Okay, this idea may sound weird, and that's because the general setting is from a book I just read.
So the idea is my character goes to a new town and ends up having to stay with a friend of a friend. That friend ends up taking a liking to my character and they don't want him/her to leave. So much so there may be some abuse or blackmailing to keep them inside.
But deep down inside ,the person holding him/her hostage really has fallen. They've just had something warp their perception of love. They think love is pain, and the more pain they cause, the more they'll love them.
It's a strange idea, but I wanted to see if any of you crazies are crazy like me and wanted to do it XD. LET THE INSANITY BEGIN!
