Hyperlinking

Hello! So, my question regards how to hyperlink. I already know how to, but I don't know how to hyperlink to a specific post number. For example, for one of my group rps, I have a character list. I'd like to hyperlink each character name to the post number that the character was posted, rather than to the entire thread.

I tried to look at other users' posts who were able to do it successfully as a guide, but I still can't quite figure it out. Any way you could help? Thank you! :)

Below the signature/post body, there's a time and date the post was made. Clicking on that or right-clicking and copying the link it gives you will allow you to link directly to the post. You can also click on the post number in the same area, on the far right.
