As the Title says me having so:
X-Revolution:It all began at Rosenfall, France. It was WWI and a pretty grueling battle that a lot of gas was used at. while some had the typical effects but one not so much. they were changed. they became the first bio-fluxers. the first of humanity to evolve. the explosive event became known as Bio-blast. At first they were merely new weapons to fling at one another. However the war ended and many came out alive and mostly whole. plus their children gained similar powers or at the very least became carriers for the genes that would later be discovered once given enough stimuli would trigger the growth of the organ that caused the powers. The Organ,Named Logan's Organ found in either the form of nodes lining the brain or an orb shaped one with tendrils extending to other parts of the body. whatever it attaches to in the body determines the power as it super charges the out put of that part. attempts to transplant to those who never had the potential developed severe debilitating mutations and loss of sanity and other very bad things. it wasn't long before they started getting discriminated against big time. while some have either saved or killed pretty big movers and shakers. only recently did they start making any headway into acceptance. the one leading the charge is the organization X-Revolution. but divisions are arising among the MegaBios, i.e. mutants, members on the self defense policy. this could be the beginnings of a split all it will need are the right people and the right trigger. and someone or something out there is plotting to create both...
Factions:

The Guard: A Post split faction. they believe in bridging the difference between the two people. they are more peaceful and will stage a peaceful protest and will endure what humans will throw their way. however if they will take on those who will put innocent lives in danger. (Leader: My Char.)

The Liberators: The Other Post split faction. and the far more violent one. they would likely be the ones who caused a riot to stir up fear and in their eyes respect in humanity. they're the type who have grown weary of the lack of progress and decided to do something about it. Some even think that humans should be looked down upon after all they are the evolved ones. (Leader: Whoever signs up as them first.)

MBRA: Law Enforcement specially designed to deal with Mega-Bios. Have specially designed equipment for each Agent depending on what class they are assigned to handle. opinion on mutants vary, some genuinely hate them others just believe it's their job to keep the two safe from eachother (Leader: same as above.)

True Blood: A shadowy secret organization. all that is really known is they despise Mega-Bios and have access to pretty nasty stuff. plus are top-rate manipulators('Leader': as above. sign up first and it's yours.)

Classes: This is a power ranking system 0-4. 4 barely registers at all. 3 is average with 2 slightly above. 1 is extremely dangerous and all Law enforement should handle with extreme caution. 0 is don't engage, just evac and take out with heavy fire from a distance. a long distance. Note this is just speaking raw power ability. a 1 can be not very dangerous while 4 with the right application can pose a very real threat.

Seting: start point is Duce City, a place of alot of advance tech being pretty common place. from there the locations can be made as needed.

God Slayers:
Plot:
Arc 1: Rebirth of the counter balance
All things in nature seek equilibrium, that is the way things are. It is a rule of nature all things obey. Life and death, creation and destruction, growth and entropy, Gods and God Slayers. Yes, Gods and God Slayers. You see, whatever started creation made a balance to the gods, who while they can shape worlds entire universes are beyond their abilities, despite some claiming otherwise. still one world can be a tipping point if a god upsets the balance. Thus a countermeasure came into being around the same time. That counter measure was The Order of God Slayers. They came in when a God went out of line and refused to tow the line, they were summoned by either living, dead or core entities, manifestations of that reality itself, would strike a contract and the hunter would carry it out. The system worked for quite awhile until a number of calamities struck. It started with a surge of gods going rogue and mortals killing them, thus if surviving the intial immense power transfer made them a God Slayer, leading to a surge in numbers, then came the corruption of having immense power among them, weakening the order as a whole. Finally came the first born aka Elder Gods deciding to strike and take over. The result was a war that wiped them both out, with only the cores of the elder gods remaining and one slayer who's wounds were too great to allow him to fight. Plus no apparent home as their pocket reality was destroyed during the war leaving the ruins at the coast of of the soul maelstrom, at the center of tree of eternity or in other words all of existence. However a new hope has arisen a number of mortals managed to off their gods. and so a new generation begins, And the Slayers return...

Shadowside, A war between Light and Dark:In Kresden a war looms over the people's head. It currently expediencies a time of peace however it is rather fragile and tense. the two factions the Darkside Alliance and the Grand Light Empire. They only 30 years ago a century long war was finally ended when the gods came back and created the half-bloods to be intermediaries between the factions. and thus a peace was made. but the peace is fraying. boder clashes, territory disputes and a whole array of problems including a rumor of an assaination of the half-bloods who are few in number and the only ones keeping the peace. At this point it isn't a matter of how to stop the war. it will only be how will it start and how will it end.

Shadowside Alliance: The Outcasts of the world and monsters some call them. The Werewolves, The vampires, The Phantoms and sympathetic Dragons and Demons. all having to live on the edges of the world, in the dark desolate places that The self-rightious Empire are trying to take over and pushing them out mean while. when the war came they banded together even stronger than the Empire and Held the ground. They did so for 100 years until finally The half-breeds came. most were greatful for the peace but some for either vengeance or other reasons wish for another war to be brought down.

