Yesterday was Julia Child's 100th birthday. :D
Without her, we would not know a lot of the French recipes that we do today. We also would have missed out on a delightful lady, with a humble personality, and a smile to look over any mistake she made while cooking.
As one who loves to cook and bake often, I just wanted to share celebration for the late Julia Child, since yesterday (August 15, 2012) was her birthday. ^^ 100th!
Can you IMAGINE?! :D 100 years old! And she still inspires a lot of chefs, professional, at home, or in a dorm kitchenette, to have fun and always make time to lick the spoon. c:
