The time has come.

We've played the games, done the hard missions. Sex, Drugs, Violence. Smacked bystanders on the street. Purchased RPG's at a moment's notice. Stolen Lambo's as if they were bicycles. Now imagine that world fully interactive with a mass world rp full of people who you don't know are friend or foe...unless you make it so. Los Santos, San Fierro, Las Venturas, Red County, Yankton, Liberty City, Vice City ....all available for exploration and adaptation. From the cars, to the clothes, the guns, and everything in between!!! YOU create and give the life and motive to your character and the type of person they'd be in this sinister, cut-throat (no pun intended) world.

While you don't necessarily have to just "run around and steal cars and shoot people" there will be a sense of complete freedom in this rp. Do what you want, how you want. This rp exercises the freedom of expression to the very limits. With a few dangerous and heavy-peril consequences of course.

There will be several plots in this rp that you have the ability to manipulate and indulge in. Remember: Every place is different, and will come with different boundaries/territories. If you become wanted in Los Santos and decide to move to San Fiero, you won't be wanted but people will know you as it's an adjacent place to Los Santos. Every move you make in this rp has a ripple. Liberty City man moving through the streets of Los Santos? Might make people nervous...you get the idea. And yes, every beloved character from the franchise lives out there somewhere in the world. Who knows who you'll run into...


San Andreas

Los Santos - An underground "Mechanic" runs the largest chopshop and black market street automobile operation in all of the nation. A very elite and skilled team of drivers called "joggers" perform various missions in retrieval and security of certain vehicles for The Mechanic. However things go awry as the FIB gets closer and closer on their trail...

San Fierro - The Angels of Death Motorcycle Gang has lost a bit of its mojo since the 90s and early 00s. They now reside back in their hometown of SF with minimal connects in Liberty City & Vice City (Former members) and Las Venturas (Triads). In an attempt to gain respect and power back, the AOD MC plot to seize a portion of San Fierro's port trade and cargo systems to smuggle and distribute contraband and possibly arms. However, when they get tangled in another organization's web, things heat up.

Las Venturas - The world famous casino-entertainment lifestyle is now free after a past decade of control by the triads. Tourism and popularity is stronger than ever now, but as the triads secretly scheme to gain back control, a new highly skilled military unit gang appears in LV to put their stake in the city.

Liberty City

Algonquin - In the central hub of Liberty City, a group of freelance brokers/dirtymen named The Pack attempt to fish their way into Wall Street and take over a specific financial sector of the markets. However this means draining money from the city's tax money, causing people in poverty to go under before they even have a chance...especially with the Five-Familes Italian Mafias wanting in on it.

Broker/Bohan - A small resistance group of people in poverty join together as a lawless, radical organization called The Raiders that aren't very popular at all. They oppose The Pack with extreme prejudice and schemes to find and eliminate The Pack by catching them in their embezzlement operations. Easier said than done when dirty money can be distributed to dirty cops...and politicians...

Dukes - In the worst economical section of the lands, Dukes is collapsing in on itself with only the Francis Airport and Charge Island prison around for any source of revenue. A bunch of citizens decide to take to the streets the hard way backed by the Spanish Lords, and develop a faction dedicated only to robbing banks, stores, and even work their way up to taking money from the Airport. With the cops closing in on the members, only time will tell who can make it out...alive that is.

Vice City

Vice City's "Vice Squad" recruits and consists of the most elite and skilled cops and detectives from all over the country to join their ranks. Their #1 problem has been the cartel trade of Cocaine, PCP, Ecstasy, and a new drug called "Trippy" that has pushed the cartel's trade overseas as well as domestic, earning them over $70 million dollars a month. Vice Squad wants only the best and brightest to act as an undercover to infiltrate the cartel and collapse the scheme from the inside out....if that agent doesn't get caught ....or end up joining the cartel for good...or even trying to take it over themselves.

**There are other locales such as Alderney City, Yankton, Bullworth, London, and Carcer City but will have to be explored further as the rp progresses. For now, those will be secondary cities to "Be Free" in a sense and adapt in the opinion of the rpers.

Bio:

Melanie was originally born a country girl from Palomino Creek, Red County in San Andreas. She was raised by her two parents, Floyd and Samantha Norwood with well-mannered and disciplined demeanor. Her father Floyd manages and plays guitar in a band known as The Old Testament. Her mother Samantha is a chief nurse at the Red County Hospital. Mel has always had a love for music, as she discovered her skill for dancing at a young age of 11. She's always been athletic, playing basketball up until high school as an All-State Point Guard. She's also a nerd underneath the tall and modelesque exterior, having an affinity for electronics, the sciences, and a strong math suitor as well. She graduated from Red County High in the top 15% of the entire state of San Andreas with a 4.4 GPA, landing her many scholarships. She accepted a full ride to Greenglass College, a major university that is set in Las Venturas, the entertainment capital of the nation. She went to further pursue her dreams of being a dancer as well as get a top tier education in Computer Engineering. Her mother sees her dancing as "a distraction" and wants her to focus on college, but Mel's real passion lies with dance. She also cheerleads for Greenglass Athletics, just to stay active and involved in her love of sports. Melanie is a city girl inside with the complex of a country girl. Lady in nature, outgoing and fun in spirit. She's that loyal friend to always lift you up if not by words, then actions. She fell in love with the lifestyle of Las Venturas with all the free clubs, casinos, parties, celebs, and nightlife that surrounded her...now she never wants to go home. Bio:


