I have currently been in a lot of group role-plays because I just can't get enough of them and they're a lot of fun. I have seen a lot of people, GM's, posting the cast list and linking the character sheets to the list. I have created a couple group role-plays and I waswondering if it really is possible or am I just imagining things? And if so, how??

Yup! It is possible to link directly to individual posts. Use the usual linking feature, but instead of copying the page url, click the # icon at the bottom of the post (next to +Quote and <-Reply), and copy the url that it gives you. Nice and easy.
