For a one act festival thing and I still haven't properly named either of the characters. :((((

Why on Earth am I so bad at this part?

When is the play set? OR, when were they born. I mean that's the bit I ultimately need to give you name ideas. OH also country of origin. Yay census data and name statistics for things.
