Though she has all the appearance of the very embodiment of what it is to be a social elite, prim and proper lady, those who know her as MC Finch are well aware that there's more to her than meets the eye. She seems to always have a smile on her face but an impish gleam in her eyes. She enjoys playing pranks on people, from harmless to traumatizing -- depending on whether or not she likes you. She often rubs people the wrong way because a lot of people can't always understand what she's trying to say and they assume that she's simply flaunting her superior intellect or just trying to be funny until they realize that she literally cannot help herself from the way that she speaks. She is, in fact, a rather intelligent young woman and capable of understanding things that most people cannot. She's shown her prowess as a leader through her grasp of tactics and ability to think on her feet. She's not an aggressive person by any means and prefers to talk her way out of sticky situations and relies more on her magic and mind than brute force. She's fun to have at a party though, able to thrown down with the best. She's passionate about dancing and rapping, being very competitive. She's also very passionate about her thoughts on various activist movements, an award winning humanitarian. The quickest way to piss her off is by calling her a "witch". [/BCOLOR]

Growing up, she was often told fantastical stories by both her parents about heroic knights and damsels in distress. However, to her parents surprise, Alice was more interested in being a knight than a princess. They accommodated her preferences quickly and Alice spent more time play fighting than playing dress up but as she got older, Alice had to hide her love of more "boyish" things when the number of her friends dwindle. Trading her foam swords for dolls, Alice soon blended in with all the other girls in her class and was accepted back into the group. However, her strong personality was something she could not control but the older she got, the more accepted that part of her persona was, especially since she stopped growing by the time she graduated elementary school. People often found her clashing personality and appearance quite adorable but this in turn made Alice develop a Napoleon complex regarding her height.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Superpower: Enhanced Durability- [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent]Alice's body has become incredibly durable and immune to most forms of physical attacks. Bullets, swords, and blunt objects are ineffective against her and anyone who tries to fight her in hand-to-hand combat will feel like they're punching iron.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Weaknesses: [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent]Alice is still susceptible to extreme heat or cold (including lasers, freeze-rays, any weapon that can burn/freeze), chemical warfare (acid or toxins), and mental attacks. One backfire of her enhanced durability is that she does not know how to turn it off. So if she were to get sick or need surgery, she will be unable to get any form of modern medicine since needles and knives bend when they try to penetrate her skin. [/BCOLOR]

Appearance: Germain is a 160 lb, five foot nine (still growing :D) moderately handsome (ladies) young man with a mocha complexion. He wears stylish, modern glasses and keeps his dark hair short on the sides and longer on top in natural twists.

Personality: In proper company, a diligently maintained air of gentlemanly politeness. When away from his parent's judgmental eyes, German's true self surfaces, an excitable sarcastic young man with a passion for hip-hop dancing, pranks, and vulgar jokes

Short Bio: Germain was raised as the only child of the splendidly talented and wealthy Charlotte and Marcus Lafayette. Earlier in life, Mr. and Mrs. Lafayette had made themselves internationally famous within the high art community with Charlotte's breath-taking ballet performances accompanied by Marcus's exquisite solo violin compositions. As, such Germain was expected to find his talent in a "respectable" discipline, but much to his parents' woe, it just never happened. Instead, Germain found his passion in break-dancing, krumping, and many other forms of modern popular dance. His parents would never accept Germain's love for such "low" art forms, so he wears the false face of a proper young gentleman; he'll never carry on the family legacy, but at least he wont ruin his parents' perfect image in front of their high society friends. It's only when he has the chance to sneak away to secretive dance meets that his true self emerges. He puts on his dancing shoes, steps into the circle, and turns his hat to the side. He pops, locks, and rocks to the beat before dropping into the gravity defying power moves that earned him his moniker, G-Force.

Superpower: Gravity Manipulation within a 100 foot radius of himself

Weaknesses: Germain must hold his breath while his power is active. In addition, his body is that of a mildly athletic, but otherwise unremarkable young man.

