I can't say I've ever been good at flowery introductions, so I'll get to the nitty-gritty.
To start off, I've been role-playing for roughly 15 years now, starting out in the days of AOL chat rooms. I've watched its rise and fall, been through a few role-play forums and decided to check this one out based on the recommendation from a friend.
In all honesty, I'll most likely lurk for a little while until I've how everything works here, but I figured I might as well give a friendly greeting ahead of time. Hopefully I'll find myself some fun games and meet some great people.
