Ehb Presents:

HaRD ReSET

I had a dream.

It was a horrible dream.

It was a dream where I tried over and over again. In yet, no matter what, the same deplorable result was achieved each and every time. A result that made my heart break.

At some point, I went through that same pattern of beginning and agony, over and over again... that I had forgotten what I was trying to do. The goal in my mind that made my try so hard at the start had vanished. At that point, against how frighting things were, in the face of how desperate things had become, it was all so tiring that I had merely given up.

Being a hero is impossible. No one wants to make the many sacrifices required in order to reach the point of being exulted. And, for the people who do have the will to carry on that far... at some point, they inevitably forget what it is they wanted in the first place. All that is left of that honorable strong willed person is a monster who needlessly struggles and destroys for a reason that it has long lost.

Thusly,

The key in life is not to care about anything. Care about no one. When the inevitable death comes to take you. At the very least, you will be satisfied that you haven't been living your life in the lie that it is to be a hero.

So... Can you do it?
Can you prove this irrefutable fact incorrect?

Go ahead,
I'd like to see you try.

Sagawa%20Ico_zpspkldzqsy.jpg

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Main School Building, Second Floor Hallways]

"...It doesn't have anything to do with me."

A girl with light black hair turned away with an indignant posture.

In a certain high school. in a certain place in Japan, there was a certain someone who was acting unruly. At this point in time, it seemed like a grand setup was taking place in one nondescript hallway in the main school building.

One girl, confronted by two male students.

Any preconceptions of the above situation were instantly dispelled once one saw the orange armbands pinned on their right arms.

The armbands had two letters, 'SM.' But the color and armbands were enough for anyone in the school to instantly tell who those two people were. They were students, just like everyone else. But students wearing these particular armbands were to be tread around lightly, for they were the enforcers and purveyors of the Social Morals Committee.

They were hall monitors with direct ties to the government, as some people would say. But, when these people went directly after you - it was usually due to doing something that was unacceptable in society. Not coming to school, taking up gambling or using drugs. Joining a gang. If any word of rumor in these categories came to be correlated to you, then these people would be tasked to go after you in the name of correcting your erroneous ways.

Sagawa Mizunohara wasn't generally considered to be anyone to fall into any of these categories.

These two were coming for her for a slightly different sort of reason.

"The school's system security is so lax that breaking past it is child's play. Anyone who knows how to use the compiler on their chip, and how to copy and paste can break through it."

The words of the most proficient computer geek in the school. In truth Sagawa knew that it was a little bit more complicated than that, but she simply said it to get the point across that their accusations were way above her level of expertise. Despite her excuse, the pursuers remained unconvinced.

"That's what you say Mizunohara-san. But, you do know most of us only know how to use our chips for regular stuff. You're the only one in school who's proficient enough to do something like this, so naturally - with people getting hurt over this, we're wondering if you might've possibly been doing experiments... or something?"

Like some kind of evil scientist. The tone the student used sort of carried that sort of imagery.

Certainly, someone with technical expertise like Mizunohara, in a place where her technical prowess could be used on live test subjects (the students), would make anyone's scientific, or sadistic side grin from ear to ear in malicious glee.

This past week, several students have had occurrences of running into school walls. The only way someone could make someone run into a wall without physically assailing them, would be to fool their very senses into thinking there wasn't a wall there. Rather to invoke the visual illusion of their classroom, or the bathrooms. It was a real shame for the person who fell for the latter one.

However was making people do this was certainly having a laugh at other people's misfortune.

The only known person who had that technical prowess was the best computer geek at school. That was what ultimately lead us to this situation. Much to that girl's annoyance.

"So you're instantly making me a suspect?! What kind of profiling is this?"

The girl threw an exaggerated hmph! at the two.

"I'd like to hear what Mi-kun'll have to say when he hears about you harassing me about these blind accusations!"

The Social Morals boys immediately felt a cold sweat when they heard that name being mentioned. Certainly, there was a good reason why the Committee sent them to go question Sagawa rather than her childhood friend.

That person would likely hear nothing of it.

Because of that, they unfortunately had to be the ones to go drag her away.

"Hey, hey.... Don't be so quick to make us out to be the bad guys... We're just doing what we were asked to."

"That's exactly what's wrong with you people! Just blindly following Nozomi's and the Social Moral Committee's orders without thinking anything through. Any job that Nozomi doesn't have a direct hand in tends to have lackluster results like what I'm seeing here."

"Wha-... No, don't swerve this away from the topic at hand. You're coming with us to the Office Mizunohara-san! Now!"

Each time they got a reply out of Mizunohara, her voice grew louder, attracting more attention from students leaving classes. They really didn't want to bring that person into this scenario. And, above all, they wanted to go home already. All they had to do was gently get Sagawa so they could dump her into the hands of the Committee at the office.

They were already taking too long, people in the hallways were taking notice to this little scene that was unfolding...

Annoying Help Text 1 - Get Involved

Annoying Help Text 1 - Get Involved

Welcome to Hisakawa Koukou!

In this RP you play a high school student going through high school. At the start, it might be hard to find your place to fit in. Indeed, this probably is the hardest part! As a GM, it's my job to ensure there is a main narrative that is being driven forward. This Main Narrative typically involves a GM character, who is inherently important to the happenings of the world, whether they like it or not.

You can choose to get involved with the main narrative or try starting off things on your own side. If you come up with a coherent story that other players start latching onto, then it tends to magically somehow become a part of the main narrative for some magical reason! Which makes this RP great if you really start getting an idea rolling.

The point is, don't be afraid to post and get involved! There might be time when you're left hanging, or times when you're feeling like you're intruding, but don't think too hard about it. Just post and enjoy portraying your character.

That being said, do note that happy endings are not guaranteed.

Annoying Help Text 3 - Underlining Important Bits and NPC's

Annoying Help Text 3 - Underlining Important Bits and NPC's

In Hisakawa Koukou, underlining a section of text is used to denote particularly important parts of your post. Think of it as a way of telling people: "Please Have Your Response Mention/Comment on this thing!" Use it to let partners know an important part of your character's response, or something that other characters can latch onto to get into a conversation. Use it as a tool to help move scenes and stories forward!

Additionally, NPC Characters' dialogue is typically written in bold italic or regular italic.

Regular Italic is typically used for background characters making one off remarks,

whereas,

bold italic is used for npc characters who can be actively conversed with.

As a general rule, you're discouraged from employing NPCs, unless it's a particularly appropriate time for you to come up and control one for the sake of moving a scene forward. Use your good judgement!

[June 5th, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Main School Building, Classroom 2-A]
Well, this was a problem.

A loud, annoing, escalating problem that was disrupting his peaceful afterschool activities. What does he see when he first walks out of the classroom? Two Social Moral goons accosting one of his classmates. What happens afterwards? All three of them feeding into a cycle of exasperation and raised voices.

In other words, it was a pain.

