Miru growled, leaping towards Gisai when he had begun his attack, following her into the tree line. She watched his hand movement, a combination she hadn't ever seen before. The mentor waited to see what attack would have come out, which was a mistake on her end. She watched as flames appeared around his arms, then as they formed shuriken that where aimed for her.
She was impressed with his jutsu and jumped away from the attack, but not making it in time. The flame shuriken had made a hit on her hip and leg, causing her to growl in pain. She landed a few feet away, glaring at him as she focused her attention on him, acting like a wolf about to make the finishing blow on his kill.
