▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬"
The room fell silent, not even the film once dancing across the television screen with brilliant colors and excited voices made a peep in the midst of high tension. It was black, pitch black to the point it was suffocating the each of them as they looked to one another for some sort of answer to this madness. The two remaining souls left within the occupied space standing in the middle of it all, hoping for some sense of comfort or relief before the typhoon crept over the mountainside that in turn, would eventually drown them all. Not only were either of them in considerable danger now, but the rest of Pride and even Pack for that matter were. This was the domino effect readying itself to stutter and fall after being held up for so long, and Mako was going to make sure he was the physical shield for Ji-Yeon. Things were going to get nasty, he felt it. From the tips of his toes to the hairs on his head, he could feel the danger creeping in with claws out and gums flaring, and he had to make sure to fend it off with every last bit of strength remaining in his body.

Nothing else had to be said before their phones went off, allowing Mako stand there briefly to gaze at the flickering home screen from atop the coffee table. He took a deep breath from the bottom of his lungs, and grabbed it, only to read it to himself just as his jagiya did to come to a final conclusion. They will take his car, he said, and he was off into the darkness of their home to fetch a more appropriate attire for such desperate times. Mako simply nodded with this decision, more of the listening type when it came to his jagiya, and went to shimmy his work clothes back on over his boxer briefs and tank top after he had tossed them aside before their snuggle-date.

Mako wasn't as close as Ji-Yeon was to the rest of Pride, mainly because he was one of the newer members after being introduced to it when coming clean, but nonetheless, Mako learned each and every one of them through the guidance of his lover's hands and encouraging words. They were different in their own, individual ways, family-like almost, and it wasn't that difficult to remember who was who through such unique characteristics. In other words, Mako fit right in just like a missing puzzle piece hidden underneath the bed, and that in itself, was something he kept dear to his heart. Growing up an only child with a dead mother and missing father, you sometimes cling to the things that mean most to you in hopes of not losing it like before. Pride was his family, Ji-Yeon was the light of his life; the two things that would matter most to him until the day he died.

His mind did laps behind the wheel, listening to nothing but the breathing within his rib cage as he drove the each of them to the mansion on that cool, eventful night. No words could be formed at all between the two of them, and to Mako, that was just alright. The death of a very important figure of their rival group had brought just enough sorrow and confusion to mute even the loudest of souls. The male had to stay strong, to keep himself from shattering underneath the immense pressure that would soon build up on the peaks of his shoulder blades. Pride had to fight through this like they did with everything else, and so did he, for his own sake as well as his jagiya's. Mako had no intention to go down without a fight, and he was hoping things wouldn't lead up to that because he was positive there would be a few more scars littering his lumbering body.

Easing up on the acceleration and placing the car in park once approaching the large estate, Mako removed his seat-belt and stuffed his keys into his pocket to exit the car with half the speed. Looking to Ji-Yeon as some sort of confirmation, the male could only jump slightly from the sudden curse word piercing the tense silence and raised his brows, confused as to what come of it. His mouth formed a small "oh" once he said, and he couldn't help but smirk at his considerate concern. Ji-Yeon had always been caring of little ol' Ethan, a protective mother almost, doting him around for his own sake that almost, came off as a little bit too strong. Alright, scratch that, maybe a lot but regardless, Mako found it hilariously cute in the end.

Stuffing his hands into his pockets, the blonde haired male followed behind the other and took his spot on one of the other couches in the living room, readying himself for this emotionally heavy gathering. Leaning back, and nearly sinking straight into it, he watched as his jagiya ended up in a fit due to Ethan being absolutely shitfaced, and the others just as confused to what was going on. From that point on, he knew it was going to be a long, and difficult night. Such unfortunate events to unravel just as everyone was at the club, a good Saturday night was now muddling to a watered-down, dreadful one. At this point he was thankful he didn't go out partying anymore.

Mako sat forward and crossed his legs, looking to a few of the faces that were still in the living room.

"We should just cut straight to it, no bullshit."

One foot after another, bounding down the sidewalk with lungs heaving and arms clutching his side from the persistent pain sinking needles into his aberrant breathing, Kiki knew for a fact he couldn't stop running. His throat burned a whole new hell and his legs ached something terrible, but he had to be there. Andrew was dead, slaughtered by the hands of an unknown, unnamed son of a bitch, and if it took him a whole night to get to where he had to to figure out this entire atrocity, Kiki would do it just for his sake. Just as he would for him. The man was the heart and soul of Pack, the hand that picked him up and raised him above the horizon for all the world to see, the smile that assured him of the good to come and happiness to look forward to. A pure soul that despite collaborating with street violence and mob shenanigans, made sure his friends were alright in the end. And now, he was gone in an flash and only to be remembered in faded Polaroids and phone wallpapers.

The tears ran down his rosy cheeks and plump lips in linear streams, obscuring his vision with wet ribbons and causing his wide puppy eyes to swell, reddened and nearly raw from poignant suffering. Emotions running rampant, muscles twitching from coursing anger, Kiki was sprinting for the life of him through back alleys and busy roads to get to the place he needed to be. The place he wanted to be. The tangerine haired boy needed to know the gruesome details in full color. Where his body was, what they did to it, and why. Why was the big floating question that he knew for a fact none of them knew, but he wanted guesses, assumptions even. Some sort of deduction as to why a soul like him had to be killed even before he got to say goodbye. He didn't deserve it, none of them did.

Why?

Everything came crashing down, and just like that Kiki caught his foot on an uneven piece of sidewalk and suddenly found himself on the ground with the knees on his jeans tore up and blood trickling through the ravines of his newly created scrapes. At this point though, what was there to care? The pain radiating from the palms of his hands and tips of his knees didn't amount to the mental pain scraping at his gray matter. "Why.." He begged, pressing his forehead to the cool, sidewalk underneath him and gritting his teeth to bear through another wave of uncontrollable tremors. His body racked with violent sobs, whines piercing and short cutting with each breath he heaved in through brief pauses. "Why him.."

The tears stained the pavement below, and he attempted a few times to gather himself up for the last few blocks, only to bumble a few times before becoming successful. He had to push on, he told himself, using the brick wall of the abandoned apartment beside him to aid his broken frame. It was just a little longer and he could finally see the face of a friend who could ease his desperate wonderings. But then again, he knew for a fact that seat would be empty. Balling up his fist, Kiki rubbed it across his facial features to clear the excess moisture and began to sprint again, full speed, and refusing to acknowledge the pain coursing through his limbs and bits of blood staining his clothes. He was numb, every muscle and bone within that little body of his whether it be from the mixture of utter grief or straight vodka, it was obvious he gave no shit whatsoever.

He had to be there.

Time eventually was on his side and he found himself slowing, his sprinting suddenly evolving into a gradual limp and ignoring the hoarse whispers and obvious points from wandering, late-night strangers. His once animated face of both scrunching sobs and furrowed brows was now empty. A sore face of bright, raw lips and swollen eyes, only to be sniffling quietly from a runny nose. Knees tore up and bruised, palms bloody and hair disheveled, Kiki could only pause briefly before ambling his way into the quiet restaurant to at least make himself look pleasing. But to no avail, fingers through the hair and sleeves pulled over his hands, he waddled in just as he was to find both Neoul and Tae sitting quietly at their table with a few empty seats beside them.

The tangerine haired male waddled over and pulled out his chair only to slide right into it, saying nothing and not even having the chance to look at them directly. His wide almond eyes, puffy and all, were glued on the empty, pristine chair pushed in directly in front of him. His bottom lip suddenly began quiver, and inhaled sharply, trying his best to regain his composure.

His breath skipped, and before he knew it, he was crying once more. Bowing his head like a small, disciplined child, he looked to his lap hoping for some sort of answer to the vague texts he received.

"Tell me who fucking did it."

KIM MIN KI aka "MINNIE" | PRIDE |THE PARTY BOY

XgFMRcC.png

Getting yelled at by Dom was really nothing different. Vaguely, somewhere inside, Min Ki realized he'd been a bit of a brat, and he knew that he made one of the best proverbial punching bags for Dom whenever he was in a mood. Maybe if he was just drunk he might have lashed back out at the leader a little bit, but he was still just faded enough that everything was heavy, tranquil and it felt like Dom's voice was coming from somewhere underwater.

"I don't fuckin' care," he slurred, letting the news of Andrew's death wash over him. And he didn't care, not like Dom seemed to care even though Andrew was their fucking rival. "If Andrew's dead then he probably deserved it." The words came out in a mumble, long slender fingers tapping at his pockets in search of a cigarette or maybe another joint if he was lucky.

Sure, Andrew's death would cause a shift in power, in the way that things 'had always been'. Someone new would take his place, everyone would cry and carry on until Andrew was nothing more than a memory. Min Ki could honestly care less. There was a time when he'd admired Andrew, looked up to him even, when he was sixteen and just entering this rebellious phase, Min Ki had tried joining the pack and Andrew had denied him. He said that Min Ki 'wouldn't be a good fit' and 'that he'd grow up in a few years' so 'there was no point in throwing his life away'. Min Ki had never been one to take rejection well, and that had been the turning point from respecting and looking up to Andrew to hating him.

"Whatever, Dom," the lavender hair boy hissed between his teeth. Maybe he'd show up at the meeting, maybe not.

Dom was too overprotective, especially when it came to Ethan. Ji Yeon too for that matter. God, Ethan wasn't some fragile porcelian doll that would shatter if taken off the shelf. Just because he was blind didn't mean he was an invalid too. He deserved to go out and have fun just like anyone else his age. So Min Ki wouldn't lie that it pissed him off when Dom took his best friend and had him bundled off into the sleek black car, spitting even more harsh words his way.

Fuck Dom, honestly. Sometimes he was cool, but most of the time he was a total buzzkill. Plus, Min Ki wasn't stupid, he'd seen the leader with that little blue-haired punk from the Pack. Wasn't hard to put two and two together to know what the two of them got up to. Fuckin' hypocrite.

It would have been nice to get a ride to Dom's place, but apparently only Ethan was worthy of that privilege. And probably the leader's little boy toy too. As luck would have it, just when Min Ki was trying to decide to get an Uber to get to Dom's or to say fuck it and find another club that was open still, Ash rolled up in a sleek little car that Min Ki had never seen before.

"Hyung. . . Is that a new car?" he asked as he slid bonelessly into the passenger's seat, chuckling when Ash said he'd stolen it.

Ash was probably his favorite out of all the pack members aside from Ethan. He was mouthy and snarky and gave even less fucks than Min Ki did, plus he always had an excellent stash of grass and never minded sharing.

At one point during the ride, during a particularly harrowing turn, Min Ki thought he might be sick but managed to hold it down. Other than that, the two of them made it to Dom's place without little incident. Min Ki entered the house behind Ash, hands tucked in his pockets. He could feel the disproving stares of Ji Yeon and Dom hot on his skin, but he didn't give them any sort of eye contact and instead shuffled over to one of the few couches and sprawled out over it. At this point most of his buzz was gone, leaving the edges of the world much sharper than he would have liked. At least Mako had enough sense to cut right to the core of the matter, so hopefully this stupid meeting would be done and over with quickly.