As he fiddled with his camera, Yuuki Kimura sighed at the whole situation. Couldn't Mizunohara have just let it go, and follow those dudes to the Office? Couldn't those dudes have worded it in a way that didn't make her guilty before proven innocent? Couldn't all of them have simply…not done anything? A PA announcement for her to go to the staff office room or whatever could have been enough to get this done.

Ah, look, there was the ice queen glare. Yuuki reflexively tilted his camera upwards and snapped a picture without even looking at it. A quiet click was masked by all the shouting, and he had no doubt gotten a nice picture. Though smiles were best, glares were sexy in their own way.

Ah, look, there was the fluster and bluster of a wounded ego. Yuuki didn't usually take pictures of guys, but he did whenever one of those Social Moral goons looked like they were getting rekt. Another snap, and another picture saved for all of eternity…or until he runs out of memory.

The brunette pervert nodded in satisfaction. They were nice pictures. He'd have to make sure that washed out visual-kei reject didn't catch wind of one of these acquisitions.

"Wha-... No, don't swerve this away from the topic at hand. You're coming with us to the Office Mizunohara-san! Now!"

Yuuki's eyebrow twitched. His blue eyes clouded. He looked around him, at all the other bystanders who were watching this trainwreck unfold, at the fact that no one else had yet to step onto this super-awkward scene, and then let out another sigh. He really should stop sighing so much. He was chasing away all his happiness, after all.

"…yasashiku nareta…" A fragment of a song left his lips, before Yuuki made his decision.

If no one else would do it, then he would. If no one else would do it, then that means he was needed. And anyways, Mizu-chan was cute, smart, and pretty productive during that one group project they were in. There wasn't any reason NOT to help, right?

With that in mind, he walked over to the trio, plastered on a smile, ignored the increasing tensions, pretended to be the truant idiot they thought he was, and said, "Hi there, boys! I'm super certain that Mizu-chan was at class today, and she doesn't do drugs or join gangs or roll the gachapon, so…why all this yelling? Think all it's doing is disturbing the peace of mind of, like, everyone else here."

So yeah. Please chill and go away.

[BCOLOR=#000000]"Elvis, what's your idea of the ideal girl?"[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]"Female, sir."[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Then the people in the intro laughed. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Haaaa~~[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Burning Love began to play.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kira grinned at the bathroom mirror in the ladies' room, trying to capture a mischievous or flirty expression, wishing that her teeth would sparkle, catch a ray of light and just reflect it. Never really did happen by itself. Elvis would have been able to do it, or at least walk into a room and attract everyone's admiration onto himself. Alas, it was not for her. Maybe that much attention could be a bad thing too. After all, he had become paranoid over time.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kira's headphones were noise cancelling, so no matter how loud she played any song she should be safe from anyone hearing what it was, as long as the headphones remained firmly around her ears. On the flipside, she couldn't hear a single thing anyone else said or did. Great in traffic! Horrible if a hottie was to approach her![/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]It's not like the latter happened often, and if it did, it wasn't for the reason that she wanted it too. If she didn't watch herself, she would slowly slip into this vile stream of lovesickness where nothing else matter(s)ed. No! She wouldn't want to be one of those sad pathetic saps, regardless of what had happened in her past.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kira was a rocker. Always positive, always enjoying life to its fullest, and always giving it her all. Of course, failure was bound to follow in the wake of such a hurricane, but she knew she had to get over that at some point. Nobody got to the top by following a straight path. Everyone failed, resulting in a bunch of squiggly curved lines if anyone was to trace their paths afterwards.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Anyway, she shouldn't stay in the bathroom much longer. Mirrors may be one of her weaknesses, but she had stuff to do today like every day![/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Before she left, she tapped the drumsticks sticking out of her pockets with her fingers. One on each side of her pants, as if she was a cowboy and they were her revolvers. She hadn't quite perfected the trick of pulling them out, spinning them around, and sticking them back into their holsters. Her left hand had no problem with it, the champ, but her right hand kept throwing the drumstick away. She'd already cracked one mirror; at home, thankfully, so no one cared that much about it. On some level, she could sympathize with her less-dominant hand, as it tried its hardest but wasn't quite there. However, it just wouldn't do.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kira took a deep breath, turned around, and got ready to leave to the bathroom. She hoped no one would be in the way of her entrance into the hallway, or she would have to pretend that was she was about to do had been an accident.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]"How dare you think such cheap tactics would work with me?" The woman in the song asked.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]"It ain't tactics, honey. It's just the beast in me," Elvis replied.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Generally, Kira preferred the original songs over the remakes, but the drums were more pronounced in this version, and she got to hear Elvis talk and sing! He would always be the king of rock n' roll. She simply wished to absorb a tiny fragment of his star.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kira rushed towards the door, threw it open, and slid out into the hallway with her right foot first. She held her left hand behind, and above, her head, while the right pointed straight where she was sliding. Before she hit the other wall, she stopped herself, and pirouetted. As she came to a halt, she threw her left drumstick up into the air, and flipped her head to the side. She smiled, then caught the drumstick again.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]As far as she was concerned, she'd executed the maneuver flawlessly. All those dancing lessons had given her adept control over her body. Her parents were good for something other than fighting with each other. There didn't seem to have been anyone behind the door she'd flung open either, and people were beginning to trickle out of their classrooms. Score![/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]I'm just a hunk, a hunk of burning love.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]She noticed that Mizunohara-san was being accosted by a couple of tools of order, further down the hall. Now normally, she wouldn't care or interfere, since it was Mizunohara-san. Yet people were leaving their classrooms right about now, and she shouldn't let her step-sibling take all the credit for saving a girl. Not when others were there to see it.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]"Oops, I might have knocked the door off its hinges," Kira said, loudly, as she couldn't hear her own voice in the music. Shaking her head, she doubted she had done much damage to the door. She'd been careful, right? "Hey, what did you do, Mizunohara-san? Fall asleep in class? Oh, what a crime! You're a true delinquent, you are... Teach me your ways!"[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]She pointed the drumstick in her hand at Mizunohara-san, and then at the two social morals' guys. Kira slid it back into her pocket, preparing to bolt down the hall if they did try to come after her.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]A hunk, a hunk of burning love.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]The song ended.[/BCOLOR]

Chiyo%20Ico%20Real_zpscbxdv0hl.jpg

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Main School Building, Second Floor Hallways]

Honestly, all Chiyo wanted to do was go home. But, as being part of the Social Morals Committee entailed, that wasn't very likely. A quick sigh, and she was walking out of the classroom- intent on finding Michio so that-

"I'd like to hear what Mi-kun'll have to say when he hears about you harassing me about these blind accusations!"

Chiyo stopped a few steps away from the door, watching the scene unfold before her.

There was Sagawa Mizunohara, the tech whiz of class 2-A.

And there were two fellow Social Morals members, apparently trying to contain the situation by gently pulling her into the office-
"Wha-... No, don't swerve this away from the topic at hand. You're coming with us to the Office Mizunohara-san! Now!"