Grand Light Empire: The chosen people who shall bring Light to the Darkness. the Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Tamed Dragons and Angels. while the so called "Darkside Alliance" without an enemy will turn on itself the empire shall hold strongly together. Now while The Empire would be more than happy to civilize the areas those creatures hold they are content to let it be for now. however should their raids on villages that they set up within perfectly good territory without breaching the treaty continue they will take action though some are just itching for any excuse while others hope that it never comes.

Races:

Werewolf: Created from the Love of The God of Beasts Garudais and The Goddess of Passion Marisaka. The middle child race if you will. They have made their Homes in the Darkwood a wild land only recently getting breached by mainly humans and elves. In wolf Form they are part wolf part buff giant human on steroids. in human form they have golden eyes a fit frame and darker version of their hair and skin color. For generally shared traits They quite Loyal to their kin and allies and to their enemies...well the empire's accusations of them being feral monsters isn't quite unfounded though they do value honor in battle. Also if your a werewolf and traitor for the Empire (which you can play) may the ancestors have mercy on you because the werewolves will have none for those they catch especially for their own... . Their Primary Magic is Bestiary the ability to influence and possibly outright control beasts or temporarily take on aspects of said beasts. They have A Tribal Structure to their society with most dominant being leader and Representative In the Alliance council.

Humans: Created by a group of the gods and by some versions are chosen (though they aren't). they can be quite individualistic the Empire tones that down a little. they all have a bit of compassion for one another though not so much for those who they don't view as one of them. Appearances vary quite abit among them from region to region. Their home region however is Temprasi a mix of grassland and Temperate forest. Primary Magic: None really they were granted a more versatile ability with magic.Divided by Noble Houses, both Members and Vassals there of. They are the ones with the Emporer on the throne so they (supposedly) rule though there are muttering that the angels are really calling the shots...

Vampires: The Bloodsuckers of the night. Created by four souls who managed to escape the realm of death when the death god Nagako wasn't paying attention. however when they arrived to the land of the living their blood could no longer sustain life so they fed on the blood of others and while turning some to others like them. They appear at a glance much like a human but their skin is far, far paler and their eyes too bright a color to be normal plus their fangs can be seen an exposed smile. These creatures are cunning and very, very cold which is a protection mechanism as to let anyone too close in what has become a very nasty political state to gain more territory as Vampires are pretty territorial creatures especially the powerful ones who need lots of blood to keep their powers and the more powerful and old the more blood is needed. Their home is a Ruin of a land called Desmir which while clearly aged an run down is inhabited by all sorts and live quite happily independent though no one really likes getting picked to be one of their rulers meals or a pawn in a scheme. Primary Magic: Blood magic which is manipulation of blood to heal or harm in a variety of ways. Other powers include your typical supernatural strength senses and reflexs. They are Broken up into Clans. The Vampiric king who through many tactics got the position rules it.

Elves: The Classic nature lovers. Tall, fair, pointy eared, very long lived, agile. they where made by created by Mohanis, The Goddess of Nature, To watch over the forests of the land. They have done their jobs for many centuries rather well despite clashes with the werewolves. Then The Empire began the war with The Alliance and Werewolves among them. thus they joined the Empire to fight in the war against them. Their Home Forest is Tjeir Is A very thick, old temperate forest. they live among it's trees and revere it but can get a little over protective of it as far as their compatriots of the empire are concerned as well as them not doing so hot in cities with little nature. Broken up in Communes. The wisest of the Elven usually serves on the adviser council.

Phantoms: While the other species were made directly or indirectly by the god this one has a decidedly mortal origin. when talented magi lost his love he went deep into Magic trying to find the primordial revival ritual. he was able to put in most of it together using some creative thinking to fill in the gaps. However it wasn't a complete revival instead the phantom curse and phantom was born. they looked much as they did in life except one art of their body is withered or rotted and their eyes (if they have any) is mostly iris with a tiny pupil and white around the corner. they hail from Graven, a kingdom that lies in ruins and only very recently being reinhabited by the living. They are pretty close to one another though do to the nature of the ritual they become more and more apathetic and easier to manipulate as they grow older marked by big the curse mark is. divided into groups called crypts. Primary Magic: Dark Soul a corrupted version
of Soul magic a lost but powerful magic. They are ruled by those who've proven themselves in various ways with one representing at the council.

'Dwarves: The great forgers and tinkerers of the Empire. Created by Trusden so as to watch over the mountains. They did just that though territory disputes rose with the Dragons since they also live in the mountains. Those Mountains being the for the dwarves the northern Trusden Mountains most settlement is underground due to the surface being butt-numbing cold. these Guys are quite diligent and good craftsmen and diligent plus good at using their craftsmen. problem comes with the ale and insulting their Families or Beards... .Their Primary Magic is enchantment which is imbuing magic into an item. divided into Large Families or unrelated. They have a traditional king system who however has to bow to the emperor.

