A bit on the quiet side, Sansa isn't one to start up the conversation. One often times finds themselves forgetting she's in the room with them. But once the conversation starts, she will most certainly add in her thoughts. A fierce friend, one can always rely on her when they need her.
She likes to think she's funny, with a hint of sarcasm dripping off her tongue every so often. People call her a bitch without knowing her first, but once a connection is established, she's liked by many and hated by few.

It took a lot for someone to forget a traumatizing memory, especially when it involved one's parents. And their death. Even after seventeen years, the young girl laying in her bed could recall the incident as if it had just happened. In fact, it was the only thing that she dreamed about those days, the moment her eyelids shut over her mismatched orbs, the memory came back. She could feel the cold of the snow sneaking in through her boots, could feel the warmth of her parents hands, embracing hers as they walked. She laughed and sang with them, little head bobbing with a warm cap engulfing her head. Then all of a sudden, it stopped. A hand was ripped from hers, her father scooping her up quickly and running. The little girl didn't know what was going on; what four year old would? But there was something sprayed across her face. What was that? And that taste. It was like iron. Suddenly, the girl was laying on her back, the air knocked out of her small frame. In the dark, her eyes couldn't see much. But she heard the disheveled screams in the distance, someone screaming for her to run. But she was frozen in place. "Mommy? Daddy?" And then, the fangs. The red eyes. The feeling of her throat being ripped out. The girl tried her best to scream, but her body was already going limp. The last thing she saw was that face. Twisted and smiling at her, dropping her lifeless form in the snow. And then nothing.

Those same mismatched eyes snapped open, heart pounding and a chill running through her frame as she sat up. She was twenty-one now, an adult, but she was still haunted by that same nightmare, like a child. Sansa looked to her alarm clock and sighed, legs swinging over the edge of the bed and making contact with the plush carpet. It woke her up at the same time every morning. 3:45am flashed across the led screen as she stood and pulled on some warm clothes. It was Autumn, after all, and the girl had to keep warm.

Exiting the decently-sized cabin of her adopted parents, the girl began walking through the forest, yawning only slightly in the dim light. It was her nightly routine after the dream woke her. San was on her way to meet Terrance, the dark angel who found her recovering corpse and made sure she found refuge. While the years had changed her into the young woman she was now, time didn't effect him, and the only thing that seemed to change was how she felt about him. It was silly, of course, for her to have those emotions towards him; he was eternal, and Sansa was merely temporary.

As the girl reached the tree they'd met at every day, she leaned against the trunk and looked up to the sky, taking in the stars that danced about, and the crescent moon, giving off only a small sliver of light. A leaf fell in front of her, a hand reaching out to grasp it. In only a moments time, the once brown and dead bit of foliage was restored once again, adding a bit of color to the barren forest floor. With a snap and a small breeze, the girl looked up and smiled, taking a breath to speak.
"Good evening, Terrance."

Terrance was early, as per usual. However, he kept to the shadows of the trees, his gaze glued to the tree where Sana and he met. He was waiting for the beautiful girl to make her appearance.

He could remember the day he first saw her, especially since it wasn't an event that could easily be forgotten. The air was cold...Snow covered the rooftops of homes, the trees, the forest ground. Everything. Terrance had just been passing by when the wonderful aroma of blood caught his attention and like a magnet, he gravitated towards it. What he had not been expecting to see however, was a dying child with crimson colored snow around her torso. He could have easily just finished off the girl and bring her life to an end much quicker...but as he got nearer, he couldn't help but to feel something churn within his stomach.

He couldn't do it.

Instead, he took the girl in his arms and sought her help. Thankfully, she had survived the attack and Terrance was gifted with the privilege of watching her grow.

Finally she stood next to the tree and he felt joy overcome his being. Walking out in the open, he purposely stepped on a twig to catch her attention. "Good evening, Sana." The male greeted her and he moved closer to stand in front of her. "How are you? Are you doing okay?" He questioned, trying to keep himself from embracing her in a tight hug like usual. He was...Terrance had come to the conclusion that he wasn't good for the girl. He had a list of enemies who would gladly take joy in harming Sana just to get back at him. He needed to bring distance between them for her safety.