...Or not. Setting her bag down near a wall, Chiyo thought about approaching the conflict. On one hand, it seemed that they were doing there job, and having to deal with her on top of it was pretty unfair. On the other, Chiyo didn't remember hearing anything about Sagawa needing to go to the office?

"Hi there, boys!" Kimura stepped into the conversation, no doubt about him already having some pictures stored away, judging from the camera in his hands. Chiyo grimaced slightly at the sight of him.

[BCOLOR=#000000]"Hey, what did you do, Mizunohara-san?" [/BCOLOR] At Oshiro's string of comments, Chiyo resolved her inner conflict- rather focusing on the one at hand, instead. Walking over to the small group forming, she fiddled with the orange armband on her arm- the color displeasing to her eyes. "Excuse me, I was just wondering if those 'orders' you mentioned were supposed to reach me and Michio-san. If not, I would like to know exactly why Nozomi-san is expecting other students to do our job. I mean, last I checked, Sagawa-san was a student of Class 2-A, correct?" Cocking her head slightly, Chiyo blinked at the duo, before giving a soft smile to the two.

"Well, Michio-san should be here any moment now, so hopefully we can get things resolved before he arrives?"

Well, it wasn't exactly a lie, after all Chiyo was planning on meeting up with Michio- even informing him before hand that she'd like to discuss the latest Social Morals assignment with him.

Though after this fiasco, she doubts that he'll be in the mood for it. [/fieldbox]

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Main School Building, Art room]

A redhead blinked once before staring straight at the porcelain figure that was situated on a small almost-like pedestal. She was probably the only one with a notebook at hand, while the others had either their sketchbooks out or prepping the easel they are about to use. She supposed it was only natural, considering she didn't exactly want to go back home now. No one would be at home and it was not as though she had much to do. Misheru Tachibana stood up from her seat before slinging her bag onto her shoulder as she slipped her notebook back in. "I'm leaving. See you guys tomorrow, yeah!", she grinned before pushing the back door open and stepping out.

The only thing left to do now is head home, I guess, she thought to herself before stopping at a drinking fountain to have a mouthful or two of water. Just as she was about to climb down the flights of stairs, she remembered that she needed to remind a fellow classmate about her class duties for the next day. Climbing up the stairs one step at a time, she reached the second floor and was about to enter a classroom when her ears picked up on the commotion that was going on. Many of whom she knew were there, including Yuuki, Kira, and Chiyo. Not to mention, the one who was the source of such a spectacle was Sagawa and two other males.

"I'd like to hear what Mi-kun'll have to say when he hears about you harassing me about these blind accusations!"
"…why all this yelling? Think all it's doing is disturbing the peace of mind of, like, everyone else here."
"Hey, what did you do, Mizunohara-san?..."
"Well, Michio-san should be here any moment now, so hopefully we can get things resolved before he arrives?"

So much of chatter and nothing is happening.

Misheru took note of the small gang that was forming as she stood a foot away from them. Granted, she wanted to know what was happening like any other individual on the second floor, but asking sure as hell wouldn't help now. She smiled at Yuuki as a greeting before saying, "Whatever it is, you guys better tone down, considering everyone will know what is going on. If Sagawa is indeed in the wrong, you two can sure proof it, if not, leave her be.".

MichioIcopeg_zps8txoshd1.jpg

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Main School Building, Vacant Classroom]

Inside a seemingly abandoned classroom, a lone figure could be seen filling out a hefty amount of paperwork. Due to his snow-white hair and purple complexion, Kamijou Michio could easily be mistaken as a ghostly apparition inhabiting this lifeless, unused classroom. In reality, Michio had recently started performing much of his paperwork inside this room since he discovered that this was one of the few places he could readily access free from anything that could potentially disrupt him from efficiently performing his work.

"It's a good thing this particular classroom's considered as one of Hisakawa's 7 Mysteries. Most people would avoid coming here thinking the room's haunted. Even at this age of technology, the occult seems to still find a way to grasp the hearts of people. After I got permission from the Student Council, I can finally do this task in peace." He muttered to himself after performing a series of stretches upon taking a break from the paperwork.

Even though he gained a reputation for performing his job as a Social Morals Rep seriously and thoroughly, it doesn't mean that he particularly enjoys performing paperwork. After all, who in their right mind would enjoy such a boring routine, right? But since 2-A's other Social Morals Rep, Chiyo Imada's always had a hard time dealing with the paperwork, it was up to Michio to perform this facet of Social Morals Rep duty by himself. However, while he does not enjoy the highly-tedious activity, he does appreciate how much distraction Social Morals Rep duty and his part-time job provides from the unfortunate situation his family is currently in.

Right now, Michio's family is still buried under a mountain of debt from the Yakuza. While both his parents are frantically working to chip off the debt little by little, Michio was used as collateral. Until they were able to pay the huge amount of money, he would be forced to compete with another potential heir for the right to become the next head of the area's Yakuza. It doesn't help that the other heir was once someone whom he considered as a very close friend.

"I guess that's why I always wanted to keep myself busy... so I could temporarily forget the hopeless situation we're in right now. Call it a form of escapism but it has helped me cope with this situation even until now. I owe who I am today from yesterdays misfortunes."

Just as he was about to return to his paperwork, he soon realized that the classroom's reputation proved to be unenduring when he took notice of the commotion gradually getting louder in the hallway.

"This is the first time this place's peace was interrupted ever since I made this my secret office. If that noise managed to reach even this seemingly perpetually tranquil place, then it must be something serious." He muttered after heaving a sigh.

Naturally, as one of the people tasked to preserve the school's order, he had to investigate this situation. Hence, he exited the classroom and proceeded to the source of the commotion.

He was astonished to find Sagawa-chan and some of his other classmates from 2-A seemingly arguing with two other Social Morals Reps whose names he couldn't quite recall at that moment.

"I'd like to hear what Mi-kun'll have to say when he hears about you harassing me about these blind accusations!"
"…why all this yelling? Think all it's doing is disturbing the peace of mind of, like, everyone else here."
"Hey, what did you do, Mizunohara-san?..."

"Whatever it is, you guys better tone down, considering everyone will know what is going on. If Sagawa is indeed in the wrong, you two can sure proof it, if not, leave her be.".

Judging from everyone's responses, he could piece together what this entire commotion was all about. About a week ago, an unsettling phenomenon began tormenting a few of the students wherein they would end up walking into walls. Since Sagawa Mizunohara was the undisputed master of programming in the entire school, it would only be natural to think that she was the instigator of the past week's events. However, being good at something doesn't prove that she was the perpetrator.

--------Play-------

To think that these two, who were supposed to be Social Morals Reps, had the audacity to mindlessly accuse Sagawa of those acts without definitive proof was enough to enrage Michio. If he had been a delinquent, he would have already delivered a few well-placed punches on the other guys' faces which would have easily earned them a trip to the infirmary. But as a Social Morals Rep himself, he needed to act in a calm and composed manner in this situation.