Demons: The name conjures evil, monstrous creatures that wish nothing more to end the world. While there are some that certainly do wish that most just desire a bit of chaos. some for good some for ill though all created by Goddess of Change Revilota and The new God of Chaos Drekil. they live in Hellik (this world's version of hell) though it is voluntarily as it fits their nature. their base of operations is what has become known Helldrin a giant pit on the edge of Kresden connected to Hellik. Demons in appearance are generally humanoid though all can shapeshift so who knows if that's what they actually look like. Their primary magic is infernal a dark version of the Primordial Maggic though in Kresdin it is put on a power limit so those passing through legit channels don't blow the world up on a whim. they are ruled by the most powerful of them. divided into groups based on their "Sins."

Angels: The oppsite of their demonic bretheren they are normally potrayed as the pinnacle of good. while alot are good others aren't. their primary objective is to maintain order set by the gods. created by Yaveh the god of order for such a purpose they are based in this world is the floating isle named Paradisa they have allied and some may argue taken control of the Empire finding them much more suitable allies than the chaotic Alliance with which the demons sided with.
The grand commander leads the Angel army and advises (or pulls the strings of) the Emperor. They are divided into Choirs. Their primary magic is Celestial a variant of the Primordal with the darkness removed.

Dragons: The Second oldest race after Angels and Demons. They are fiercely territorial creatures especially the free ones. They have very tough scales, are very large, and can shape shift into an alternate form of their choosing to mingle among other races. they live in the Southern half of the Truesden moutain range where it is quiet volcanic. they often either raid or protect a village for food but still do plenty of hunting. they are ruled by the Strongest in the Alliance and in the Empire the oldest who once again advises the Emperor. their Primary is their unique Dragon magic

Alptraum's Manor

Takes place in medieval times. Your character(must be human) finds an abandoned mansion in the middle of the woods. Seeking shelter, they enter it.

Little do they know, a certain being haunts this place. This being causes them to see an illusion, the illusion that the outside of the mansion has suddenly become a terrifying wasteland, and the mansion is the only safe haven. Every night, the ones who inhabit this mansion have to face nightmares, probably their worst.

There is always food at the table, but...

... what now?

Dark Mesa Prison:Welcome To one of the worst prisons in the most corrupt country on earth. The country is Reis Mevas. A nation that has an archipelago that has quite a bit of natural resources. So the despot/dictator and Oligarchical hybrid up and running and the infestation of corruption on all levels. Rule of Law is pretty much a running joke in the some how multi-cultural chain of Islands. Though they have a laundry list of Laws that they selectively enforce. And any and all victims almost always get a Guilty verdict. And the worst of the prisons they get sent too the Dark Mesa Detention Facility. It gets it's name from The Mesa that consumes most of the island and is covered in a black Rock and soil, when going through the ordeal of getting a seed into it, is proven to be extremely fertile. The facility had at once been a top secret mechanical and bio research lab with a low ethical standard even by Reis Mevas' standards. However The prison continues with the lab's work with its' wards and the now loose creations, all having a high libido and/or the ability to cause such. And they are allowed pretty much free reign as long as it dosn't involve the staff. Oh and The prison is co-ed.

Classes:
Technically there aren't supposed be classes in the sense that it is used. A pecking order that unlike most prisons around It influences everything.Lowest are first pick of guinea pigs and don't even have a proper prison uniform provided. Top of the Totem pole get honary staff status and don't even need to wear the uniform. Yeah that much of a deal. So here's the break down:

Class D:
-Cell: Bare bones. Dank, Twin metals thin mattressed cots with little space, bars on every opening and a toilet.
-Uniform: roughish leather underwear, chains and shackles on wrists, waist and ankles that can easily bind.
-Experimentation order: The first guinea pigs of any mutagen or mech enhancement. or both.
-Food from Messhall: Is that goop moving?
-Protection: Don't make me laugh.

Class C:
-
Cell: Well the toilet has a sink on it. And not as dank. So that is something.
-Uniform:Standard Skimpy Silver colored That emphasizes the sexual features and is sleeveless for male and much like a muscle shirt for males. Females has an exposed mid-driff. otherwise still has shackles on wrists and waist.
-Experimentation order: If somewhat safe they are use
-Food in Messhall: I think it's food...
-Protection: Keep from getting killed.

Class B:
-Cell: Standard Correction facility fare. So Pretty good.
-Uniform: Not really different, no shackles though and you gain ability to add personal affects
-Experimentation order: safe only.
-Food in Messhall: school cafeteria food.
-Protection: Try to keep from harm.

Class A:
-Cell: more like pretty sweet apartment
-Uniform: What uniform? you get to wear normal clothes plus if doing honorary guard the protection gear. Though got a tracker anklet.
-Experimentation order:volunteer, actual volunteer, only.
-Food in Messhall: Normal and even good food.
-Protection: They are one of their own as far as staff is concerned.
Map:
The facility has a core area and several wings. The three cell wings plus a research wing. The yard encompasses nearly the whole Island though only some of it is actually furnished with your standard prison yard fare. Barracks are on site and a seperate building that is fenced off. The three wings are as follows: Violent, Non-Violent, and Against the Govt. Violent and Govt. are interconnected for presumably for slightly obvious reasons. The cells are down to up with D on ground and A on top. There is also a wing full of labs for experimentation. In the center is the workshop and Mess hall. up above those is the admin offices.
