1. Heroes Erased From time
You know all the fairy tales, folklore and mythology about heroes that save the day. Rescue the princess in distress, save the kingdom from a powerful overlord, fight dragons, pirates and even giant trolls. Steal from the rich and give to the poor. These stories are also known as legends. But have you ever wondered what would have happened to all these stories if the heroes had never been born? How dark and sinister would these stories be? Would the realms be in chaos and great despair? Or would others rise to the call and save the day? Or would evil rain supreme for eternity?

If you want to hear more then read on. However if you don’t like the idea of your favorite legendary heroes not being in this then maybe this is not for you. But still I hope that you still find interest in this and join.

The realms were at peace and the light shined everywhere. Children were able to play games, go to school and live joyful lives without having to worry about some evil trying to harm them or tempt them to do wrong. The adults all had good jobs which they enjoyed. Every day was like a great big celebration. Sounds like paradise right?
Well it sure seemed that way. However locked away in prison cells all across the realms were the sinister and despicable villains who once plagued the realms. Their evil oppression over the lands had been stopped by the heroes and they were condemned to spend the rest of their appalling lives in prisons for their crimes against humanity and all living things. They so longed to be freed from their bondage so that they could plague the lands once again but they knew that this would never be or so they thought…..
Wasting away in their prison cells the malevolent wicked beings awaited for the day of their deaths since they saw no was out of there confinement. But unknown to them there was still one evil that had not been defeated. Sure it lay dormant for many years but as everyone knows you can’t really kill evil itself. For you see down with in the center of the earth a great evil had slept since the realms were created. This evil had stayed dormant for so long because it had no reason to arise as long as there was evil in the lands for this creature would feed off of the evil that was done by others but now that all evil had stopped it was time for it to arise.
This creature was powerful and had the power to bind time itself. So when it saw that it was not being fed it contacted all the malefactors who were in their confinements and asked them what was going on and why they had stopped? When they told the malevolent creature why, it made a contract with them. If they pledged their souls to it, it would make it to where the heroes who had imprisoned them were never born. Some of the villains did not believe that this was even possible but even so they all knew that their only other option was to stay locked up. So they all agreed to the creature's command and signed the contract in blood.
After that a dark and sinister blast flashed through the lands and the world was changed. The realms were no longer happy and peaceful for chaos and disorder felled them. Those who were once imprisoned, now ruled over everything and the heroes that once were, now never were. Blood and death covered the streets like a thick cloth. All the good and decent people and creatures of the realms feared for their lives. While evil had its fun and did as it pleased with no worries of being stopped. For what the malevolent creature had done worked and the realms were its playgrounds of nightmares.
However like how evil can’t truly be completely destroyed neither can the light. For where thereis evil there will always be good. Because for evil to exist good must as well for one cannot exist without the other in these realms. True the heroes who had originally saved the realms had been erased, therefor had never existed to stop the evil from taking over, but new heroes would soon come into play to take their place as the heroes of the lands.
All across the realms, brave and just humans and creature alike where tired of constantly living in fear so they started to band together with others in secret to come up with planes to defeat the evil and take what was rightfully theirs. To make realms where children can grow up, without the constant fear that they might not live to see tomorrow.
The numbers of these soon to be heroes grew more and more each passing day as they gathered in secrecy and carefully choosing who they brought into their numbers in order for the evil not to find out. For if the evil found out before these rebellions where ready to strike back everything would be at a loss.
Which side will win? Good or Evil? Which side do you choose; the outcome of this role play is in the hands of you and all the other role players who join. Do you have what it takes to be a hero or will you play in the misery of others?

3. Name: Apollos Turgeon
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Species: Human Wizard
Appearance: [IMG]
Magic: Able to talk to and understand all animals even ones that can’t speak the human tongue. Is able to use elements such as fire, water and air, and can use basic magic.
Weapons: all kinds of sharp weapons from throwing stars to knives, daggers and even swords.
Bio: Apollos is a student at an academy for young wizards who wanted to learn the trade. His uncle is the headmaster of the academy and it is one of the few academy’s left that evil has not been able to take over yet. However because of the darkness that was taking place in the world and the academy’s ally academies that had fallen to the chaos, the headmaster chose a few wizards to go and help the rebellions try and find a way to defeat the evil.

Apollos was not one of the ones asked to help but instead he had volunteered to be one because he did not want to do nothing as the evil continued its rain of tyranny. His uncle did not want him to go but finally agreed to late him since he saw that there was no way he could change Apollos mind, and his uncle knew that Apollos is a kind and caring young wizard that is always thinking of the safety of others.
Crush: Open if any female character likes him.

Name: Zander Blaze
Age: 27
Gender: Male
Species: human Swordsman
Appearance: [IMG]
Weapons: The sword that he is holding in the picture is his main weapon but he is able to use all kinds of weapons.
Bio: Zander was a rogue who would fight for no man or country. He is a skilled fighter who has spent most of his life training to be a great swords master not for the fame or fortune and not even for others. He did it all for himself just for the pleasure it gave him. He lived by his own code and conduct. Let each and every being live life the way they see fit was his motto.