But the heavy footsteps he took as he approached the two Social Morals Reps betrayed the calm and composed look on his face. Rather, seeing Michio with that particular look on his face should be sending chills up on the other guys' respective spines. If looks could kill, they would have died a dozen times already.

"Blindly accusing one of the students here of performing that deplorable act isn't something I expected from people who also bear the title of Social Morals Representative. That's how the whole mess in Salem started... with people accusing women of witchcraft without definitive proof. While Sagawa Mizunohara may seem the obvious suspect due to her inherent talent with programming, it is foolish to label her as the perpetrator without any inkling of evidence just because she's good at a particular skill. Until anyone brings up credible evidence against Sagawa-chan, she is to be considered innocent until proven guilty. I never want anyone to go through this discrimination ever again be it Sagawa-chan or any other student. " Michio said in a solemn voice as he glared at the two Social Morals Reps officers.

While he attempted to be as fair as possible in that situation, he was actually trying his best to control his emotions. Admittedly, he has a tendency to side with Sagawa instantly whenever she gets in a pinch. It's a habit that stuck with him ever since he decided to become her pillar of support upon her brother's absence. But since he became a Social Morals Rep officer, Michio needed to try his best to be impartial while still supporting his childhood friend. After all, he was Sagawa's friend before he was a Social Morals Rep.

YukitaniIco_zpsgwe41pb7.jpeg

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, School Campus, Park]

>> Click here for flute-playing Yukitani get! <<

In the greener pastures of Hisakawa Koukousei, a mellow, light and wafting tune embraced the air for passerbys in the vicinity to indulge in. Some were drawn into the limpid sweetness of the sound, while others couldn't help but look over his direction. A blonde youthful man, eyes shut down, was in sync with his implement, a flute. He was visibly calm and relaxed, despite playing the woodwind instrument with such focus. An elderly member of the school faculty, as well as a scant amount of juniors and sophomores served as audience to his bright music.

"Woah... Is that really him?"
"Ah, yes. He is Yura Yukitani-senpai from Class 2-A."
"Sugee..."
"His skill with the flute is dope...!"
"Somehow, I'm feeling at peace right now..."

There is no conflict in looking good. You buy things you need, and then you do something good for society.

...

.....

........

To save myself from the darkness I've fallen into, I have to climb back up by myself.

........

.....

...

A storm of insurmountable odds is coming my way. I can feel it in my bones.

Conflict is unavoidable.

I have to...

With the pleasant tune finally having reached its conclusion, a brief moment of silence instilled the vicinity as he released the hardworked instrument from his lips and put it down. He then opened his eyes, revealing a magenta hue, along with a gentle yet cheerful smile to complement his effeminate visage. Applause followed suit, slowly but surely, courtesy of his entire audience.

>> Yura's Theme <<

"... That was beautiful as always, Yukitani-kun.", the elderly faculty member spoke. Judging by her mood, she was clearly satisfied by his little performance.

"The comment is much appreciated, madame.", he replied.

His name was Yura Yukitani. Aged 17. A student of Class 2-A. A youthful teenager who is regarded by people who know of him as one of the calmest, kindest and friendliest individuals in Hisakawa. His talent in playing the flute, as showcased by his earlier performance, is met with high regard by the student body.

"The music club is at an impediment without talent such as yours. Perhaps you should reconsider being a part of it?", the elder proposed.

"Oh, yes! Yukitani-chan! Please join the Music Club!"
"Yeah! C'mon, Yuki-senpai!"
"Yeah, dude! You'll get the ladies with that skill! You're a virtuoso!"

"Ahahaha... I appreciate the offer, but I still have a lot to learn. And studies are my priority for the time being! So I'll have to humbly decline!", he responded before courtly bowing down.

The elderly woman, who is also the coordinator for the Music Club, approached Yukitani and gave him a pat on his shoulder.

"Trust me, boy... You needn't learn much else when it comes to playing the flute. I can't force you to join, but I do hope I'll hear more from you, alright?"

"Yes ma'am. Thank you very much."

"No, thank you for making me hear you play. I hope I didn't bother you."

"Ah, no no! My classes had already ended. I'm truly honored to play for you! Though, to be honest, I really just play the flute as a hobby. I'm not sure if I can focus on it once I graduate. Ahahaha!", Yukitani scratched his cheek.

"Just remember. Your future is yours to hold. Whatever you decide, know that I, as well as your parents would be happy for you regardless."

"Indeed, ma'am. Well, see you! Have a safe trip!", he before parting ways with the coordinator.

Moments after, what was left of blonde youth's little audience had approached him. The calm and collected female was seemingly pushing the shy and demure girl in an attempt to talk to Yukitani.

"Y-yuki-senpai!", she spoke faintly.

"Hm? Oh, thank you for listening in! I really didn't expect other students to come by.", Yukitani replied.

"N-no! You're really good at playing the flute! I was just wondering... W-wanna come and hang out with us?"

"Ah, I would be happy to! But unfortunately, I have prior commitments this afternoon. I apologize.", he bowed down once more.

"N-no, no! It's fine! You go on ahead! Perhaps we'll see each other again tomorrow?"

"Perhaps. Thank you for letting me go, miss. Maybe some other time. Sore ja!", he walked off but not before giving the underclassman and her friends a parting gesture.

....

"... You didn't tell him your name.", her friend spoke a moment after he was already a distance away.

"A-ah...!"

Placing the flute back on his shoddy-looking backpack, Yukitani was just about ready to go home. Just before he reached the main gate of the institution and exiting the campus entirely, he turned around and took a glance at the main school building. He had a gut feeling. Despite being oblivious to the events transpiring inside the school building at that very moment, Yura knew that there was indeed something happening... he's just not sure what it is.

[fieldbox= Rei Saionji, Purple, solid]
SaionjiIco_zpsebvey9kd.jpeg

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Main School Building, Second Floor Hallways]

-----Play------

Rei Saionji enjoyed the quiet of the empty classroom. It was silent and she didn't have to do anything to enforce it. The normal classroom was far away and everyone left so quickly that she could watch them all go without caring and she could do her homework in peace before her mother decided that Rei had done 'nothing at home' for long enough. Every day was different, but she kept up with what needed to be kept up with. The martial arts, the studies, and so on. The lectures from her mother about etiquette were ironic, but noted.

She tried not to think about who her opponent was, and how much she'd given up because she was the candidate. It didn't take much to know that he was in debt and had little to no interest in the title. Thus, it'd probably fall to her. She didn't want it, but her mother did. So Rei nodded her head and went along accordingly. She'd win.

And then her mother would smile and hug her like she did when Rei had been declared an heir.

It was... nice, that hug.

"You did such a good job, honey."

"Mom, what are you doing?"

"A hug of course!"

"Can you-"

"I won't let up on my training for you. But I love you so much, honey."

"I... Me too."

