How do I get the open/close text boxes?

Instead of having an extremely long thread post for an interest checking thread, I'd like to use the little text things that you can open/close for each of the characters I'm listing but I don't understand how to do that. I see many people use them and they seem very useful. Help?

The text boxes you are referring to are known as spoilers, and can be used either with the [.spoiler] Example Text Here [./spoiler] text or [.spoili] Example Text Here[./spoili] for a smaller spoiler, removing the full stops before the actual bbcode itself.

For example, it will look like this:

Spoiler

This is an example! It's neat!