Weapon(s): A quick wit and wicked dance moves

A few notes regarding the beginning of the roleplay that should be considered when creating your characters:

-No one has their power yet. No one knows that powers like this even exist.

-No one should know another person on a friend-basis yet. Your character may know of another character from seeing them in class or in the halls, but never anything more than acquaintances.

-Characters go to a normal high school in a normal town. We are all for your character being different and original but please do not go past anything that would be considered too crazy.

-When the characters do get their power, they will not have any control of it and must learn/train to use their powers. Consider this along with the limitations of your character's power to help keep them nice and balanced.

Personality:
Intelligent to a fault, Clara has always been told she can do anything, so she's tried to do everything. However, she feels that everything has to be perfect when she does them, and if she messes up she has to do it again and again until she gets it right. It doesn't matter how long it take her to get it right, only that she'll get it correct. She can be sarcastic at times, but is mostly serious and hardworking. She's quick to learn anything new, but she'll eventually forget anything new so she can do more new stuff.




Short Bio:
Born to a middle class family, Clara was tested early to see if she had a high intelligence. She was a natural born genius, capable of doing more than others of her age group were, and her parents jumped at the chance to push her in harder classes. Clara was forced to be perfect at everything, and so she became proficient at Judo, physics, and creative writing. She wasn't as good as the other people in her classes that had been doing things longer than her, but she learned quickly and efficiently. Her varying number of skillsets gave her the nickname "Jill Trades" after the phrase Jill of all trades but master of none.


Superpower:
Weapon Creation

Weaknesses:
-More complicated the weapon the harder she has to focus to keep it real.
-Isn't experienced with using a lot of weapons
-The maximum number of small daggers (the simplest weapon she can make) she can make is 30.
-The maximum number of rocket launchers and rockets (the most complicated weapon she can make) she can make is 1 each.
-Can create other things that aren't inherently weapons, like a pencil, but it won't be used for it's original purpose. I.E. the pencil will not write or erase whatsoever.
-Weapon durability varies radically.

Rain, how long can a weapon last or does it exist forever?
 
From my understanding, daggers can exist for as long as Clara thinks they're there, which is minimal thought and focus. Larger and more complicated weapons last until Clara doesn't focus on them. If Clara drops the rocket launcher it will be gone before it hits the ground.
It's like she has a 'focus pool' and when she stops using the portion of focus used on the tool it'll go back to her focus pool. It's a sustained mode that goes as long as Clara uses the pool.
 
Okay, that makes sense. It'll be accepted once the other GM reads it which will probably later this afternoon. But so far I like her!

OMG we're gonna have such a weird ration of girls to guys if the last player makes a chick. :|

But I'm sure Taco Mako won't mind... I hope.

Appearance: 5'11", with short blond hair and grey eyes. Is fit from track and has some extra muscle from working at her father's auto shop.

Gender: Female, but dresses androgynously

Personality: Nonchalant to the point of seeming apathetic, Sig can come of as a cold bitch at first. But to her family and close friends, no one can escape her snark and joking nature. Hard-working, diligent, adaptable, and with a flare for extreme bluntness, she has a penchant for being able to talk to anyone. Known for being reliable in a pinch. Sig is gray-asexual and has never dated anyone.

Short Bio: Sig comes from a middle-class family with her twin brother, Gunner, and single father. Her mother died from complications during the birth of a younger brother, Lief, when she was four years old. Since then, her father, Olaf, has taken her under his wing to inherit the lucrative family business of Olaf's Autoshop. She's extremely diligent about her work at the shop and treats it as her main responsibility. Gunner is completely uninterested in the family business and plans on becoming an actor. Though almost completely different, the twins are practically inseparable and both are well-known at school for being unapologetic for their quirks and their ability to be friends with almost anyone. Sig runs track at school, but is known to skip practice if it interferes with her work schedule.

Superpower: Superspeed

Weaknesses: Isn't very strong, can be killed easily if she is not controlling her vibrations to pass through bullets or other weapons. She can tire and needs to eat a lot due to her extreme metabolism. (She also has a weakness for small cute things. That's a secret though, only her brother knows.)