{I never knew mom's hugs were so warm... if I work even harder, will I get one from her everyday?}

Then it wasn't. It meant more training, more work. More expectations. She didn't really like it, but she'd do anything to get more of what she'd gotten before, her mother's approval. Anything at all.

Even if it meant going against Michio and lying to almost everyone. Even Yura. Poor Yura was always so happy and easygoing and good that Rei felt bad for even enjoying his company. She briefly wondered what he thought about the sudden and unexplained distance between her and Michio.

So she finished the line she wrote and packed up her things. It was a mechanical sort of action, nothing really seemed to be human about it except that Rei was not, in fact, an automaton. She wondered if it would be easier if she actually was.

Then she was out the door and walking down to the lobby when she stumbled upon the scene that was developing and noticed Sagawa at the center of it all and Michio stepping in like a white knight. Rei watched passively as the dramatic speech was held and walked on through it, not a care in the world.

She went down the stairs to the entrance gate where Yura was looking back at the school.
"Yura-tan, you're thinking too hard. Your face is all scrunched up."

Rei spoke, her voice barely having a teasing tone to it. She stopped next to him, glad to have escaped the crowd outside the classroom to have this quiet moment before going home. She noted that her mother tried to message her, but Rei ignored it.

"There was a crowd outside the classroom today. I barely escaped the Social Morals officers. Be glad that you didn't have to deal with that." She was making idle conversation, but this was one of the rare times of the day she spoke. "How was your day?"

Thinking back on the memory of her middle school heir announcement made her yearn for a more normal conversation with Yura.

Mika%20Ico_zpszjgmvx8a.jpg

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, School Campus, First Floor Hallway]

Mika's white hair seemed much heavier now that she never bothered to tie it up anymore.
Her vibrant red tie was now replaced by an, abruptly put on faded cyan tie and that wasn't tied up right. She had been walking, her light blue backpack hitting against her back every time she walked.
Mika took out her phone, she had planned on walking home with her newly appointed boyfriend, but she had no idea where he had gone when she turned her back. Mika started to zone out,

"Yo Mika! Ai and I were gonna go to the icecrea-"

"Come on Sakura! Don't steal my thunder!"

"Psh! I can say whatever I want!"
Sakura said this in a joking tone, Mika couldn't help but laugh.

"Pardon her, but are you coming Mi-mi?"

"No, not today. I only can hang out with you guys so much."
Mika was quite serious about this, after all she hadn't slept all day due to these two
hyping up the classroom.

"Alright then. We'll see you later!"

Mika shook her head as she snapped back to reality. Shut up, shut up, shut up!
She didn't want to remember that day.

It was a war against her heart and her mind, like any normal person, having friends hurt.
That's why all her bonds were snapped in half, there were new people entering her life but she didn't nowadays, dare get too close. In order to avoid them, sometimes she faked falling asleep of course afterwards she'd sleep anyways. She looked at her phone one last time

>> Yuuki. I'm waiting.

Yuuki was an exception. He was... He...
Mika yawned, she should really be getting home about now.
She also had to wait for Yuuki though, she was torn. She'd just wait for him by the gate.
Mika had heard a flute earlier, it was quite soothing. It was a change from her usual.
She tucked her phone in her bag as she made her way towards the gate, humming the tune of Tokyo Teddy Bear.

She rubbed her eye, it was getting cold lately, the breeze blew on her face and she yawned. Noticing, Yukitani the ray of sunshine, extremely bright and perky. He was quite popular among students, and that sort of unnerved Mika. She pondered the thought of asking him about Yuuki as she blinked at the blonde cheerful male. She didn't know much about him, then there was Rei. She didn't know about her either, after all whenever she hung out with Rei, Rei would smile politely and then depart. She knew Yuuki had a part in it, but she didn't know what.
She hadn't really put herself in situations where crowds of people came in. It just made her unsettled, but then again she couldn't really help it. On the other hand, her lazy buddy apparently was getting into abnormally huge trouble. It was strange, she didn't think her lazy buddy would do something like that, knowing her, Mizunohara probably did something strange once again.

"Hello Saionji-San and Yukitani-Kun."

She calmly walked up to them,

"The world has been getting cooler day by day, if you don't mind me butting into your conversation."

Her expression didn't give out, and neither did her voice, give any emotion.
She yawned as she looked up at them. She'd just wait for Yuuki, or later on ask if they had
seen him.

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Main School Building, Second Floor Hallways]

There's a brief moment when you see someone. Where your brain hasn't fully connected the dots on who they are. That little sliver of time where they could be anyone. Ambiguous, unimportant to reality. A stranger. For that fraction of time, the person doesn't exist to you.

He wished it could always be like that.

It was impressive, to the unbiased viewer. How they flocked together, spouting out their own dribble. So sudden, so quick to judge. Rather hypocritical for them with what they were saying. Defending without thought.

Though there was a point in how ineffective it was for the Social Morals to do this, it created way too much attention. In a middle of a school hallway was possibly the worst place to confront someone.

"Whatever it is, you guys better tone down, considering everyone will know what is going on. If Sagawa is-".

He found himself walking past it. Looking down in a grimace. On his way he saw Michio walking towards the crowd. Readying to give off some lesson, perhaps threatening them for even daring to look at her in a matter that wasn't complete worship.

All of them, crowding together to defend her.

It....

It made him fucking sick.

The feeling of the afternoon breeze greeted him as he stepped outside. He stretched, welcoming the ability to stand up and be free.

He saw familiar faces ahead, standing just inside the school gate. He scratched his cheek. Rei, Yura and Mika had just met up. Certainly three people who Leo wouldn't normally go and talk to due to various circumstances.

But he was tremendously bored so,

"Standing there like that makes you seem like you're all lost." He uttered with a small smile as he got the group. Watching the three's reaction to his arrival.

It took him a moment to realise what was strange about the fact that Rei and Mika were there together. His smiled widened almost unnoticeably.

Iori%20Ico_zpsn6mn1uok.jpeg

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, School Campus, Park]

("Master told me to go home, and yet I decided to loiter here...")

On the another side of the Hisakawa's park, a girl with a free-flowing, waist-length pink colored hair can be seen leaning comfortably on a wooden bench, with a bottle of green tea in hand. As the bench was inside a wooden veranda, she was mostly sheltered from the sun. There was another wooden bench on her left, and a vending machine on her right.

Today's weather was nice. It was warm, and the breezes that followed gave a nice fuzzy feeling. Despite her current outfit which was a crossover of the Hisakawa's female uniform and a black frilly maid dress, along with a pair of white thigh-high socks and the right shoes, it was enjoyable that the pink haired girl decided to have some time alone. She wears this outfit and her other hoodie school uniform on alternate days.

("Before I left the classroom however, I can see two guys approaching Mizunohara-san...")

Ionia's purple eyes frowned, as she turned the bottle of green tea around with her right hand while letting her thoughts run.

("Not just ordinary guys... Those guys with orange armbands, with the word 'SM' on it. Haha! For the outside people, they would have probably thought that these two guys involved in some pretty indecent stuffs!")

