How do I change my email?

So I recently just made a new email because my last one was just full of spam and old things that I never use anymore, and I'd like to make sure that I keep getting emails from here. Granted, I still will use my old email, but I'd prefer if I could use the new one.

I mean I may just be super dense, or blind, because I swear I've checked through everything. Ahhh.
