IDEAS
I need ideas for a second civil war, if you didn't know, the first marvel civil war was about that all superheroes must not use a mask or costume and must register for shield, that was tony stark's idea,but when captain america didn't want to be registered, shield said he had no choice, cap made his decision and shield went against him, then captain america and iron man went to two different teams of heroes and villains and squared off, at the end, captain realized that he was wrong and going against everything he stood for, he ended up arrested, then cap was assassinated but was resurrected in future comics
so the problem is i have no idea what i should call it or even the story line behind it, please reply for any ideas