She sighed, as a bunch of students walked past by her, chuckling at each other.

("Still, I hope she's okay. Those guys weren't looking to joke around. Oh well, at least she has Kamijou-kun to play the role of White Knight...")

Then, the sound of flute was in the air as Ionia took another sip of her bottled green tea, which once again spurred her mind and her ahoge shaping into a question mark.

("Oh? Was it Yukitani-kun?)

She then closed her eyes, listening to the faint flute tune coming from a distance.

("Yes... It's him. It has to be Yukitani-kun. That's his trademark...")

("That tune with an apparent bliss, with a hint of sadness. Say what you want, but Yukitani-kun is just too pure. As if he was faking it, no offense... Even I can't reach that level of kindness like he did.")

Ionia then placed her hands on the back of her head, acting as a pillow.

("Or maybe I'm just being too real, as usual...")

...
* * *
"..."

The pink haired girl slowly opened her eyes and letting a gentle yawn. Then, she lets out a gasp, her ahoge forming an exclamation mark after realizing what happened just now.

("Damn it, did I just slept? What the heck's wrong with you, Iori-chan?")

Ionia gently slapped her own face.

("Or was it the flute just now? Eh, whatever. I hope those passersby didn't take a photo of me sleeping... 'The Maid of Hisakawa Sleeping at the Park!' Good heavens, I should go home for real now...!")

After doing some stretching, she got up from the bench, picked up her bag and her bottle of unfinished green tea, before leaving the park.

Ionia was walking nonchalantly and whistled a song that was stuck on her head. She thought that the school gate was not the place to gather, until she saw Yura, Rei, Mika, and most of all, Leo Kane. All four of them stood in front of the gate, apparently looking at each other. Surprised, yet at the same time, scared, Ionia quickly hide herself into a corner nearby.

("Wh-why are they gathering there? Not to mention that all of them are the ones that I can't get along with! I'm not saying that I'm afraid of them but they have the numbers and I don't want to deal with their antics! They will tear me a new one if I go there!")

("Still, I need to know what are they talking about! Perhaps they are discussing some big evil plan?!")

But the pink haired girl was also curious of what they are discussing about, and such she peeked and observed them. It's only a matter of time before the group found out her presence.

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, School Campus, Main Gate]

".... Was it just my imagination?", Yura pondered.

"Yura-tan, you're thinking too hard. Your face is all scrunched up."

"Rei.", was his only response as his childhood friend stopped right beside him. Appearance-wise, she may look like a guy, but that calm and softspoken voice of hers never failed to prove anyone otherwise. "You really do know me well.", Yura followed, closing his eyes with a smile. There was no escaping those sharp eyes of hers.

"There was a crowd outside the classroom today. I barely escaped the Social Morals officers. Be glad that you didn't have to deal with that."

"I see... My gut hasn't failed me yet, it seems."

"How was your day?"

"The usual, I suppose. Heheh. Oh yeah, listen to this! Yamadera-sensei of the Music Club made me perform in front of a live audience a little while ago! It was a wee bit embarrassing, I gotta admit. Though I'm glad she and the other students liked it. When she said "That was beautiful as always, Yukitani-kun.", I was real flattered. And--"

Before the chatterbox could elaborate further on his "live performance" earlier, they were greeted by the shortcake napper of their class, Mika Tsubasa. She was in her default deadpan expression; impassive with lack of emotion and motivation.

"Hello Saionji-San and Yukitani-Kun."

"Lovely afternoon, Miss Tsubasa."

"The world has been getting cooler day by day, if you don't mind me butting into your conversation."

"No worries! And Indeed, it has. Windy days, windy days. A perfect weather for a cup of tea, wouldn't you agree?"

"Standing there like that makes you seem like you're all lost."

The blonde glanced as their conversation was interjected once more by another classmate. But this next one was different. Leo Kane. Despite his extroverted tendencies, Yura doesn't look up to a man of his unpredictable yet condescending attitude. They weren't exactly on good terms, yet he greeted the other with a calm and silent smile. Yura felt a minuscule tension in the air as he sees that Mika and Leo have exchanged glances of indifference once more. But another thing quickly caught Yura's attention, as he spoke once more.

"Hmm... How odd. It seems as if we're growing in numbers here...

He became silent for a moment, before continuing in a higher yet still calm tone, as if calling out for someone.

...don't you think so too, Miss Nishimura?"

Yura gestured towards the direction of the nearby corner where she was peeking out and observing, causing the pink-haired female to become the center of attention.

"Now, now. Don't just stay there! Come! Perhaps we could all walk home together and discuss a bit regarding Math homework?"

[fieldbox= Mizunohara Sagawa, turquoise, solid]
Sagawa%20Ico_zpspkldzqsy.jpg

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Main School Building, Second Floor Hallways]

"Hi there, boys! I'm super certain that Mizu-chan was at class today, and she doesn't do drugs or join gangs or roll the gachapon, so…why all this yelling? Think all it's doing is disturbing the peace of mind of, like, everyone else here."

Pinching the bridge of his nose, the student council rep was being faced with an ever worsening situation - of people coming in to play hero.

"I'm just doing my job here Kimura-san. Keep walking."

That wasn't the end of that, however. As if on queue, a walking disaster waiting to happen came forward. With their music blaring through their personal headphones. They proclaimed boisterously:

[BCOLOR=#000000]"Oops, I might have knocked the door off its hinges, Hey, what did you do, Mizunohara-san? Fall asleep in class? Oh, what a crime! You're a true delinquent, you are... Teach me your ways!" [/BCOLOR]

Sagawa, presuming she was being teased, paid Oshiro Kira's words no heed.

At this point, a small crowd was forming around Sagawa and the two reps. Didn't these people have anything better to do? One of the reps thought.

They were all regular students though, no one to pay much heed to. Of course, the arrival of one student somewhat complicated matters.

"Excuse me, I was just wondering if those 'orders' you mentioned were supposed to reach me and Michio-san. If not, I would like to know exactly why Nozomi-san is expecting other students to do our job. I mean, last I checked, Sagawa-san was a student of Class 2-A, correct?"

"Yeah she is, we know." The rep said, recognizing Chiyo immediateley. "But they sent us for her anyway, so I don't know."

"Well, Michio-san should be here any moment now, so hopefully we can get things resolved before he arrives?"

"Whatever it is, you guys better tone down, considering everyone will know what is going on. If Sagawa is indeed in the wrong, you two can sure proof it, if not, leave her be." One of the students in the crowd commented.

"No, He was the last person the council wanted to have involved in-"
"Mi-kun!"
"Ah, damn it."

Without even a chance to finish his explanation, Kamijou Michio came into the scene. The last person they wanted to have here right now. For good reason. The look on his face was more or less what they expected out of a person who had an arguable obsession with the girl they had been asked to bring to the office.

"Look, Kamijou-san..."

I never want anyone to go through this discrimination ever again be it Sagawa-chan or any other student."