Trying to drag around dead weight was not easy and Ji Yeon was not the strongest out of them all. Mako was, but he was still in the living room with everyone else hopefully discussing important matters if everyone had arrived. Ethan was a babbling mess in his arms, mentioning something about a library as they both stumbled into the bathroom on the first floor, lightswitch flipping with the flick of an elbow. The lights were bright and he squinted to adjust. "Library? They told you that you were going to a library?" he asked, voice dropping on the end of his sentence, clearly affronted by the information. Ethan reeked of alcohol and he was unstable on his own two feet, tripping over them like a newborn deer using its limbs for the first time. Had he ever consumed alcohol before? Ji Yeon had a strong feeling in the pit of his stomach that this was the first time. He kept the other pressed into his arm while he peeled back the shower curtain and helped maneuver Ethan into the bathtub.

It was a tangle of limbs and Ji Yeon almost went head first into the shower tap when he lost his balance, arm shooting out to catch himself, palm slamming into the wall just before his blonde head could crash into the metal. The gray knit cardigan sat askew on his broad shoulders, letting out short pants as he nudged Ethan's foot in the tub and ignored his grabby hand motions. "Ethan, sweetie--" Ji Yeon let that pet name slip from his mouth without a second thought, leaning forward to yank Ethan forward, his body twisted sideways. The open toilet was right there and Ji Yeon pushed up the lid so there was more room. Without a doubt Ethan was going to need it because any minute now his stomach would toss up the contents of the alcohol in his system and he did not want to clean it up. He had to do that for himself one too many times (because sometimes they liked to throw parties and if Mako didn't keep a close eye on him, Ji Yeon would get completely hammered with only a few cups of alcohol and he would be stuck in the bathroom for a good two hours the next morning hunched over the bowl regretting all of the decisions of the previous night) and he wanted to give Ethan a head start. Regardless, he would have no input on the murder.

It was better for him to stay in here (hopefully out of harm's way) than stay in the living room while the adults talked.

"Just lean forward if you need to, okay? The toilet is right there for you. I'll check up on you later." Ji Yeon carded his fingers through the male's soft hair in a tender motion before getting up from his knees. He looked around for any other dangerous objects that could hurt Ethan if he decided to move (but the whole bathroom was dangerous anyways) and then he left the bathroom, the voices from the living room floating to him. The lights in the bathroom were left on and he kept the door cracked open just a bit.

Wandering back into the living room and trying to fix his shambled appearance, brown eyes focusing on the appearance of Min Ki and Ash just shuffling in from the front entrance. His expression fell, eyes darkening as they fixed on the two troublemakers. They had no idea what was going on, did they? Or they just did not care. He didn't know which was worse honestly. The living room was quiet and the tension was excruciating like the roof could just collapse on them at any minute or like the walls could squeeze them. "Tell me why..." Ji Yeon started through gritted teeth, yanking on the side of his cardigan that had fallen down, fabric sliding along his knee. His gaze was just as discomforting as the tension. The silence brought on made it seem like Ash and Min Ki were supposed to dwell on their actions, like they had been put in the timeout corner and were currently being chastised about what wrongs they committed to even earn them a spot there in the first place. "... I should not be giving you disrespectful and single-minded boys a piece of my mind this very minute. You expect that, right? To be scolded, to hear words that you won't even listen to?"

The corner of his lip twitched as a long pause filled the empty space, as if he was carefully planning his next words to make this seem like all of his hostility was directed towards Ash and Min Ki. His tense shoulders relaxed, if only slightly, his voice a sharp whisper as he walked back to the couch and flopped down next to Mako, pressing a hand to his face to regain his composure after his sudden change in behavior. "Andrew is dead. There's your answer."

Owning a nightclub was sometimes a lot of work.
Seok Jae didn't like work.

Making sure the alcohol stock was always full, managing security, collecting revenue and counting the money he got every night, making sure the music was just right... it required a lot of effort. Good thing he had slaves employees he actually trusted to get the job done when he didn't really want to do anything. Which was, evidently, pretty much every night.

He was like a 78 year old man in the body of a 23 year old. Always sleeping, either at home or in his office (where he had a bed because having one at work was always convenient for when he wanted to nap), yelling at youngsters if they were causing trouble and threatening them. Who would feel threatened by a tiny, skinny mint-haired boy who looked like grumpy cat, you ask? A lot of people. Especially because this one swore like a sailor in almost every sentence and he was surprisingly loud. And he was kind of intimidating. An odd combination of things, but if you threw all of that in a melting pot on simmer and threw a gigantic ass bag of salt in there, you got Mo Seok Jae. Or Momo. Whatever didn't give you a black eye.

Saturdays were the busiest club nights. Always full of college kids, teenagers sneaking in, or crazy young adults with no responsibilities drinking his alcohol and dancing to his music. It wasn't always full of straight people, which was pretty frickin' great because straight people were annoying as hell in nightclubs. Grinding on one another and dragging each other to the bathrooms or some other room to have their own different kind of fun. As long as they behaved, Seok Jae couldn't give two shits about them. He usually kept an eye on the club rooms either from his office where he had a camera monitoring system on his desk or he hung out on the second level, eagle eyes watching the scene, speaking into his earpiece if he saw something off or storming down there himself to take care of the problem. Sometimes security was slow and if he was in the mood for moving and yelling at someone, you can bet that he was down there within a minute taking care of the situation. A lot of the things he took care of on his own was someone being harassed off in the corner or people trying to deal drugs. Now that got him going. Why the fuck would you be dealing drugs in my club?

This particular night he had to deal with a harassment. There were about three or so rooms in his club, not counting upstairs and the V.I.P section, and something sketchy was almost always happening somewhere in a dark corner. The music was strong, much too strong for the mint's liking, the bass pounding against his chest and practically splitting his eardrums when he hovered above the speakers for too long. This music was well-liked by the club-goers but Seok Jae had a hard time believing that this was actually music. Man, white people were trash. Especially that one guy pressing a girl up against a wall--

Seok Jae was down the stairs without a second thought. His short legs carried him far actually, just a blur of mint as he wove through the crowd. He decided to circle around the partying people instead of cutting straight through, eagle eyes locked on his target. The fuck was with people, pulling this shit? The girl was clearly uncomfortable, dressed rather decently compared to what he usually sees. Cocktail dresses riding up a girl's thighs, chest squished together from her push up bra or tightness of the outfit. The guy was your normal dirtbag you see hanging around the corner of those sketchy grocery stores where the lights flickered in the windows and reported stabbings there were unfortunately prevalent. Sure, he was a beefhead, but all it took was a tug of his wife beater for him to be tossed back against the opposite wall. Oh lord did he reek of vodka.

"The fuck you think you're doin'?" Seok Jae snapped, staring down at the guy with a condescending look in his brown eyes, driving the tip of his black Doc Martens into the man's cheek to keep his face smashed into the ground. He leaned over, ignoring the grunt of pain below as he put more pressure down on his foot. "Ever hear of a thing called 'consent?' Look it up, shitdick! Quit pryin' on women and keep it in your pants or I'll come over and chop your dick up for ya and feed it to your dog. Got it? Good. Now get the fuck outta my club." He waited until the man nodded and whimpered like a kicked puppy before releasing his foot, standing up tall as the man scrambled to his feet and took off, shooting the mint-haired male a glance before disappearing around the corner. Seok Jae scoffed before turning to the woman still pressed against the wall with wide eyes just staring at him with her lips drawn in a thin line. As if her brain was just trying to wrap around the fact that a midget could have scared off her attacker.

His expression softened just as his phone buzzed in his back pocket letting him know he had an incoming message. "Go find your friends for me, yeah? Have fun with 'em. That bastard won't be comin' 'round here again, I promise that. C'mon, shoo," Seok Jae waved his hand in the direction of the dance floor and finally the girl nodded, muttering a thanks as she scurried back out. She was lost to the crowd and the mint-haired male shook his head and uttered a sigh, plucking his phone out of his pocket and swiping the screen to see the message. He had no lockscreen code on his phone because there was nothing to hide. What was the point? Those little shits in Pride took his phone all the time anyways.

The message was from Dom and he gave it a once-over before shoving his phone back in his pocket and grabbing at his earpiece. "Ty, you're in charge for the night. Somethin's come up." He took out the earpiece after hearing the "roger that, boss" and shoved it in his coat pocket. A message from Dom on a Saturday when he should be partying? Out of the ordinary. Especially when he knew that he was working tonight. He may not be good at reading people or anything but he figured something was up. So Seok Jae took the back entrance and fished out his car keys, having to squint to see his car in the corner of the back lot. He unlocked and slid into the seat, tossing his phone to the other seat as he drove off, the directions to the mansion already memorized.

He hastily parked outside on the driveway behind Mako's car and another unknown black car. Nobody got a new car. Fuck, was it stolen? Of course it was. Why wouldn't it be. If everyone was already here, that meant this was not just your average meeting. Why else would one of them steal a damn car? Seok Jae grabbed his phone and jogged to the front entrance, throwing open the door and letting it slam behind him as he stepped into the mansion. The living room lights were on. He didn't even kick off his boots, skidding around the corner and staring at all who were there. Ji Yeon had a hand to his face, nobody was speaking, Ash looked crestfallen, Min Ki looked pissed like a drowned cat, and Dom and Mako were stoic. Hard-headed as usual. Eyes flickered up to him when he entered the room. "What's going on?" he croaked, approaching the more empty couch where Min Ki was, swatting at his shoulders to get him to pick his head up and sit like a normal human being. "Move your fat head," Seok Jae snapped quietly, sinking into the couch cushion when Min Ki reluctantly lifted his head and moved over with a grumble.

"Is anyone going to fuckin' tell me or is this a guessing game?"

He didn't have to pause the music to listen to what Noeul was talking to him about.

He didn't have to take off his earbuds or lower the volume of his music to hear the sounds of shouting and scolding of his good friend.

The feel of the man's hand grabbing at his arm and shaking him with infuriation almost brought the tattooed man to tears.

Tae could see in the corner of his eye the male trying to get a glimpse of any reaction as he interrogated him understandably, but all he could manage was a blank and emotionless face looking down at the phone sitting comfortably on his lap.

There was no way he could have looked at him straight in the face even if he wanted to. Tae took Noeul's hurt reaction with a heavy heart. He wanted to say something, anything to Noeul, but before shaky words filled with silent tears could utter out from his lips, the male turned his body in the opposite direction, leaving Tae's speech and reasoning in the dust.

".... Just know, I never thought or ever will think you did it."

Immediately after he said that, he knew that he had done terribly wrong. Tae's heart came through his mouth as he heard Noeul's words. A mere realization of what he has done just a few minutes ago left him clearing his throat to restrain more tears.
Guilt started to flow his mind as he swallowed his regret in the form of saliva. His hands began to close up into balls of fists, his knuckles turning white in an instant.
There were so many times that the two males would continuously laugh and joke around, but not one memory of the two ever hurting each other popped up in Tae's brain.

