I'm... pretty sure they would. They have powerful tranquilizers and certified restraint techniques.
 
Well, I'll just have to train harder as a ninja... and then escape.
 
I think most orderlies are on the lookout for patients indulging in ninja training. It's one of those red flags that makes them switch the meds.