"Calm down dude, listen. We're not here to slap handcuffs on Mizunohara-san or anything. The council just wanted to have a little talk with her is all. What's happening now is exactly the reason why they the council wanted us to bring her to them instead of you two."

"That's why I'm saving you the trouble and telling you I have nothing to do with it" Sagawa replied, immediately defending herself again. "What made you people want to bring me in aside from blatant profiling based on my grades?"

"Geez, I don't know. For all I know that is the reason. Whatever, I don't care. I want to go home. But before I do that I have to bring you to the office. That is literally all I have to do with this. And..." The Rep turned from Sagawa and looked to both Michio and Chiyo. "Don't forget, you two are on the council's payroll like us. So don't get in the way of me doing my job."

What he was saying was true.

The Social Morals Committee was an organization that was organized by the government. Even though most members came from the student body, being in social morals was also a job. Policing fellow classmates and organizing events, and following orders from senior staff were all duties handed down to them. Getting a paycheck was an ample incentive for students to join and work hard.

"Anyway, Kamijou-kun, your job today isn't related to Mizunohara. Didn't you also have a grab quest to do too?"

Casually, the rep pointed his thumb at one of the students surrounding them.

"Look, he's right there. He's got that camera and everything."
"You're talking about... Kimura-san?"
"Yes. Kamijou-san and Imada-san were supposed bring him to the office today too."

Eyes started to shift to the blue-eyes brunette-haired boy whom was first to come to Mizunohara's Rescue.

"Additionally, I'm pretty sure it had something to do with that camera he's holding there."

There was an awkward tension that immediately developed. Kind of like the tension one would feel watching a train coming headlong towards a car stuck on the tracks. What were they to do now?

Annoying Help Text 4 - Achievements

Just like how they can unintentionally spoil the story, achievements in Hisakawa help guide participants in how the plot is intended to go. They can be found in Current Story and Cast List Tab in the Sign Up Thread intro post.

Achievements aren't limited to the main story either, they also help track side-stories as well! Be sure to check it whenever an achievement is unlocked, as there's a chance new ones to achieve were added as well!

Annoying Help Text 5 - Chaos Level

Annoying Help Text 5 - Chaos Level

Each GM Character has a potential fate that can affect multiple characters in the story. Since their fate is potentially tied to yours, it might be important to take care on how things progress for them as the story moves forward. This is made a bit easier for you to keep track of in their Chaos Level. Located at their character entry in the cast list.

Each GM character's chaos level is primarily affected by what happens in the IC. Without spoiling too much: making 'wrong' choices increases a character's chaos level, while making 'right' choices can lower it. A character possessing too high of a chaos level can trigger a Bad Ending which can end the RP.

The important choices that will greatly affect a character's chaos level are typically ones that touch on their primary theme. Be sure to reply carefully for important sounding scenes!

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kira paused the music for a moment, slid her headphones off her ears, to listen in on the conversation that was going on around Mizunohara-san. Frankly, it bored her. Michio and his assistant was too eager to defend the lazy girl. And anyway, how was her step-brother getting more credit as a delinquent than she was? The camera? She might have to step up her game. Although, it was too creepy for her to take pictures of people who didn't want it...[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000] [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]She would have followed Rei, who seemed largely uninterested in her, but she'd noticed that [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=#000000]she [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=#000000]had shown up. The Devil in Disguise! My, my. She narrowed her eyes.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000] [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]Kira put her headphones back where they belonged, over her ears, cracked her knuckles, and played another song to pump herself up. Aces High! She always got this uneasy feeling that she might put her foot in her mouth, and embarrass herself when she planned to approach Tachibana-san. If only because the devil would do it for her, not because she was that much of a clutz.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000] [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"God hates, the Lords of Salem," Kira growled to herself, as she passed Michio and gave him an approving pat on the back. Anything that reminded her of a rock or metal song was cool, even if it was used in the wrong context for Mizunohara-san. She was about as far from rock as it could get.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000] [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]Kira stopped in front of Tachibana-san, put her hands on her own hips, and opened her mouth to speak. Only to realize she hadn't thought of anything to say. Oh great, this was already off to a competent start. Think, Kira, think![/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000] [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]"...Good afternoon, Tachibana-san. How are you doing today?"[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000] [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]Really...? That was the [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=#000000]best [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=#000000]she could come up with? It wasn't rock at all! Kira got a stiff smile on her lips, and a worried look in her eyes, as she slid past the devil instead of waiting for her reply. She walked down the stairs with quick steps to escape from the current situation. Besides, the loud music in her ears reminded her that she wouldn't have been able to hear any reply she might have gotten, and she would have had to ask her to, come again?[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000] [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]No, better play it off like she'd meant to tease her. She rolled her shoulders when she arrived on the first floor, and moved the headphones so they were around her neck instead. The music continued to play, turning her into a walking sound system, but at least she could hear what others said this way. Hopefully some of her more questionable taste in music wouldn't start by itself.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000] [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]She should stop messing around for the day. It was all in good fun, but fun wouldn't get her anywhere. Dedication and determination would! She didn't have access to a drumset at school, so she had to go home. Kira removed the drumsticks from her pockets, and tried to mimic the beat to Aces High on the walls. She danced down the hallway towards the exit, swaying her hips to the sides, and spinning from one wall to the other. [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000] [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]Run, live to fly, fly to live, do or die~~ She moved her mouth along with the lyrics which Bruce sang, but didn't sing herself or vocalize anything. She mimed. Run, live to fly, fly to live. Aces high![/BCOLOR]

[June 5th, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Main School Building, Classroom 2-A]
"I'm just doing my job here Kimura-san. Keep walking."

Uwah, so cold.

For a moment there, Yuuki was reminded of all the hardcore dystopia movies that popped up, where super serious special services agents used almost that exact same line to get bystanders to go away while they bludgeon some poor second-class citizen…but the situation wasn't nearly as serious as that.

What did happen, however, was the appearance of a whole bunch of other students, familiar faces crawling out of the woodwork. A veritable mob, all things considered, and to make it worse, Prince Charming had arrived with his white hair and his blah-blah-blah. Scratching the back of his head, Yuuki managed to stifle his sigh. He should be rejoicing, honestly, seeing Social Moral Reps go at each other, but…

"Uh, so…isn't there that thing in police dramas where they bring people in, just to talk about the whole thing? Ask some questions and all that? I mean, you two reps probably worded it horribly, but yeah, was gonna say…Mizunohara-san, you're probably not guilty. They probably just want to confirm some things…so…"

Goddammit, could they all just hurry up, chill, and go?

"So yeah! Like, it's like when a murder happens and they interview family, friends, and all that! Except this isn't a murder, proba-"

"Yes. Kamijou-san and Imada-san were supposed bring him to the office today too."

"Well then," Yuuki smiled, "You want me to keep walking? Or shall we all head to the office together, so Mizunohara-san can go on a walk with her law-abiding white knight?"

