Guide to The 10 PM Chronicles

A comprehensive guide to the ever-expanding world of The 10 PM Chronicles, a 1x1 roleplay following the lives of irreverent young adult superheroes in the city of San Luca, California. This thread is open to anyone who wants to read it and it's available to me and my partner if we ever need a refresher on past events.

The Shitlords

The first modern superhero group and a bit of a local phenomenon, their exploits are not quite legendary and their heroes are nowhere near iconic. Founded by Siphon, Stranger, and Squander during their high school years, they have been in the public eye for about a year. Since their emergence, news of the existence of powers has mysteriously not reached a fever pitch in a world obsessed with major motion picture renditions of comics. They have aided in making San Luca a safer place to live and have amassed a small but loyal fanbase as a result.

Siphon

Powers:

• Enhanced Bite, which is a fancy way to say he's got sharp teeth and a jaw more powerful than a hippo's. He can bite through just about anything.
• Haemopotent Regeneration is the ability to ingest blood and heal from it. Through some particularly gross trial and error, Noah has discovered both his blood and the blood of others work equally well.

Stranger

• Brass Mimicry allows Ardo to transform his entire body into solid brass. Brass is a fairly conductive, dense metal and, fun fact, is not magnetic.

• Memory Manipulation is a versatile and somewhat nasty superpower with a bevy of uses. So far, Bradley has been able to implant, change, and erase memories and is always looking to experiment.

The "Lil Shits"

A group of fans who idolize The Shitlords and all live in the small suburb of Travers, just outside of San Luca. While many fanclubs and blogs and other trappings have sprung up around the superhero band, this tight knit circle of friends can boast that they produce the first and (currently) only physical zine about The Shitlords. Clout chasing aside, The Lil Shits occupy a very special place in this grand story. They are soon going to find their destinies intrinsically linked with those of their idols.