He was the first to do something wrong, and that alone made him feel a lot worse about what he just said.

"I'm sorry, Noeul." Tae managed to mutter out.

His apology was quiet and weak, and he wasn't even sure if the male was even able to hear his apology. Was a mere "sorry" going to cut it for Noeul? His voice was shaky and hoarse and just the way he sounded was so embarrassing that he almost started to cry.

Tae felt weak, self conscious, and desolate, and Tae was about ready to get up and leave because of all the tension before the restaurant's door came squeaking open.

Tae looked up at the door to find a poor Chae Hyun-Ki waddling in, looking like a child that had been physically and emotionally abused for the first time in his life.

He watched quietly as Kiki blankly walked right into his chair, sliding right into it in full emptiness. His entrance was similar to Tae's in a way that the two of them were so blank and expressionless, filling the room with the sheer reality that someone close to them had just been murdered.

Tae couldn't even look at Noeul anymore, let alone be near him out of guilt, so he just kept his eyes right on Kiki, who looked like he was trying so hard not to cry.

But then the orange haired male did it. He began to cry and Tae's heart shattered into a million pieces. He couldn't bear to see tears fall from anyone's face, let alone people who have been family to him when his own family couldn't even fucking love him.

"Tell me who fucking did it."

Kiki's statement led Tae to a mental shock, remembering everything that just happened between him and Noeul; not like he forgot it in the first place. Tae stayed quiet for a little bit, unsure of what to say. He couldn't name any names anymore. It would hurt too much for him to point any fingers now.

It would hurt too much for him to point any fingers period.

Tae leaned forward, resting his elbows on the edge of the worn out table, his nimble and shaky fingers running through his jet black hair in exhaustion. He couldn't say much, for he had nothing to say anyways.

Tae was falling weak and apologetic, even when he has done nothing wrong in the moment. He opened his mouth and let his mind do the talking for just a split moment:

"I don't know. I seriously don't know. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."

Like last time, his voice was shaky and weak. His sensitive side began to do its magic. A tear began to roll from his face, but he couldn't even bother wiping it away. He hid his face behind his hands out of embarrassment. He didn't even know who those sorries referred to. To Kiki? To Noeul? To Andrew? To himself?

He just didn't know what to do anymore, but the male could already tell that this was going to be a long night.

Dominique couldn't help but give a few chuckles here and there as Ethan, poor innocent Ethan, acted out in his drunken state. It was always entertaining to see someone after their first time drinking, the way the male was acting, he could tell that Ethan had drunk way too much for his first time. He was turning the TV to different channels, not seeing anything that caught his attention. "I should just put on some fucking Netflix or something." He was basically talking to himself since Ethan was definitely in no state to hold a conversation with him. He wishes he was drunk now to. It would be way funner to drink the night away than having to babysit tonight, of all nights. He turned off the TV as soon as he heard the front door of his home open and heard two set of feet come towards the living room.

It was Mako and Ji, the husband and wife of Pride. He had to hold back the smirk that was growing on his face as Ethan talked about going to a Library or something and didn't know that he was tricked to go to the club. So Min did make up some fucking wild lie to get innocent Ethan drunk, fucking idiot. He wasn't mad, really more annoyed at the fact that Min was that irresponsible, knowing that he would get drunk and high and probably forget all about Ethan after a few hours, fucking dumbass.

Dominique barely heard the next words that came of Ji's mouth. "Yeah... sure." As he watched the male practically drag Ethan to the bathroom. "He better not throw up on my velvet carpet... that will never come out." Rolling his eyes with a smirk on his face. He was trying to act mature for once but everyone, especially his best friend, Ji, would know that Dom found this whole situation funny now that he knew Ethan was safe from harm.

"I swear this fucking group... they will kill me one day." Shaking his head as he turned around to see Dumb and Dumber come strolling through the hall towards his living room. "Nice to see that both of you made it here without any problems." He had no clue about the stolen car and he would probably never know about it. Everyone in Pride knew that if they needed money for anything, Dom would give them it and he would never ask for it back. Say what you want about the male, which everyone does, but no one can ever say that he isn't there for the ones he cares about the most. "Ash... you're looking sexy as always." He smirked and winked at the male and just glared Min's way.

Dominique turned to Mako when the male finally spoke up and what he said, it was the same thing Dom was about to say, somewhat the same that is. "Yeah, we should just cut to the point but everyone isn't here yet. Where the fuck is Se?" Looking at the remaining members of Pride that were in the living room. Seok-Jae was the last one that needed to get his ass here as soon as possible before they could discuss anything about Andrew and other issues they might want to speak about. The news would probably not effect Ash that much, maybe. Dom already knew how Min felt and to be honest... he didn't expect anything different than the male's usual "Give No Fucks" attitude towards everything. One day Min would push Dom to the point where he wouldn't think twice before punching the male's lights out. The male could be cool at times but to him, Min seemed to do all of that reckless shit just to get attention, like an immature child would do just to get their parents to notice them, even if it's for the wrong reasons.

Turning his head towards the hall that lead to the other part of the mansion, he spotted Ji coming back into the living room. He didn't see Ethan with him, guessing the male would be staying in the bathroom for now, good. He just closed his eyes as Ji nagged at both Ash and Min about their usual idiotic actions and then he dropped the bombshell about Andrew's Death. "Ji, calm the fuck down. Min was the one who got Ethan drunk as fuck, Ash... actually didn't do anything this time, surprisingly." He grinned Ash's way before looking at his phone, seeing how it was getting later and Seok-Jae still hadn't brought his ass there.

Finally the Mint-Haired Midget made his presence known. Dom rolled his eyes and gave a heavy sigh when he heard his front door swing open and then slam close and heard Seok skid his boots across the nice clean floor of his home. "What the fuck... does anyone know how much it cost to get shoe marks out of marble floors?!" It might be weird to witness someone else getting this upset about floors right now but Dom's materialistic ways trumped everything, even the death of his rival.

He was really ready to just cancel this "meeting" and talk about this shit tomorrow or something but instead, he stood up and looked down at Seok. "Andrew was murdered a few hours ago near Nightlife... now you don't have to guess." Shaking his head. "I'll be fucking back... can you all try not to mess up anything else? I swear some of you act like those fucking Pack Rats." He started walking towards his room. He had forgotten that Cy was here, luckily the Pack Rat comment brought the male back into his mind.

Opening the door to his room, he saw his Boo laying down on the bed and he couldn't help but hop on top of him and give him a kiss. "Cy... me and my boys have a lot to talk about and I have no idea when are little meeting will be over." Giving the male one of his notorious sympathy looks. This time his look was fake but his acting classes came in handy for situations just like this. "I don't want you to sit in here all by yourself for who knows how long. I am going to get my cousin to drive you home or to wherever The Pack might be. I think you should be with them anyway right now, they would know how to console you better than me since I didn't know Andrew like they did and how you did." Giving the male another kiss before hopping off the bed and heading to his cousin's room.

Dominique's cousin lives with him since they both made well over enough money to pay all the bills for The Mansion, and with the help of his parents, of course. They have been as close as brothers since their younger years and they just decided to move in together when it came down to it. They now have like their very own Bachelor's Pad. He knocked on the door of his cousin's room, making sure not to just walk in like he use to do. "B!" He yelled and moved back once the door was opened. He had to resist the urge to laugh when he saw what his... UNIQUE cousin was wearing. "Wow..." Shaking it out of his head, he looked at his cousin. "B, Cyrille is here and I need you to drive him home or wherever he wants to go, just don't let him go anywhere alone." His smiled at his cousin as the male agreed. Dom's cousin was already getting ready to leave and go somewhere anyway so it all worked out. "Cool, go through the back since my boys are here and we don't need that drama right now." Giving his cousin a hug before he made his way back to the living room.

Taking his seat on the couch again, he looked at his boys. All there except Ethan, who was still in the bathroom, hopefully not throwing up everywhere. "Andrew is dead and everyone will be pointing their fingers at us first. When the cops find out about our rivalry with The Pack Rats, you all know that we'll be Number One on their suspect list or whatever the fuck that's called." Taking a moment to let that sink in. "Anyway, the cops want to speak to everyone tomorrow, one on one, so please go to the station when they call you. If you don't show up, that's on you and don't fucking blame anyone else if you don't make it, get there no matter what. They don't care about any of the other bullshit we've all done, they just want answers so if you know something... tell them so we can we can get this over with."

He looked at Ash and that annoyed look he had was replaced with a charming smile that just screamed sexual attraction. "Ash, I need to speak to you... alone. It's about something important and only you need to know... my sneaky Spy." He grinned. "This meeting was short but there's nothing much we can talk about right now until the motherfucking cops let us know more or tell us anything they want to tell us. You all just go home and be safe tonight... and don't get into anymore fucking trouble." Shooting his eyes straight to Min. "Ji and Mako, Husband and Wife," smirking, "you guys can go and get E while me and Ash discuss some important... business." He said as he grabbed Ash's hand and started to lead him to his bedroom. "You won't be disappointed after hearing what I need to tell you." He had on a devilish smirk now. Dominique was up to something and it might be the real reason why he had Cy driven home by his cousin.

[fieldbox=♦, pink] "Hun. You should know I always find a way by now," Ash chuckled as Dominique welcomed them and returned his smirk with a smirk of his own. The lip ring glistening in a devilish way almost, and the chains that traveled over to his ear didn't make it seem less mischievous either. "Oh really? Sweaty and with clothes? I'm not so sure about that," Ash chuckled as he brushed some bangs back as they were plastering themselves against his forehead. A little workout was always fun, especially when he had someone that chased after him. Oh shit, he should have asked for his phone number before he left! Or stealthily put his own card in his pocket when they kissed. Too late to mourn over that now. One less contact on his phone, maybe he'd find him later and give him his phone number then.

Ash was just about to go and find that free drink for himself - no reason not to take it now that he was already there - though the sudden entrance of Ji Yeon and his message caught him completely off guard. What did he do this time?! Seriously! He had been working hard today, and now Ji Yeon was two inches away from kicking his ass? Well, he wouldn't really have minded if the other wanted to touch his ass, but then it would have to be a nice spank. Ops! Off topic! "Yah..." Ash said with a slight pout. "I am innocent this time! I had a job! What did we even do this time?" Ash whined as he didn't even know why Ji Yeon was so pissed - though he did poke fun at him by thinking eomma was on his period - however when Dom spoke up on his behalf his pouting lips turned into a smug look, which Ash didn't bother to hide. Ji Yeon was already pissed at him, might as well poke fun at him while he had the chance to do so.