He always felt that if others needed saving that others could do it. But because of the way the realms have become and there is dire need of anyone brave enough to try and put things right to do so, he saw that he would have to rise to the call. He was angered by the way that evil rules the realms and knows that it is not right. It is for that reason that he chose to be a hero and try and do whatever it takes to turn things around for the greater of the realms and to put an end to as much of the darkness and despair as he can.
Crush: Open if any female character likes him.

Name: Spurges Leach
Age: (In human form he looks to be in his late 20’s but in truth he is over 700 years old.)
Gender: Male
Species: Balrog
Human Appearance: [IMG]
Monster Appearance: [IMG]
Magic: He uses magic to transform between forms. He can also use magic to heal himself and to move faster than the speed of sound. He can also summon the souls of the dead to do his bidding for short amounts of time.
Weapons: In his Balrog form he can breathe fire and is super strong. In his human form he uses his magic and martial art skills to fight.)
Bio: Spurges is one of the servants of the creature that turned the realms upside down. He was created to guard after his master until the day of his awakening. The creature’s orders are the only orders that he follows and if anyone else tries to order him around he will either attack them without warning or tell them that they are not his master and that they are the ones who should be following his orders.

Spurges is as evil as they come and enjoys both watching and causing death and destruction. He sees others as those who need to be conquered for his master or crushed by his power. He fears nothing and no one except for his master. In fact it is because of his fear of his master that makes him respect and obey him.
Crush: what? Don’t make him laugh
4. Name: Stanley "Flare" Modus
Age: 19
Species: Human

Description: Fairly average face and build. Hair done up in tons of short spikes and dyed in a sloppy gradient of red to yellow, like fire. Dull orange eyes. Hands, forearms, and feet covered in various marks and scars from nasty burns that have since healed over. Generally dresses very casually; currently wearing a faded wife beater and some bleached denim jeans.

Weapons: Control over fire. He can create it, move it, and put it out with little more than a thought and maybe a showy snap of his fingers for good measure; he can also create localized explosions, though these take a lot longer to charge and leave him pretty exhausted. He also knows a bit of martial arts to back up his magic.

Bio: Flare grew up in a middle-class family ruled by his strict mother and overbearing father. He developed an inherent dislike of authority from an early age and ran away from home at the age of eighteen, choosing to live by stealing, using his powers to back up his threats whenever possible. It wasn't long before he developed serious pyromaniac tendencies; Flare uses fire as a means of control over his life, and if he goes too long without burning things, he gets...twitchy. He tries to be smart, though: Flare likes to think of himself as a fairly genre savvy sort of person. He strikes at his enemies' weak spots - eyes, feet, hands, pressure points, what have you - and tries to think things through before randomly burning something. Although, once the world started to slip into Darkness at the erasure of its heroes, he stopped caring as much. Burning stuff is fun to him, plain and simple. Compared to some of the supervillains and otherworldly demons controlling things out there, he's fairly petty, but who cares? He loves every second of the free world granted to him by that god-like creature.

By the way, his real name is a closely-guarded secret. He absolutely hates it, and if anyone ever uses it against him, well, sparks will fly.

Name: Addlor
Age: 29 (more like 22 or so by human standards)
Species: Earth dragon

Description: Because his element is earth, Addlor is a biped, possessing the musculature and basic proportions of the average human, save for his thick tail that he holds up behind him at nearly all times. He lacks wings, though flight would be awkward even with them. He stands at about seven feet tall and has a thick, muscular body covered in jade-green scales, with the exception of the softer, tan-colored plates running from his stomach to the base of his tail. His head, similar in shape to that of your average western dragon, has two slightly rounded horns extending back from his skull. His "hands" have three fingers and an opposable thumb each, which are in turn tipped with short but sharp claws. His plantigrade-esque feet are fairly large and have four thick toes with equally thick nails.

Weapons: He prefers to rely on his natural abilities, namely his tail, teeth, and claws, as opposed to carrying something around. He can also breathe fire, and isn't afraid to use it in a fight if things get nasty. Like many dragons, he has a basic grasp on symbol-based magic and some alchemy, though he rarely has a use for such skills and does better in a fight with his other abilities anyway.

Bio: Addlor (no last name) lives in a cave far from most civilization with a few other earth dragons like himself. He raised himself from the moment he was hatched; it's customary in his race's culture for parents to abandon their young shortly after laying the egg, so no one knows their familial connections. He's a close buddy of Flare's, though Addlor himself is less violent and more haughty. He chooses to try and bend his foes to his will and convert them to the more carefree, vaguely evil lifestyle he lives, and he takes pride in his ability to do so by poking at their deepest emotional weaknesses the instant he discovers them, rather than using force to try and scare them into following his orders like his best friend might. He's no evil genius, though; really his whole conversion dealie is so he has something to brag about.
5. Mooglegirl, your characters are both accepted. Thanks so much for joining. :)
