No I'm serious, this isn't a shit post.
To explain, when it comes to stuff like romance and expressing romance I've found I'm far better at just expressing it casually over time. All the "Do this big/extravagant thing to prove yourself" stuff just isn't my style, at all. Hell I suspect part of the issues I had with relationships in my Teen years was that I listened to peer pressure to think such acts were outright required. As a result, the best and most honest way for me to express that I care for someone isn't through the usual romantic stuff but just being stupid, silly and all around comfortable around them.