It was a rare opportunity! Since Ash did cause a lot of trouble, and he was never sorry for it. Though the information of Andrew's dead was suddenly dropped he gave a few blinks. Dead? "Aw.. shit..." Ash said as he knew this would only bring drama from the Pack. He was important over there right? He couldn't really remember, he only slept with the guy a few times. But that totally sucked! One less contact on his "fuck buddies" phone, he really hated having to edit that phone. It was hard enough to manage the numbers that were there! "...Welp. One less guy I can fuck. Anything more int-" Ash was interrupted when he watched as someone else decided to join in on the little 'party' they were having. "Free drugs! Hey!" Ash said as he greeted the mint-haired club owner that wasted no time moving himself over to the couch to sit right next to Minnie. Ash knew that there was something in between the two of them, well nothing major, but "Free drugs" always had a soft spot for Minnie. It was really a shame, Ash could have fucked him if there wasn't that temper. He'd probably remember his name then too, but whenever the other had introduced himself Ash had been too high to remember it later.

Sure, Ash would have loved it if he could have cared a little bit more about someone getting murdered, but the truth was that he didn't. Sucked for the Pack, but Ash didn't know shit about the guy except that he was good in bed when he was drunk, a little less when sober. Too gentle, no fun. "We need to go to the police? I wasn't even at the club! Not as if they have a reason to suspect me," Ash murmured as he began pouting. The police was never any fun. Stiff hard-heads that didn't know 'living life' was a thing. "I didn't know he was dead. Probably wouldn't know either if no one told me," Ash admitted with a little shrug of his shoulders. Dead was dead. The police really made too big of a deal out of it. He'd answer what they had to say if they really wanted him to go, but wasn't as if they had any basis to bring him to the hearing in the first place, except that he was a part of the Pride of course. Suppose that made a bit sense.

His name was called out and he looked up from the little spot he had been focusing on Dominique's body for the longest now, and immediately smirked when said person wanted some alone time. They needed to talk it seem. Maybe he'd get a little reward for being good today after all. He might bring a lot of trouble on the table, but Ash always finished the job. "Just bring him to my place. You two can do what you two were doing," Ash chuckle with a wink before his hand was grabbed and he was lead to the familiar path that only ended with Dominique's bedroom. His free hand traveled up to his lip ring to gently take it off along with the chains before putting it away in his hoodie's pocket. They'd only get in the way of the 'talking'. "Depends..." Ash said as he leaned in to let his breath flutter over Dominique's neck, his lips brushing against the skin, but he didn't touch the area, he only teased it. "...on how much talking we'll do," Ash whispered before he pulled away with a soft little peck as he smiled innocently, but behind that smile was much naughtier thoughts. [/fieldbox]

[fieldbox=✿, #335EFF] Ethan laughed over nothing as Ji Yeon asked if the others had told him that they were going to the library and instead raised his hand with an invisible glass in it. "Wa- Fun- Cheers!" He stumbled over his words like he was with his feet currently. If Ji Yeon wasn't supporting him he'd probably go face first into the floor. "Woooo!" He shouted out just as he felt himself being laid down into something that was cold, but rather spacey, but it wasn't a bed, it was really hard and too hollow to be a bed. Oh well, it felt good to be laying there anyway! "Library!" He called out again and raised his hand again, before taking a swig of something that wasn't even there. "Minnie! Another preasu!" Ethan demanded to the person that wasn't even there anymore. He giggled and made some grabby hand motions towards whoever was standing in front of him before he was maneuvered to lay on his side and Ethan happily obliged because he was too drunk to really care how he was laying at the moment.

"Eomma! Eomma! Tuck me in! Tuck iiiiin~!" Ethan demanded with a few angry kicks with his feet that only managed to knock over a couple of shampoo bottles. The queasy feeling in his stomach didn't go away, but Ethan was simply ignoring it. It was time for a bed time story! It was dark after all! Or was it always like this? Where was the light switch? He didn't like the dark! "Hm...? Ah... yup yup! Clean orchard if I need to!" Ethan replied with a giggle. He'd clean that orchard so much that it would be shinning once he was done with it! That much was for sure! He'd give it his all to clea- Why was he cleaning an orchard again? Did it even need cleaning? Did they even have one? Oh well, since Ji Yeon was the one that asked him then they surely had one! Somewhere, maybe in Dominique's place. Aboji always had so many things, so it wouldn't really surprise him.

The tender fingers running though his hair caught him by surprise, but he only smiled and nodded, before the other presence in the room was gone. "Where was the bedtime story?" Ethan whined to himself as he continued to leaned where he was told to lean - mostly because he was somewhat laying comfortable and too lazy to move - though before he knew it the queasy feeling in his stomach got the better of him. With a few unpleasant sounds and feelings, Ethan used the toilet to what it needed to be used for at the moment. It didn't just end with the first one, a couple of others followed before he felt the queasy feeling finally disappearing and Ethan flopped in the back of the bathtub. He wanted to go home now.

He let out a yawn before wriggling a little bit in the bathtub to try and make himself as comfortable as possible, and with that he decided that - wherever he was laying right now - was a great place to take a nap. He'd clean that orchard later and then have another glass of water, but for now it was time to say goodnight!

"Nighty night~!"

"Ok my little Deers, I will see you in my next video!" Waving to the camera and then turning it off. "Perfect." Bambi was just getting finished with his new Youtube Video, this one was a Q&A and he had a lot of questions sent to him via Twitter and Snapchat and it took an hour and a half to answer everyone but his fans mattered more to him than his time and that was just the kind of person the male was. "I'll just edit it in the morning... no time now." He smiled and hopped off of his bed, putting his laptop and camera near his dresser on the other side of his bedroom. Bambi had decided to skip Nightlife tonight, he wanted to work on his Youtube Channel and also write up some new cooking recipes and dishes he would try tomorrow, he had a few busy days ahead of him.

Bambi was going to his first VidCon as one of the Featured Creators next week and he was super excited and nervous about it. It was big deal for him to have his very own VidCon stage where all of his fans, or his Deers, would be able to get signed photos and ask him questions and meet him in person. He felt butterflies in his stomach and the event was a week away from now but Bambi always got over excited about everything, he had too much energy for one person. "Now what..." He heard his phone's ringtone blast loudly next to his pillow and hopped on his bed to pick it up. It was a text from one of his close friends, Noeul or Noodle, the nickname Bambi gave the goofy male a few years back. "Come to Aloha Mi Amigo now..." He couldn't read the rest of the message because the loud banging against his door scared him so bad that he threw his phone out his hand. Grabbing his chest as he sat up, he took a second to calm down. "Domi! So rude!!!!!!" His cousin, Dominique Westwood use to always just walk right into his room but the male finally learned that some people did value privacy and didn't like to be the center of attention all the time.

Dominique and Bambi have always been close, as close as brothers even but when Bambi started hanging with The Pack and eventually became part of The Pack, him and Dom's relationship hit a bad patch but now they are good as ever, even though Dom is the Leader of The Pride, the rivals of The Pack... fun times they had when they both wanted their friends to come over at the same time. "I'm coming... I have to fix my overalls since you nearly scared me out of them... Big Cousin." He said in his childish tone of voice. Bambi has had a childish, almost similar to Mickey Mouse voice since he could talk. It didn't happen overnight, he always had that cartoonish voice. That was something that made him stand out from everyone else, that and his unique choice of clothing and... his personality. Once he fixed his outfit, making sure his bow tie was secured in place, he went to his bedroom door and smiled up at his large Hulk of a cousin.

He didn't notice the look Dom gave him when he saw the outfit Bambi was wearing, he was use to it by now. When people stared at his clothing, he thought it was because they thought his style was amazing, it was the opposite reason but he would never know that. "Yes, Big Cousin?" He rested against the door frame, waiting to hear what Dom had to say to him. Dominique wanted him to drive Cyrille home or to wherever Cy wanted to go. Bambi was headed to the Restaurant that The Pack was at, so that's where the two would be going tonight. Bambi knew that his cousin and Cyrille had been sleeping around together, he wasn't that slow, he thought it was cute but he also knows how Dom can be and he felt a little bad for his friend... knowing that Dom will hurt him in the end but he was an adult and Bambi knew that even if he did try to warn Cyrille, he would do whatever he wanted in the end.

"Ok... I was actually going out to meet up my friends anyway." He stuck his tongue out at Dom and gave the male a big hug before going to back into his room to get the keys to his car. "Here they are!" He smiled and gave a happy chuckle that sounded exactly like Mickey Mouse's famous laugh once he spotted his keys on the floor next to his PS4. "I have no clue how they got on the floor... but ok." Shrugging his shoulders as he closed his room door and skipped off to Dom's room and helped Cy get his things before going out the back of his home and towards his car in the garage area.

Bambi was to focused on getting to the restaurant to notice the sad look on Cy's face. Usually, the animated male could tell when one of his friends were upset but his mind was busy thinking about VidCon, recipes, cartoons and his favorite subject... COOKIES! He loved cookies and he always kept a pack of different types in his car. "Want some Cy?" He said after already eating two cookies, he handed the container of assorted cookies to his friend as he started the engine and waited for it to turn on before he left the garage and the driveway, making sure not to hit any of the cars that were near him. Bambi was not the best of drivers, he just got his License last week and he has been in three minor car crashes since then. A week of driving and three accidents in that one week, it had to be a record for worst driving ever and if it wasn't, it should be.

Once he finally made it to the usual spot, that still creeped him out a little, Bambi turned off his car and once both him and Cy were out the car, he made sure to lock the doors. He knew how bad the neighbor can be at night and he didn't need another reason added to the long list of why he shouldn't ever drive again. One day he would just end up using Uber to get anywhere since his driving will probably never get any better but at least he and Cy got to Aloha Mi Amigo without a limb missing or in need of a blood transfusion. "Come on Cy! Everyone is waiting for us..." He screamed in a singsong voice, still not noticing anything wrong with his friend as he wrapped his arms around the male's left and dragged him towards the Restaurant. "I wonder what's going on. Maybe we're going to have some fun and go somewhere!? Or maybe Andrew has an exciting announcement!?" The poor boy had no clue what he was about to walk into, his mind was filled with unicorns and rainbows and soon it would come crashing down and he would realize that reality wasn't always pretty... and he might have flashbacks of his parents death which would send him to a different level of sadness.

Slamming his hand into the door, making them swing open, he had on his signature boyish smile and with Cy by his side, he waved at Tae, Noeul and Kiki. "Hey everybody! Look who I have with me..." He trailed off from there, seeing how everyone seemed to be upset and Kiki was crying his eyes out. Dropping Cy's arm, Bambi moved over to Kiki and sat on the other side of him, not noticing the empty chair of Andrew's just yet. Placing his arm on the male's shoulder, his face turned into that of a concerned child looking at his older brother. "Ki... what's wrong?" He then looked at Tae and Noeul who were on the opposite side of him. "Tae... are you crying too? Guys... what happened and where's Andrew and Derrick?" He finally noticed the empty chair that usually Andrew would be sitting in. "Oh! Did the two of them go and get food for us? Wait... we're in a restaurant... ummm." He rubbed the back of his head, now confused by the situation. "Guys... did something happen?" He looked towards Noeul who seemed like the only that wasn't crying right now. "Tell me, I can handle it." He thought he could but once he finds out his Leader and basically his brother was murdered... there's no telling what the innocent little animated boy would do with that information.

