Awesome!! I didn't think anyone was going to make a mentor, so this is exciting. AND you chose the perfect person! I love it!

To answer your question: I wanted it to happen before the 74th games, so I was thinking the 54th or something around there. I'll have to create a new arena, of course, since they are different each year. ((SO: IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS IT'D BE GREAT IF YOU SHARED THEM!!))

The gamesmakers put in whatever the tributes express being good at wielding, in order to ensure epic fights/deaths. If they put a bow and arrow, I don't see why they wouldn't put a crossbow.