Welp, now this is super awkward.

His blue eyes flicked from the visual-kei emissary of righteousness to Japan's hardest brick wall.

"Yup, super awkward."

[fieldbox="Tachibana Misheru, red, solid"]
MisheruIcojpeg_zps9xmeq64y.jpg

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Main School Building, Second Floor Hallways]

The redhead was about to say something else when she came to a realization: why in the world was she helping Sagawa? Was she going to get recognition for aiding someone she was not even close to? Or even considered a friend? Sure, Misheru Tachibana wasn't the type to leech off others just for her own selfish needs, but it wasn't as though helping her will get anything done except maybe gratitude from Sagawa herself and her presuming boyfriend, Michio. But it wasn't as though she wanted any of those. In any case, having too many voices speaking out for one person, all at the same time, will not benefit the possibly guilty or innocent Sagawa.

But then again, Misheru was a busybody.

"Oh well.", she said to herself audibly before leaning against the wall. It so happened that her not so favorite person decided to strike up an almost casual but awkward conversation.

"...Good afternoon, Tachibana-san. How are you doing today?"

In all honesty, Misheru was going to answer her when the other redhead just walked off. "Good, thanks for asking," she replied regardless before turning her attention back to the fiasco yet again, just in time to catch Yuuki at his last word of the sentence.

"You should leave it to them, you know. Having more hands interfering in an accusing game doesn't end up nicely.", she said in all honesty before crossing her arms across her chest.

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Main School Building, Second Floor Hallways]

"Don't forget, you two are on the council's payroll like us. So don't get in the way of me doing my job."

At those words, Chiyo gave the smallest of flinches, a wave of guilt flooding through her. It wasn't exactly the students fault that Sagawa needed to go to the office...no, that would be unfair to think so.

Glancing at Michio, she wondered just how upset he really was. Although most would think otherwise, the peach doesn't know her fellow class representative very well. She could say that they were on good terms, but apart from that, sometimes the question popped up...

Was Michio Kamijou really her friend, or was he simply nothing more than a business partner?

"Anyway, Kamijou-kun, your job today isn't related to Mizunohara. Didn't you also have a grab quest to do too?"

"Huh?" Chiyo shook her head, those obscure thoughts of hers dissipating as she once more focused on the scene in front of her.

"Yes. Kamijou-san and Imada-san were supposed bring him to the office today too."

Oh.

"You want me to keep walking? Or shall we all head to the office together, so Mizunohara-san can go on a walk with her law-abiding white knight?"

Staring at Kimura, the girl couldn't help but give a small frown at the camera in his hands. "Kimura-san, I hope that camera has been put to good use."

Taking the initiative, Chiyo turned to the two Social Morals that started this entire thing.

"Well, how about I take both Mizunohara-san and Kimura-san to the office? That way, you two can go home, the council gets what they want, and nobody has to really worry about anything!" With the last bit of that sentence, the peach glanced at Michio, before turning to Sagawa.

"It's like Kimura-san said, the council probably just wants to clarify a few things with you. It'd be quicker just to get it over with, if you ask me..." Shooting a hand up into the air, Chiyo smiled wider at the girl.

"Besides, I won't leave your side, so it's not like they'll murder you or anything! And as for Kimura-san..."
Chiyo's smile dropped a little bit, but quickly recovered.

"The same goes for you. It'd be much easier to have a small talk, and you won't have to worry about any threats of any sort--not that the council gives any threats, of course!"

The girl put her hand back down to her side, hoping this would work. [/fieldbox]

October 22nd Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, Archery Club to Main School Building
Sliding the hall's doors closed, the lock slid into place with an audible click as he twisted the key. It was nice to get the building to himself, but cleanup afterwards was a huge pain. Sighing in relief as he rolled his shoulders, Abe then reached behind his head and tugged at the hairbands tying his hair up. A few shakes of his head let the long black locks of hair fall freely as he made his way back towards the main building.

Looking around as he did so, it wasn't particularly difficult for him to pick out groups of students that dotted the area. Some standing around before they went their separate ways, or others walking along similar routes back home. Narrowing his eyes at the group by the main gate, he raised a hand and waved at the four; Mika, Leon, Rei, and Yura were all people he got along fine with after all.. The key in his hand was probably enough for some of them to realize why he was heading back inside the school building rather then head on towards them.

The music was audible from even outside, and he had a fair guess at the one responsible from the genre. Stepping inside allowed Abe to confirm that it was indeed, Kira, and that she was, indeed, seemingly caught up in the rhythm and beat of things. "Woah, careful there," he teased as he narrowly avoided her on purpose. Continuing on his way, he waved goodbye to her as he began to take the steps upstairs by two. "See ya tomorrow."

Rounding the corner into the hallway that held their classroom, Abe's brow quirked at the scene before him. Social Moral reps and people he cared little for going at it in the middle of the hallway. Jeez, how inconvenient. Running a hand through his hair, he then raised it again towards Mish. If it weren't for the fact that she seemed somewhat involved in what was happening, he might have said more, but for Abe's part he seemed content to remain silent as he walked past the brewing trouble.

[October 22nd, Afternoon / Hisakawa Academy, School Campus, Main Gate]
Rei smiled faintly as Yura talked about his day and how he was praised for his flute playing. Rei had heard him play before, and faintly wished she could play an instrument too. Then she'd have an excuse to spend more time with him and Kira, but she didn't have the time. She was much too busy with her mother's endless tasks.

But then Yura stopped and Mika Tsubasa showed up. Rei's smile fell back into her mask, and she betrayed no emotions other than that.

"Standing there like that makes you seem like you're all lost."

"No, people keep showing up so we keep having to wait for them."

Then the Maid of Hisakawa showed up after being revealed. Abe passed by with a key and Rei made a feeble attempt to wave at him, but grateful more people weren't showing up and make the group even larger.

"I'm surprised you're here without Iwasawa, Tsubasa-san."

So she did the dance of pretending that Mika wasn't responsible for some small degree of pain to herself. So she did all the polite language and smiles and nods. She acted the part of someone who could stand to look at Mika. After all, her and Iwasawa were both happy. No need to ruin it.

"Now, now. Don't just stay there! Come! Perhaps we could all walk home together and discuss a bit regarding Math homework?"

"Did you forget to do it, Yura-tan? Eh, I'm not opposed to it though." She left out the part that said 'I'd rather spend time talking about math homework than going home'. If she put off going home then she might have less things to do.

Ugh all of this was annoying, and her mother was still messaging her. Rei kept ignoring her, but sooner or later she'd have to face that dragon when she got to it. For now, she had Leo Kane, who she did not know very well, Yura-tan, the maid, and Tsubasa-san to deal with all at once. Leo was the unknown factor, and she didn't really want to push the limits of her irritation with the maid. That damn maid just had to show up.

Hopefully, the maid wouldn't mention the whole underground virtu-ava thing. If she did Rei might now keep her composure.

"Well, are we all walking together, or not?"