Time seemed to pass fairly slow at this point, seconds edging on the clock with the deafening taps of obnoxious ticking, and Mako was still sinking silently in the plushes of a very comfortable, high-end couch. His face, completely impassive other than the occasional eyebrow raise and slight indication of a warm smile aimed at the shenanigans his mates were riddling with, it would eventually fade ever so slightly to the previous blank slate that he had entered with. The amusing antics would be replaced to the returning thought of why he had come here, sitting on this very couch and listening to the voices of his close friends in the odd hours of the night. Of course, his friends were beings quite dear to him, but not as dear as the date he and his jagiya were pursuing in the confines of their cozy dwelling. A man had just been murdered by unknown means, and in the sea of laughing and obnoxious shouting, it felt as if Ji-Yeon and him were the only two in the entire room who had concern for the storm brewing behind the clouds. Mako was one to think ahead and calculate the future before it came for safety measures, but with this new appalling accident now at the tips of his toes, he had to stay alert. As much as he would enjoy having fun with the others, he couldn't dare risk anything with Ji-Yeon at his side.

His thoughts began to wander to other things up until he was yanked back out of imagination land with a swift hand, now listening to the tense scolding coming from the sweet, and gentle mouth of his lover nearby. It wasn't usual for Ji-Yeon to switch into strict mother mode unless one or more of the "children" had misbehaved, but this event unfolding right in front of him, seemed to be one of those moments. While Ethan was retching his stomach out in the porcelain bowl of the bathroom, at least Mako had assumed, Ash and Minnie finally made their appearance to lastly get their asses chewed out by mother bear himself. Forget the statement he had thrown in the air earlier, going on about getting straight to it, Mako simply wanted things to ease down before the heavy talk arrived because even he was having a difficult time processing it still. He looked to Dom when finally getting a response, and nodded, but returned his attention back to Ji-Yeon who had suddenly went silent, rage bubbling beneath his charming features.

The blonde shifted his body just a tad when Ji-Yeon sat down and Mako instinctively leaned over and reached out to rest an arm around his shoulders, hoping the subtle contact would at least ease his tense nerves. Just as he was crossing his legs and staring at the pictures decorating the well-furnished walls, his jagiya dropped the bomb and the entire living room seemed to fall dead silent. No one was laughing anymore, not even the slightest peep could be heard from the loud-mouthed souls sitting on the other couches, and Mako could only let out a nice, heavy sigh to display his stress. He wanted to say something, anything at all to contribute to the confusion, but was replaced by Ash's low blabbering that the rest of the bunch seemed to pay little attention to.

It wasn't long at all before the tension was shattered completely by the irritated midget finally making show, taking an empty spot on one of the other couches and throwing the same question each of them had at one point. The group didn't meet often enough for word to move faster, but this was as fast as they could get even on a Saturday night. Returning brief glance to the mint-haired boy, Dom managed to answer faster than he did and things got decently quiet again. The occasional chatter and question thrown about, but Dom left the room before things went anymore deeper to settle his own matters. Mako took this time to look to Ji-Yeon and check to see if he was alright physically, mentally, and emotionally behind that beautiful veil of his. No words had to be said between the each of them, and Mako only smiled, seeing as things at the time were as good as good could get. Leaning over to peck him gently on the top of his head amidst the tresses of lovely blonde locks, he brought him just a tad bit closer and returned his gaze back to Dom who had entered the living room once more.

A few words were said, a few glances and nods, and the meeting was over before he knew it. Mako took his arm from around his jagiya and leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees to look to Dom with a cocked dark, brow. He figured more things were going to be discussed and questions would be answered, but yet again, it was a brick wall strewn about right in front of him with no way over it. Dead end. The police would know like they always did, but Mako wasn't fond of the police, especially since they would catch scent of their rivalry anytime soon. Sighing, he stood to his feet and eyed both Ash and Dom, only to look back at Ji-Yeon for some sort of approval for the "husband and wife" labeling as well as word of taking Ethan home. Poor kid was in the bathtub still, probably with puke all over him and whispering to some sort of imaginary creatures his drunken mind had created.

"Well.." Mako muttered under his hushed breath, rubbing a finger or two over his brow-line and resting a hand on his hip to watch everyone scattering their own ways. "This has been a great night so far, eh?" It was obvious he was stressed from the tension of his jaw-line and clenched fingers, but the sight of his sweetheart eased him little by little. He just wanted to be alone with him once more to slowly forget about all the chaos that happened, but first, they had to take care of a certain someone locked away in the bathtub. He knew for a fact Ji-Yeon wouldn't trust anyone else with that poor kid. Tapping his pockets to remind himself of the sound of the jingling car keys, Mako sauntered his way down the hallway directly to the bathroom, sighing with much relief at the sight of no vomit smeared on the floors or walls. "Alright kiddo, we're taking you home." He spoke up, just loud enough for young Ethan to recognize who he was in his drunken stupor and bent down to ready himself. Leaning forward, Mako scooped up the boy with little to no difficulty and held him bridal-style, making sure to prevent anymore queasiness to his poor stomach. "Just.. don't puke in my car, okay?"

As everyone had pretty much left, no goodbyes had to be said and the two of them were off to stuff Ethan in the back of the car and take him home. The rest of the night would finally be theirs to reflect on this gathering as well as catching up on what they previously started.

Nothing could amount to the pain numbing his entire self-being, causing wave after wave to crash headfirst into his broken mental state and filling his lungs with the murky water of despondency. He couldn't breathe any longer, not on his own, and he found himself ravaging against the thick, black liquid stinging his insides to the point he was nearly ripping himself apart. An entire war was raging on inside him, fueled heavily by the sadness, anger and utter shock of Andrew's sudden death. But even then, the boy was having trouble shielding that to the outside view, trying his absolute hardest to keep himself in pieces for the sake of his dignity, for the sake of the Pack, but as he sit there, sobbing uncontrollably with the eyes of the others burning into his tanned skin, he simply began to give up. Piece after piece, his actuality started to chip away and flutter into the unknown, revealing that small, broken child beneath his strong outer layer that he managed to keep up after so long.

He wasn't strong anymore. Brave, determined, hopeful. All those words were a thing in the past and now written in the book he dare not open. What was there to be hopeful about? That Andrew had a quick death to relieve the suffering he more than likely endured? That the killer would be caught and no remorse would be shed for the life they took out for personal means? There was no hope any longer, and it was apparent in his broken down image being broadcasted to the world, from the confines of this shoddy, restaurant table.

Kiki brought his head up just as tad, breathing sharply through the gaps of his teeth to look at the male who managed to answer him as truthfully as he could. The words that slithered from his mouth almost hurt just as much as hearing about the death, and the orange haired boy suddenly gasped, breaking down entirely with what he had received. Those apologies were the only thing he could cling to at this moment, holding onto Tae's broken words with shaky grasps for some clarity or at least comfort. But what comfort could be found in anything at this point, they were all broken now. A family photo with a gaping hole from where the father had been ripped out, only to be thrown away and never to be seen again.

Kiki managed to inch forward and press his forehead to the edge of the table, now allowing those tears of his to fall and plop silently to the clean floor. He had his arms wrapped around his stomach, trying to ease the shivers tormenting his skinny frame to some extent, but it was of no use, there was no point in stopping something that had already begun.

A familiar voiced piped up and the happiness in it almost made him sob even harder, biting his plump, bottom lip to the point of nearly splitting it. It was Bambi along with Cy, finally making show after time had passed, and clearly not getting the memo of the true reason why they had gathered. He had edged over and wrapped an arm around him, comforting him for the display he was putting on but nonetheless, it still had been a mystery. Some questions were strewn about and some guesses being made, but Kiki didn't have the heart to tell him truthfully, let alone through the fits of his weeping.

"Tell him!" Kiki suddenly spoke up, his shout muffled from the empty space beneath the table and he jerked his head up, looking to Noeul and then Tae through blinded eyes in pure desperation. "Someone just tell him, please.." The pain was evident in his words, begging almost to at least get the truth out and out of the way.

But he knew for a fact hearing it again would hurt just as much.

"Whoa...what happened to you Kiki?!" Noeul's eyes shot open, watching the stumbling mess of a man crash into a chair covered in bruises and grime. "You okay..."

Noeul pressed his lips tightly together, finding it hard to keep face as he watched Kiki break down. He reached out a shaky hand, his beaded bracelets rattling in tune with Kiki's sobs, but couldn't find the strength to console him. Seeing the tears waterfall over hot cheeks, the lowered head in a mixture of pain and perhaps shame from being so emotional, stopped Noeul from any attempt of making everything better. He felt his own chest tightened, suddenly cutting off breath to keep himself from breaking down from all the emotions just from seeing Kiki.

He reeled his body back and slumped forward, resting his elbows on his thighs, completely silent. All he did was listen to Kiki ask about who killed Andrew, reminding Noeul of what happened between Tae and him just before the man entered the restaurant. As soon as Tae answered the question, Noeul spoke up.

"The Pride, that's who. You wanna know who made the call? Dom, that's who."

The words fell out Noeul's mouth like vomit in trash. It had to be someone in the Pride who killed Andrew, but it didn't matter who exactly did it. To Noeul, it was Dom who ordered it and all fault was on him. Since years of knowing Andrew, not once did their leader bring up any other feuds or enemies the Pack or he personally had. Everyone outside the feud between the Pack and Pride loved Andrew. Andrew was a star in every single way. Unless Andrew was unfortunate enough to be randomly targeted by some mugger or killer, all signs pointed to the Pride and directly at Dom.

Hearing the door swing open, Noeul was greeted with a familiar smile and wave of blue hair. Bambi and Cy finally arrived. Bambi looked as happy as ever. His whole ensemble radiated happiness and joy, a much needed element the group needed, but may not be accepted. Just seeing a smile made Noeul crack a very faint smile, but was soon gone from Bambi's question.

Before Noeul could answer, Kiki suddenly spoke up. Noeul flinched at Kiki's desperate stare, his face recoiling with extreme distress and dread. Was Tae going to answer? Noeul was completely unsure what to think of Tae now. Tae seemed to be broken right now and unable to cope with anything happening. He gave a worried look. Noeul knew he just wasn't built to break news as terrible as this in person. The way he spoke, his mannerisms, everything about him always came across...wrong when in situations like this. He wasn't built to handle something like this.

Noeul looked up when Bambi addressed him. He looked at Tae with pleading eyes and then to Kiki. Seeing that both may be too uncomfortable to answer, Noeul took the initiative.

"Andrew is...dead...." Noeul's voice trailed faintly before picking up volume. "It happened while me and Tae were at Nightlife. I was all dancin' and was just about to break out in one of my famous moves when the police picked us both out the crowd and showed us this photo of his dead body just all laid out on the ground...blood was everywhere and I think I saw some guts too..."

He took in a sharp breath, immediately regretting what he just said.