It took a moment for her eyes to finally catch the shadow of the man creeping up to her. Her eyes were not like his, after all, and worked best in the day. One of the many things she hated about being a human. How weak her species seemed compared to him. But nonetheless, the sight of him caused the corners of her lips to turn up softly, taking a step forward to embrace him. But he didn't move to do that, as per usual. Instead, he kept his distance, Sansa taking a breath, head tilting only slightly. Had she done something wrong? When he pondered aloud to her, the girl brushed it off as if it were nothing, a speck of dust that was there and then it wasn't, and she responded.

"I am well." She began, looking up from under her doll-like lashes. "Nightmares. The usual." She had never told him what the dreams were about, but Sansa suspected he had an idea. It was always the same, never changing, aside from her parents faces, slowly fading in time. She'd forget what they looked like all together one day, from her mother's blonde hair to her father's rich blue eyes. Hell, she couldn't even remember what their faces looked like. "You seem like something is bothering you. What is it?" Her voice was soft, as it always was, a hidden curiosity about the world hiding her troubled past. But something about him was truly off that morning. While normally he would tell her quickly, he didn't even hug her as he usually did. So what was it?

The slight tilt of Sansa's head was all Terrance needed for him to know that she picked up on his distance. So much for trying to keep this as low key as possible, the vampire thought as he stared down at the girl who he had grown to love. It was silly of him to develop feelings for her when he wasn't even good enough for her. The male had such a terrible past and he had done horrible things. Yet, he could never picture himself allowing for her to run into the arms of another man. Such thoughts ignited jealousy and possessiveness to course through his being. This was another reason why he had to leave. She needed to live a normal life, to fall in love, to live her own experiences...

At the mention of her nightmares, the corners of Terrance's lips quirked downward into a frown. He was more than positive that her nightmares- or nightmare- was based off of that unforgettable event. There was never a day where he wished that she hadn't gone trough such a fate. Of course, there was that selfish side of him that realized that if the vampires would have never attacked her on that day, then he would have never met this amazing girl.

"It's nothing..." Terrance murmured as he averted his gaze with a heavy sigh. He just wanted to enjoy his last few moments with her, before he took his leave. "Come here." He couldn't resist. Terrance reached out, brought Sansa into a tight hug, and stayed like that for a couple of seconds before he loosened his hold of her. "So...I have a surprise for you." He stated with a grin as he starred down into her mismatching colored orbs.

There was no doubt in her mind at that point that he was acting strange. He took greater lengths of time to respond, his eyes seemed a bit glazed over as if his mind were elsewhere. Hell, she could have sworn she saw his muscles tense as if he were jealous of some thought in his head, but that could have been her imagination. Sansa had a very active imagination, after all. His lips twitched downward and the petite femme took a breath, glancing down at the leaf covered earth, mismatched eyes surveying her surroundings. While she always felt safe with him by her side, there was still something- and she couldn't put her finger on it- that made her rather nervous about the world. San was always aware of what was around her, a natural reaction to her past.

"It's nothing." He muttered, which made her even more suspicious. But all that suspicion and curiosity melted away as he smiled and brought her into a fierce embrace, the coolness of his skin a secret comfort to her. Shaking hands with humans, their warmth, was always a shock to the girl. She didn't like it, which is why she didn't do it often. He was the only one allowed to touch her this way, a truth San wouldn't openly admit to anyone, Terrance included.

"A surprise?" Her voice was low, eyes narrowed, suddenly more suspicious than she'd been this whole morning. "What kind of surprise?" While she didn't genuinely like surprises, Sansa didn't particularly hate them, either. And as long as it wasn't something too surprising, then it would be alright. But if something popped out of nowhere, like the group of people hiding at her surprise seventh birthday party, she was certain heads would roll.

The vampire was fully aware that Sansa wasnt fond of surprises, specifically the ones where things or people jump out at you, and he understood that it possibly had to do with the day she and her family were attacked. "It's not something that will scare you." Terrance reassured with a small smile as he watched her eyes narrow. "I promise." He added for an extra effect.

Terrance had spent maybe about two weeks trying think of just what to do for their last moments together. He had considered doing something big, but he realized that what really mattered was the how they spent their time together. He wanted to make these hours count because it would be the last time they would ever see each other. There was no doubt in his mind, though, that he would check on her from afar to make sure she was doing well, because no matter what, he will always love her and care for her.

"So, do you want to see the surprise?" Terrance questioned.