With a mother who was a crack addict and a father that was incarcerated, Lena grew up in South Los Santos with her mother who was a very faulty caretaker. Lena was quiet child and was rarely seen outside. It wasn't until she was fifteen and her mother overdosed and was left in the hospital and a bill that would make anyone cry, she tried stealing, dealing drugs but none of those feats seemed successful. That is when she turned to prostitution. A local pimp took her on as a whore to make money for her mother's medical bill which took her nearly a year and some months to pay off. But, she couldn't stop there. Her mother was deemed unable to work at the Burger Shot she slaved in for years and now Lena did it to survive.

Some time after her mother's medical bills were paid off, Lena was still turning tricks and she was caught by an FIB agent for being an underage prostitute. However, she was given a deal. One she could not refuse. She wanted to stop doing what she was for so many years. Maybe even attend school for a change. The agent made a proposition with the young whore. Help him take down the pimp and his network of fellow business men and she could live her life without having to sell her body. To Lena, it seemed like the first and only time she would work with the government. But of course, it wasn't.

Lena became something like a sidekick for the agent. A strange duo but she still was useful to get the job done. She helped this agent until she was eighteen and became an actual agent with almost two years of experience. In her recent years, Lena has been a part of operations all over the world and back home in Los Santos but, she doesn't get called in as much anymore. So, she took up modeling a year prior to current events and does rather well for herself.​

Are you willing to accept a very skilled cop into the roleplay? It might make things more interesting and will give someone for the characters to face off against.
 
A cop character would probably be useful in the Dukes plot. And the Vice City plot too.

But I am not the GM for this. I would say wait for her to come online

Ability- hacking- Zeke has often been saved by his hacking abilities almost as much as his shooting. He can disable security systems, hack computers with encrypted locks, syphon bank account. Give Zeke a computer and you give him a world of possibilities.

Ezekiel Stevens was born and raised in liberty city. He grew up on the streets as an orphan. Never knowing what it meant to have a family. He was born with a natural talent to steal. He would spend his childhood pick pocketing people. until one day he was caught by a man. This man turned out to be a theif himself.

The man began to mold Zeke into a better theif. This was when Zeke decided to get better with a gun. when he was a teenager he had already run jobs in weapons and drug trade. The man who taught him was impressed, because not a lot of people could survive as long as Zeke had.

When Zeke was in high school he worked on computers there. It was there that he knew that with technology he could become a better theif. Zeke would spend countless hours learning what he could about computers when he wasn't doing a job. He had become quite confident with his abilities.

Though sometimes our skills get us into some deep stuff. When Zeke was twenty five he had already pulled off some serious scores. it was in vice city where he pulled something significant. He was apart of a crew that successfully took the largest bank in vice city and cleaned them out.

Though he had made some serious enemies. He had stolen from crime lords in the city. They killed all of zekes crew members before Zeke escaped their grasp. He had moved to Los Santos. There he spends time training his skills. He wasnt done. Not by a long shot.

Jayson was born an only son with his mother, his father wasn't ready for the commitment and left one day in the middle of the night when his mother was pregnant. He was in a rough neighborhood, but luckily everyone in the neighborhood was close and cared for each other, and would also kill anyone if they messed with them, they were kind of like a huge family. Mostly everyone in the neighborhood had a criminal record, and were close to being in prison for good.

It was tough living with barely any money, he was a skinny kid growing up, having to leave his neighborhood sometimes to the busy streets to make schemes to get money. The boy loved basketball and would play it everyday, but one day his mother had gotten sick, so he had to give up a lot to get a job and pay for medication. But one night he came home after work at age nineteen and found her laying passed out on the ground, he ended up bringing her to the hospital and found out that she had a tumor near her brain.

But also found out their that she was pregnant. She didn't know who with but she didn't cared, she had mixed emotions since she was having another child, but knew that she would be dying and it would be hard to pay the bills. So a few months later she had a child, it was a girl, but the next month she died from the tumor. But Jayson had gotten his license and one of his neighbors was a street racer, he showed him everything he knew and Jayson became a great driver. So Jayson got an apartment down the street and raised his little sister, the only person he really cared for was his sister and his old neighbors.