"Shit...I just can't believe it...but the photo...I think he's gone, Bambi. Andrew was murdered man..." his voice squeaked at the end of the sentence. "...and the Pride was there also..."

He rubbed his hand hard over his face.

"It's why I called this emergency meetin'...what the fuck we gonna do now? Who's gonna step up?" his voice mumbled as he pulled his hand from his face, his cheeks snapping back into place as a red mark was left behind.

Cyrille nodded to his boyfriend and set about getting his shoes back on as well as grabbing his wallet. His choker and the alcohol were the last thing on his mind as he followed Bambi out through the back. Sometimes he wished Dom would just tell the other members of his gang that they were together, then again, Cy knew for a fact that Dom can be unfaithful. Especially with one of the Pride members being his go-to screw when Cy wasn't around. Now, the bluenette wasn't exactly... the jealous type. He just doesn't like sharing what he has dubbed as his. Maybe next time he sees the Pride member who has been sleeping with HIS Dom, he will punch the living shit out of the little rich bastard.

He barely paid any attention to the car ride to the Pack meeting place, his mind in turmoil at the moment and making plans of mass murder that he would, sadly, have to run by the group before acting upon them. Too soon they made it to the meeting place and Cyrille got out of the car, thankful to be out of that exceedingly embarrassing excuse for a paint job car. He quickly headed inside the building and saw that everyone was upset and rightfully so. Bambi was the only one out of the loop and frankly, the guy needed a serious reality check, preferably one that came with a bitch slap to the face.

Thank God the one that seemed to have done the job, minus the slapping part, was Soo. He had to hand it to the guy, not many here would have wanted to admit such a thing but it was true. "He is right Bambi. I was a Nightlife when the cops came to inform everyone. We ALL have to be at the station tomorrow to give alibies so that we are ruled out as suspects." He said, pulling out a box of cigarettes and his lighter, Cy stuck a cancer stick in his mouth and lit it. He needed to relax and these things helped. "I get you are happy about some shit or whatever, Bam-Bam, but this is serious. Not only are we out of a leader, but we have no clue who did it. The first thing we have to do is decide who will be our de facto leader and the next order of business is to find the asshole that killed Andrew and pay them back in FULL!" It was a lot of talk, but Cy also had the bite to back up his bark. But would the others join in?

DERRICK AMELL | PACK | THE RUNNER

XgFMRcC.png

At first, Derrick thought it might have been a prank, a really fucking terrible prank, but for several gut-wrenching seconds the boy stood in the alleyway, fingers hovering over the reply button, eyes blinking open and closed. It was only then that the faint sound of sirens caught his ear, head tilting towards the mouth of the alleyway out of curiosity. The red and blue lights from police cruisers flickered off the crumbling brick walls and dirty, cracked concrete floor. Not one to be too hasty, Derrick slid his phone back into his jacket, shoving his hands deep into his pockets as he trudged back onto the main road.

It wasn't uncommon to see police around this part of town, especially on a Saturday night when rowdy kids were out in full force. There was always one drunk asshole that didn't know when to quit, and L.A.'s finest would be there to take over. This was more than just a few cops making a statement, however. Derrick could see the tell-tale neon yellow of caution tape strung around a little section of sidewalk barely half a block from the entrance to the club, an icy sweat breaking out over his body as he moved closer.

Andrew couldn't be dead. Not the one that had held them all together for as long as Derrick could remember.

Nausea rolled hard in the pit of the boy's stomach, but he fought to keep his face passive, just another gawking bystander on the other side of the tape. But there was blood, so much blood. Bile rose in the back of Derrick's throat but he swallowed it down, nails digging angry red crescents into the skin of his palms. He let himself take in the scene: Andrew's battered, bloodied form crumpled on the sidewalk, hand outstretched, feet splayed wide. He was wearing that stupid garish pair of sneakers the group had gotten him for his birthday, the soles scuffed and dirty from repeated wear. Derrick had never seen skin that pale, the contrast stark against the smears of blood staining the leader's skin. The bones in his face looked . . . wrong, distorted. Cheekbone crushed, jaw hanging open unnaturally. Derrick had seen enough blunt force trauma to peice together the cause of death.

He only moved once someone had the decency to drag a white sheet over Andrew's body, red immediately staining the crisp surface, blood dotting the fabric like blots of ink. He'd seen too much violence, too many deaths to be truly effected by the horror he'd just witnessed. You had to learn to deattach yourself, disassociate the pain that comes from seeing such terrible things.

Maybe later, he'd cry, sit in the bathtub in his shitty apartment, knees curled up into his chest like a little kid. Maybe later, he'd choke on his tears, sobbing so hard that his breath wouldn't come no matter how hard he tried to draw air into his lungs.

But now, the Pack needed him. They all needed each other.

_____

When he got to the restaurant, Derrick gave pause outside, steeling himself for whatever it was that he was about to walk into. He knew that there'd be anger, pain, tears, maybe even something more, and god damn it he'd never wanted a cigarette more in his entire life than he did in this moment. With hands still shoved into his pockets, clenched into fists so that they wouldn't shake, the boy shouldered his way inside, the little bell over the door clinking (had it always been that loud?).

He was the last one to show, apparently, and within seconds he took in everyone's facial expressions, calculating just how emotional the rest of the members were. He refused to look at the empty seat at the head of the table, the one where Andrew was always lounging, feet kicked up on the table like he owned the place. Had owned the place.

Kiki looked the worst out of anyone, and Derrick felt that calm mask of composure slipping, cracking when he looked at the dancer. Swallowing hard, saliva bitter and thick in his mouth, he pressed forward. The soles of his shoes seemed to squeak too loud on the cheap linoleum flooring, but he couldn't bring himself to sit. Instead he paused behind Kiki, reaching out and resting a palm between the tangerine-haired male's shoulder blades, thumb moving in soft, comforting circles.

"I saw him," he said, well aware that everyone was still processing the loss in their own way. "Whoever did this. . . It wasn't quick. Blunt force trauma, it looked like, but-- but he fought back--" The image of Andrew's hand, fingers twisted and broken flashed behind his eyes when Derrick blinked. He cleared his throat, a headache beginning to throb behind his eyes. "Look, I think-- It's not doing any good sitting here. Andrew wouldn't want-- He wouldn't want this, and we all know it. There's nothing else we can do tonight. The police will want to talk to us all tomorrow, so I think we should all head home and try and get some rest."

Aloha Mi Amigo Restaurant ⇒ A dark alleyway.

Tae was just about ready to catch his bearings. Wiping the tear that left a mark on his face away, he was ready to talk about the incident that happened, but the sound of Aloha Mi Amigo's doors swinging open with pure optimism made him go back down to rock bottom with shock. His eyes widened to the sight of Bambi and Cy walking in with a spring in their step. Seriously? Their leader. LEADER. just died, and the two had the nerve to waltz in all ditzy and in a haze while one is with a motherfucking smile on his face. Tae was ready to snap before the oblivious male finally showed some concern. Bambi mentioned his crying, and Tae felt the tears coming again. He couldn't believe he actually cried in front of everyone. Tae was never the type of person to show his weakness to anyone period, but there was something about death that made him want to curl up in the rain, hoping that evaporation would take his life away.

"Oh! Did the two of them go and get food for us?"

Tae furrowed his brows again and began to question the male's mentality. Was he really that.. stupid? His thought process pulled Tae back for a bit. He would never call family any insults. What was going on with him? Tae was letting the worse melt through his walls like butter on a frying pan and suddenly the walls of the restauraunt felt like they were closing in on him.

Never in his life had he felt so uncomfortable.

Tae wrapped his arms around himself to soothe his panic and remorse, still in silence as the little deer in headlights kept continuing to question the three grievers. "Guys.. did something happen?" No shit did something fucking happen. Tae tried desperately to get the news out to the male, but every time he tried to open his lips, his throat clenched up so tightly that it was starting to physically hurt. It took him four tries to get something out, but all four tries were an absolute failure.
"Tell me, I can handle it."

Tae started to bite at his fingernails and lip at the same time, his heart pounding so loudly and quickly that he thought everyone in the room could hear it through their questions and weeping. Death, Murder, Andrew just died. Was that so hard to say? There were three simple options but Tae didn't have the heart, the strength, the capability, to say any of them. When did he get so weak? When did his thought process get so frazzled and disorganized? He was never like this. He was never disorganized with his thoughts, he's the fucking planner of the group for chrissake.

The sound of black market drugs have never sounded so better right now. Was all of this, the disorganized thoughts, the acute anxiety, the causes of withdrawal symptoms? Or was he just not taking the fact that he's vunerable about someone very lightly.

Tae clenched his jaw out of frustration even though he knew Bambi was just waiting for an answer. The male's mind was sending signals to the rest of his body, telling each nerve that the male had no space to move around so there was not enough air to get through to the brain or lungs. He was getting claustrophobic for absolutely no reason. His eyes started to move around rapidly, unsure of what to do. He couldn't talk nor get this thoughts together for them to make any sense verbally, so he instinctively looked to Noeul with eyes that told a serious sign that he was in pain. There was just something about looking at the a long time friend that made him want to calm the fuck down and get his shit together almost immediately.

"Tell him! Someone just tell him, please.."

He was ready to tell the news, but the sudden shout of Kiki in utter despair rammed his thought process off a cliff as his mind welcomed back the sweet bliss of panic. When did his hands start to sweat? Tae began to press his hands together to try and wipe the sweat off but three other people started to chime in about the murder of Andrew. One wanted revenge, the other suggested the new role of a leader.

Tae then heard the sound of Derrick's voice, about the body, how he struggled for survival, how violent the leader's death was.

Shit.

He finally lost it. Tae stood, the friction between the chair legs and the floor making a loud and abrupt sound before the whole chair crashed to the floor, sending shivers up Tae's spine. He stood up so quick that the blood rushed to his brain and began to make him lightheaded. Trying to deal with his dizziness, the loud sound that he caused from standing up, and retelling the tale of what happened to Andrew was too much on him. He snapped and began to shout, walking around the restaurant to try and calm himself down, even though there was nothing he could do now.

"He fucking died, Bambi! Andrew! He fucking died. He got murdered and his body was fucking found. Do you have no remorse? Do you not have a fucking cellphone? Did you not get the fucking news? Or are you just that thick-headed that you can't fucking understand anything. Andrew was fucking murdered and a goddamn murderer is afoot. Jesus fucking christ, Bambi. Jesus fucking christ. As for a leader, I don't fucking know anymore. Revenge? Fucking shit. I don't know guys. I don't know... What do we do?"

After his outburst, Tae realized what he just did and stopped in his tracks. He was dead and center, in the middle of the restaurant, yelling at someone who just wanted a simple answer, even though he had gotten enough news. Although his anxiety had subdued just a little bit, Tae swallowed hard on the fact that he just yelled and insulted family. He took out his phone, feeling completely embarrassed at what had just happened and simply walked out of the restaurant, dialing an unknown number on his phone, not even looking that the five that he left behind at the restaurant.

