch. One of the most powerful witches of her time. But due to her mother's temper, and and the accidental harming of a student, it caused her banishment from the magical world. Claire had no idea of this. Her parents had told her she was sent to a boarding school. Kaylin was rather amazed at the idea of going to a lvermorny, she never knew that such things existed, and she hoped that she would forget everything from her childhood.

Personality In spite of her domineering stepfather and weak mother, Cora is brave and curious. She views rules as flexible suggestions, and constantly finds ways to work around them. There is no mystery or locked room or dark hallway that she would shrink from uncovering, just to see what was inside. She has a strong imagination, born from a need to escape as a child. Now she wields it frequently in her artwork, but also in trying to invent new ways to get into trouble, or rather, out of it. She'll often plummet into one adventure or another without thoroughly thinking it through, trusting to her wits and skills to extract her from mishap. If she sits still too long she grows restless and rude, snapping at people for no reason. Cora is a loyal friend, without question, always willing to lend a helping hand, but she has no sense of discretion. She'll frequently blab out a secret, completely forgetting it was meant to be secret, or that that person didn't already know it. This forgetfulness also makes her terrible with deadlines; well, that, and the fact that she procrastinates with anything like work. Her bookbag is a mess of papers and books and spilled ink, due to the fact that she's always in a hurry somewhere, so of course she can never find where she wrote down that assignment. But she did write it down, she knows she did. She just can't remember it now…

Biography Born in Georgia to a single mother who works as a waitress, Cora used to dream of magic as a child, but never knew it existed until her 11th birthday when the letter from Ilvermorny changed her world. Unbeknownst to them, her biological father was a wizard, and bestowed his magical DNA on Cora before disappearing without a trace. Though Cora's mother did her best, she suffered growing up, from hunger, from poverty, from feeling left out. She never fit in with the other kids in No-Maj schools, but couldn't figure out why. She tried to be adventurous and fun, to explore imaginary worlds with them, but somehow strange things always wound up happening around her, and slowly the other kids would back away.

Cora's mother was a rather weak-willed woman, too prone to be dependent on men, and thus she married Hank Littleton when Cora was six years old. Hank was overbearing, self-righteous, sexist, and ill-tempered. He treated Cora's mother like a servant, and when drunk took to hitting her. He had no patience with children, and imposed all kinds of strict rules on Cora, knowing her mother would never stand up to him. For Cora, Ilvermorny was an escape from this hell more than anything. But also a way to learn to fight back against Hank so one day she could save her mother from his torment.

Short and choppy, Leona tends to look like a feminine guy from behind because of her hair. A dark brown in color with lighter highlights and dark roots. She always has trouble keeping her bangs out of her face and usually wears a headband.

Leona's eyes are the window to her emotions. With one look you can almost always know what she's feeling. Her chocolate brown eyes shine when she's happy and darkens when she's feeling intense emotions like anger. Big and doe-like her eyes tend to be her best feature, framed by long black lashes.

The only thing keeping her from looking like a guy, besides her eyes, is her figure. Being only 5' she gets picked on a lot. Luckily weighing 103 her body's not too curvy but, not too skinny. If she wanted she could say she was a guy.

Blunt: Many times Leona just says what comes to her mind. It's one of the things she hates about herself. Usually, she doesn't mean what she says but, there are times where she's being dead serious.
Clumsy: She may be quick on her feet but, that doesn't stop her from tripping over air. Leona has a bad habit of tripping over just about everything. Even if she's being really careful she will still find a way to end up on her face, but even so, when she's serious it's like a switch flipped and she's not as clumsy as usual.
Adventurous: Leona loves to explore new places. Many times this has gotten her in-trouble but, she never cares. All she cares about sometimes is looking around a new place. This has also caused people to think she has ADD, which is not true. She's been tested.
Hot-Headed: Leona tends to have a short temper, sometimes the smallest thing can set her off. This is another thing Leona doesn't like about herself. There are sometimes she can control her temper but, other times she blows up. If you insult her friends she tends to lose her temper faster but, will hide it behind a calm voice and attitude.
Sarcastic: Being a sarcastic ass is one of Leona's specialties, well when she's not stumbling over her words. She finds it funny mocking people when they deserve it or being a complete idiot.
Friendly: Leona loves to make friends and will often time talk to strangers if they look lonely. People often avoid her due to her hyper personality and talkative attitude. At times Leona will completely ignore people if they upset her in a bad way.
Loyal: Leona is a strong believer in 'No man left behind'. She will go to great lengths to say a friend or even a random person. Even if she has to do this alone she will find a way to save anyone in trouble. Not to mention she would never turn her back on a friend even if they're horrible to her.
Patient: Leona has no problem waiting for many minutes for a response from someone or even days for an outcome.
Compassionate: Leona takes her time with people and will sit and listen to people's problems even if she doesn't want to. Despite what she may look like she loves helping people and has always had a soft spot for people in need and kids.

Physical Description: Galaxy has dark purple eyes with little specks of white in them. She has long black hair which is normally kept either down or in a ponytail. She has a golden chain necklace. She's skinny, almost malnourished. She has pale skin and long legs and arms. She is also athletic and in good shape.
Likes: She likes animals and is often found with them. She also like books and normally shies away from people.
Dislikes: People mistreating someone or something. She dislikes fire and spiders.
Positive traits: She is smart and witty. She is very loyal to the friends she does have.