Tae just kept walking to his car with a phone in hand, waiting for that someone on the other end to pick up. At first there was silence, but a deep voice stopped Tae from biting his nails again as he got into his car.

"Yeah?"
"I need something from you."

Tae heard the man smiling coming from the other end of the phone. Bastard.
"What do you want, Yoon-Tae?"
The man's cooing voice made Tae want to throw up and end the call then and there.
"You know what the fuck I want, asshole."
"You aren't getting it with that attitude, Mister.~"

His tone of voice changed to something that sounded like Choi Yoon-tae before the murder of Andrew. Before the outburst. Light, bubbly, humorous, and happy.
".. Please. You should have seen me in there, I was weak. Vulnerable!"
"Boo-hoo such a fucking sob story."
"Just get me what I want and you won't have to see my face again, boss."
"Oh? Did you just call me boss? Damn, I love it when you get respectful on me. Miss hearing that too, yanno."

That response made Tae choke up and die on the inside. He really wanted to hang up, but he needed something to get his mind and thoughts together. Tae didn't notice his long pause, so his boss answered one more time for him.
"I'm on my way, and you know how I do my services. I'll be in the usual spot in five minutes. See you soon, Tae."

The phone clicked and left Tae in silence. He got out of his car and quickly walked back to the strip mall, not to the restauraunt this time, but to a dimly-lit alleyway filled with red and black graffiti. He waited for his boss by just looking at some of the art on there, like some sort of misinterpreted, misunderstood, art gallery. Some of the paint on there were his to just try and practice before he got into the tattoo business and the others were drawn by his boss.

"Hey you.~"

Tae turned around to see a tall and slender silhouette concealed by a hoodie. He should have been concerned but he knew that annoying voice from anywhere. The silhouette walked towards Tae, pulling something out of his pocket. It was a clear and small Ziploc bag filled to the brim with white and transparent crystal-like substances. If another were to see it, one would think it was cocaine, and though they wouldn't be wrong, the baggie was filled with other sorts of drugs and goodies that could potentially kill someone if they didn't know their limits. Tae reached for the bag, but the hooded figure pulled the bag away from him, instead reaching out another empty hand, palm open.'

Shit.
He forgot his wallet in the car.

The figure noticed his hesitation and Tae could hear the sounds of his boss' lips smacking into a smirk.
"No money? Oh Yoon-Tae, you should have known better.~ You really aren't in your right mind today. You might as well just pay me with something else, hm?"

Without warning, the figure pushed Tae up against the very end of the alleyway, feeling the baggie slipping into the front of his jeans by the hands of his boss. Angered and very uncomfortable, Tae pushed his boss away from his body. The hood from the man's jacket fell back, and his face could be seen. Tae's boss had bright, glittering eyes and jet black hair quite similar to Tae's but it was swept back lazily. His boss had big round eyes and thin lips, and when he smiled one could see sharp vampire-like molars. Just looking at his boss made Tae want to kill the fucker.

"You're checking me out, hm?~"
Tae's boss pinned him up against the wall, his wrists tightly secured by hands that have demands. The boss' lips inched closer to Tae's neck, but Tae didn't want this.

"Please! Please dear god Jordan please.. Don't do this to me. After all I've done for you---"
"Choi Yoon-Tae you're all bark and no fucking bite.~ You're going to have to pay me somehow, Tae, and I didn't come here only to recieve nothing in return."
"Please Jordan, please. Just let me go. My friend just got murdered, man. Please.. Don't do this to me, I didn't ask for this." Tae needed to get relief, but this was not what he wanted. Jordan pressed his body into the male's, and hot tears started to stream down his face in fear. That was when Jordan released Tae's wrists from his grasps and the male immediately collapsed to the ground, sobbing. Looking down on the tattooed male, Jordan clicked his tongue and scoffed before speaking.

"Fucking pathetic, Tae. Sure, Skin Adorn thought you were a weakling but we took you in. You were our superstar until you moved to LA. I moved to fucking California for your ass and this is how you're acting? You're such a goddamn baby, Tae. Grow a pair. Do you want this or not?"
Jordan held the baggie high enough for Tae to see. It was either walk away and have the risk of another outburst at a disintegrating family, or pay up and apologize to everyone in the morning.

Tae nodded in silence.

"Then pay up."

Taking a deep breath, Tae nodded again, turning his body to face a standing Jordan. He could see his boss' gleaming smile, and then he realized that it wasn't called the black market for nothing.

Bambi was still clueless about everything as he rubbed Kiki's shoulder. "It's ok Kitty Kat." He tried to put on a reassuring smile, which turned into a shocked and almost scared appearance when the orange-haired male yelled at the other two to tell Bambi. Bambi moved his arm off of Kiki's shoulder and turned back around to Noodle and Tae-Tae, hoping that one of them would finally tell him what was going on and why everyone seemed so emotional tonight. He didn't know what was going on, he only knew or thought that it had to be something horrible for everyone to be so quiet and secretive, especially towards him since most if not all of The Pack usually came to him to get some positive vibes and words when they were going through something bad. "So..." He looked at Noodle as the male started to talk to him but after a few words, everything slowed down and he went deaf for a few seconds. "Wh... wha..." He couldn't get one full word out of his mouth. He replayed the words Noeul said to him... Andrew or Andy... was... dead. That wasn't possible. He started shaking his head, he didn't want to believe it. Andrew couldn't be dead, he just couldn't be. Bambi looked up to Andy, he was like a brother to him... more than that, he was like a confidant. The male was more understanding of Bambi's eccentric ways than even his own family, including Dom. Taking off his hat and placing it on the table, he looked down at his now shaking hands.

"The Pride... was... there?" His hands started to shake even more violently than before. That meant Dom had been there... and he didn't tell him that Andy was dead? Why wouldn't he tell him? Shaking his head, he tried his hardest to hold back the tears that were threatening to burst from his eyes. Andy was dead but the only thing the other Pack members were worried about was revenge and who would be the New Leader, really? He didn't have any words for them. How could they think about a new Leader after finding out only a few hours ago that their REAL Leader, the most caring of them all... was dead. Bambi brought his attention to Cyrille as the male spoke to him or more like he spoke down to him. It wasn't like he knew that Andy was dead before getting here... he was happy about something totally different. He started to feel really bad about himself with Cy making it seemed like he was stupid for not knowing what was going on... he didn't go to fucking club!

He didn't notice Derrick coming through the doors until he felt someone behind him and Kiki. He didn't look up from his hands as his friend talked about how Andrew's body looked at the crime scene. It was horrible and he nearly threw up just hearing about how horrible Andy's body was treated. Why would someone be that cruel and evil to kill Andy and then leave his body on the streets like that? He sincerely hoped that his cousin had nothing to do with it, if he did... Bambi would probably never recover from that bombshell. "I think... yeah... we should just all go home..." He started to feel his breathing rapidly speeding up, he was about to have an Anxiety Attack. He didn't feel like going anywhere tomorrow, especially the Police Station. What the hell would he tell them? That he was in his room all day recording a Youtube Video? Placing his arms on the table, getting closer to having an Anxiety Attack. "We..." Shooting back in his seat and almost falling over when he heard the loud sound of a chair hitting the floor, very hard, he looked up at Tae as he started yelling... at him.

He just sat there, eyes open wide and bottom lip trembling as Tae took his anger out on him. He didn't know what to say but he could feel tears starting to fall down his face and he didn't move to wipe them away, he just let them fall down his face freely like a river. He did have a cellphone... he realized that he never read the rest of the message Noodle sent him earlier. Not knowing what to say, he just dropped his head, not having the courage to defend himself against Tae's devastatingly hurtful words. Once Tae was finished saying his hurtful and unnecessary words, Bambi watched him walk out of the place. "I'm..." Not looking at anyone, he ran out of the restaurant, trying to wipe the tears from his face, forgetting all about his hat and everyone else still in there. He just needed to get away from them all right now. He felt like everyone was mad at him for not knowing and that made him start to hate himself, even though he knew deep down that it wasn't his fault for not knowing sooner. He felt hurt by the situation and by some of the other Pack members but Tae-Tae was the main one that really made him feel the worst out of everyone else. He couldn't believe that Tae-Tae would yell at him like that. It wasn't like the male to act like that, not towards Bambi at least.

Feeling out of breath, he rested against a wall and slid down to the ground, covering his face with his still shaking hands. "Andy's dead. Tae-Tae's mad at me. Everyone's upset..." He started rocking back and forth against the wall, holding his legs to his face now, hyperventilating and crying in the dark. He could feel his chest getting tighter and he tried to calm down. He didn't want to lose consciousness on the streets at night. "It's ok... it's ok." Biting down hard on his bottom lip. "No it's not!" Out of habit, Bambi repeatedly started to smack himself on the head, like he use to do when he started to experience flashbacks of his parents' death... it was his coping mechanism. He would cause pain to himself until he would start to forget about his parents dying in the fire. "No... no... he's not dead, he's not dead." He started to cry again and his whole body was shaking out of a bunch of different emotions that he couldn't contain anymore.

He did have enough emotional sense to at least know that he had to get home before he did something that would hurt him and probably everyone else that loved him, or use to love him. Standing up, he took out his car keys from his pocket and went to his car, holding himself with his free hand. "Why... why..." He could feel his stomach rumble and out of nowhere, he threw up near his car, a few inches away from it. "..." Tears kept falling from his face, even as he started his car and tried to clean himself up. "Tae-Tae... why did he yell at me?" His bottom lip started to shake again, he was trying to keep focus on the road but he nearly crashed into another car, which shook him to the core. "I need... I need to go home." He gripped the steering wheel tighter as he drove off to his home... wanting to go to sleep and never wake up again.

Ji Yeon found himself leaning into his jagiya when the offer arose, snuggling into the arm around his broad shoulders for any sign of comfort. He did not mean to really blow up but... this was irritating. A murder just happened and nobody was understanding the actual consequences of it. Half of them did not take it seriously and Ji Yeon balled his fists, jaw tight and clenched and his lips drawn in a thin line. The silence had been deafening until there was the sound of the front door slamming and boots squeaking along the marble floors, their mint-haired member skidding into the living room and uttering an apology as he squeezed next to the lavender-haired college student. He asked what was going on and this time it was Dominic who replied and Ji Yeon clenched his jaw once more as silence fell upon them like a thick blanket.

Then, just like that, their leader was gone. Business to tend to, apparently. Now they were thrown into an awkward silence once more and if anyone had dared to crack any jokes, Ji Yeon may have just cracked them over the head with his fist. He just wanted to yell, to vent, tell these idiots that we are seriously in trouble right now and none of you are bright enough at the moment to figure that out. Ash was over there only commenting how he thought Andrew had been in bed, Min Ki keeping quiet about the whole situation (but the tension in his shoulders was relieved when Seok Jae sat down), poor Ethan was probably puking in the bathroom because of irresponsibility, and Dom was also not taking this to heart and kept exchanging flirtatious glances over to Ash. All of this made Ji Yeon want to literally scream.

The only people who understood the severity were Mako, himself, and Seok Jae. The mint haired male visibly tensed when news broke to him and he exchanged a knowing, worrisome glance with the blonde across the living room. Seok Jae had been involved in gangs before, nothing like their shabby excuse of one (it was more so a gathering of friends than actual gangbangers with guns and lots of outside illegal connections) and he knew the mechanics more than anyone. Even with their group of friends, the threat was still real. Police involvement was never a welcomed sight. They would all be questioned and tensions between the Pride and Pack would drive someone over the edge; a steep cliff that they may never get off of no matter how much coaxing was involved. That was what scared Ji Yeon. Even if these boys were young and stupid more than half the time, he loved them. Considered them his family. He had known Dom for years now and he was practically a brother to the Asian male. He was frustrating, yes, but... he was family. They all were.

Dom soon returned and set his mind straight on the matter. They would need to report to the station tomorrow and give their statements and alibis. Ji Yeon had no problem with that but he couldn't say the same for the others in the room. If one of their members did not show up, that was cause for investigation. They did not need more trouble in their life right now.

And then, just like that, the meeting ended. Ji Yeon was closer to whacking Dominic across the head than anyone else at the moment and he sat up straight when he caught the male shooting a suggestive smile at Ash, even going so far as to kicking everyone else out but offering a make believe reason for Ash's stay. Blood was rushing through his head and pounding against his skull so hard that he didn't even register the husband and wife comment. Everyone stood up and scattered as soon as they were released, running out like horses out of the gates in a race. Dom grabbed Ash's thin wrist and dragged him down the hallway and Ji Yeon really hoped they could feel his condescending stare as they went upstairs to "chat." This was not the time to fuck or get sexually excited during a meeting to discuss a murder.

A loud, drawn-out sigh escaped him as he followed after Mako to the bathroom to retrieve Ethan. There was no puke on the walls or in the tub but he could tell that Ethan had thrown up at least once or twice in the porcelain bowl. He wanted to take Ethan home with them and let him sleep in their second bedroom but he could see the tension in Mako's shoulder and the longing look he had in his almond eyes when he saw the blonde and how his lips quirked into something of a smile when they were heading out the front door. The male was stressed; they both were, actually, and finding a way to de-stress was what they needed when they returned home. All Ji Yeon knew was that he desperately needed a glass of wine before tending to his jagiya.

Ethan was carefully placed in the back seat and Ji Yeon helped to buckle him in while Mako started the car. The blind male was muttering, half-asleep and half-awake, drunken stupor subsiding now that he had emptied the alcohol from his system. "Please feel free to stop me if I try for a second glass of wine when we get home," Ji Yeon murmured as they drove back home, head lolling to the side so he could look at his lover. Examining his handsome side profile while he was at it. His head shifted back, body fighting to get comfortable in the seat as he heaved a sigh. "I just need to clear my head and distract myself because of those fucking kids." It wasn't often that he swore but he always found it amusing when Mako would jump as soon as a curse word left his pretty lips, glancing at him as if he had said something in a different language they both didn't understand. Swearing only happened when he was angry or frustrated or when he had a dampened filter (for example, alcohol). Right now he just felt a bunch of unwelcome emotions.

When they arrived at Ethan's apartment, Ji Yeon had cooled down. The rolled down window may have helped. He dug around in Ethan's pocket for his apartment keys, fishing them out while Ethan was still in Mako's arms, the kid muttering to himself off and on about nonsense. They entered the apartment and the blonde wrinkled his nose at the smell. "Oh gosh... do they ever clean up in this place?" he gasped out, turning on the hallway light so they could see and not bump into anything. The apartment was just... messy. It smelled like weed and alcohol and like dirty clothes. Ethan's room smelled better but the entire apartment was not pleasant. Ji Yeon helped Ethan into bed, taking off his shoes and peeling back the covers to let him slide in, pulling over the trash bin underneath the bed and setting it on the side of the bed next to Ethan. "Sleep, sleep... use this if you don't feel good, okay? I'll check up on you tomorrow to make sure you're alright. No, no bedtime stories tonight. Go to sleep. Yes, eomma will be here for you in the morning," He pressed a kiss to the male's damp forehead before retreating from the bedroom, closing the door about halfway before heading back down the hall to join Mako again. Giving a distasteful glare at the apartment, he shut the door, leaving it unlocked since he didn't have his keys on him (yes, he had a key to this apartment).

The car ride back to their own apartment was the definition of short. It was quiet, no need for words, but during the elevator ride up to their floor, Ji Yeon gave Mako's larger hand a comforting squeeze to reassure him that I'm okay, don't worry about me. That squeeze was short-lived and his hand slipped from Mako's when they made it to their floor, digging around for his keys as they walked down the hall to their apartment. He fished them out and unlocked the door, stepping aside to let Mako in before locking up and tossing the keys back on the table besides the front entrance. The kitchen lights were flicked on as Ji Yeon made a bee-line for the fridge and pulled out the half-used bottle of wine from the top shelf, glass bottle clacking against the counter when it was set down. The male reached for the wine glasses, plucking one out and setting it down next to the bottle, pouring himself a decent sized glass before putting the wine bottle back in its place.

The first sip went down smoothly and he found himself taking a bigger gulp as he shut off the kitchen light and retreated into the bedroom where Mako had gone. It was near their usual sleeping time, or just the time they went to their bedroom, and he nudged the door closed with his hip as he stepped in, wine glass in hand. "I'll head to the station in the afternoon after I stop by to check up on Ethan. Might bring him with... I'll sleep on it." Ji Yeon set the glass down on the nightstand and worked on undressing, shucking off the uncomfortable jeans and the knit sweater, just lazily tossing them on the dresser where they definitely didn't belong. The closet was just too far at this point and the bed looked so inviting, especially with Mako now seated on its edge. He chewed on his inside gum before moving over, still dressed in one of the male's larger shirts, a constant reminder of Mako's earthy sweet musk he so loved and the hint of his cologne etched into each and every stitching.

"I hate being stressed before bed," Ji Yeon hopped up on the bed and shifted closer to Mako, swiftly hooking one arm around his hip to draw himself closer, seating himself promptly on the male's lap. His head drooped to curl right underneath the male's shoulder, hair ticking his jaw as he inhaled deeply and wrapped his arms around Mako's neck. He was just curled up into him in comfort, chests flushed and hearts beating simultaneously in a steady rhythm. His arms tightened and he pressed a chaste kiss to Mako's collarbone before picking up his head and sighing. There was the softest hint of a smile playing out on his lips, nimble fingers playing with the short hairs at the nape of Mako's neck, peering down at him with his signature chocolate doe eyes. This is what he wanted for the night. Just being here in Mako's arms was almost enough to let him forget about all of the recent events of their crazy night, now only focused on the love of his life in front of him, strong build only offering gentle touches and caresses. The kiss they shared next was just as tender, lips moving together languidly with longing until Ji Yeon pulled away and pressed a kiss to the tip of his jagiya's nose, chuckling in the back of his throat. "I love you, jagiya. Don't ever forget that, no matter what happens. Now please... can we continue from where we left off earlier so we can both calm down?"

....AFFILIATION: PRIDE....OCCUPATION: FIGHTER....LOCATION: ETHAN'S APARTMENT, CAR, HOME....
....INTERACTIONS: @BAO, @CrystalTears....MENTIONED: N/A....

The supple cushions of the car seats eased the firm ridges of his back, smoothing the strain and uneasiness that plagued the crests of his muscles deep within the core. His head, just a tad, was tilted back into the corners of the headrest, peering at the faces of both the drunken minor and beautiful blonde getting situated safely in the back seat. The key worked itself into the ignition and the vehicle growled itself awake from the short slumber, only to begin flickering seat belt signals and door warnings as a certain someone behind him was being glued to the leather. The tall male took this opportunity to snap himself in place with the thick, woven band as well as switch the headlights on, giving just enough time for Ji-Yeon to do the same in the passenger seat. It grew quiet as they started on the road, nothing but the intoxicated babbling from the constraints of the back could be heard, and that was quite alright. They were finally able to go home and relax after a short-worded, and practically useless gathering that Mako was surprised to be a part of. Surely, he was positive more would be upset that someone of acquaintance was found dead, though, from what he had witnessed on the cushions of that couch, it had seemed to more of the opposite. Whether the rowdy bunch were still buzzed from the late night partying and dancing before receiving the news, it was obvious the only thing they worried about was visiting the cops tomorrow hungover. As much information that was going to be shoveled into the palms of the police agency, he knew for a fact the killer wasn't going to be found. In the midst of gang shenanigans and territory wars between both Pack and Pride, the police wouldn't give a shit even at the slightest. The case would be filed away to dust, and the each of them would have to find out who really did it themselves.

The blonde had suddenly spoke up among the lingering silence, and Mako quirked a brow, prying his peepers off the road for only a moment to look at his sweetheart sitting beside him. The car was still pitch dark, occasionally being illuminated by the passing streetlight they had drove under, but the taller one could feel those gorgeous eyes burning holes into his tan skin without having to think twice. It was second nature to him. "I'll try my best." He smiled, returning his eyes to the road to only then hear his jagiya swear so suddenly once more, but this time over something else. He glanced at him again, dark pools widened slightly with confusion and practically shock at the sound of harsh syllables leaving his mouth. It always caught him off guard regardless of the situation, whether it be positive or negative, hearing fowl language coming from the lips of such a handsome and delicate person would always make his heart jump in the confines of his rib cage.

When approaching the large apartment complex, Mako placed the car in park and went on his way to fetch Ethan from the back. Seat belt removed, boy scooped gently into his arms, both Ji-Yeon and Mako waddled their way up to his apartment to only then wrinkle their noses in disgust at the wide variety of smells once opening the door. Stepping over piles of clothes and other nonsense to prevent himself from tripping, the blonde placed the blind boy on the bed and allowed Ji-Yeon to do the rest. Stuffing his hands into each of his pockets and leaving the room quietly, Mako wandered around a bit to look at the condition of the chaotic apartment as his jagiya worked his magic. Taking sneak peaks at random magazines and nudging empty liquor bottles off to the side, he caught himself wondering how a pack of rowdy kids managed to dirty it up to this severity. Sure he was their age at one point in his life, a few years ago to be exact, but he never remembered leaving cans and open boxes of pizza in his living quarters for all the world to see. Maybe it was growing up a rather posh lifestyle or having to grow up way before his years, Mako didn't know, but at the same time he was thankful he never reached it to this point. Removing his hands as his lover wrapped things up, he went out the door first to get a breath of fresh air and hold the door open respectively. The look of revulsion dusting Ji-Yeon's features gave him the indication that soon enough, he would be over to help clean one of these upcoming days. Either that, or scare them just enough to make them do it themselves.

When driving home with just the two of them situated nicely in the front seats, Mako seemed to be more at ease than he was before. Ji-Yeon's presence alone was enough to keep him leveled, smoothing out the nerves and fits of creeping anxiety that infested his character from time to time. This eventful night, was no exception. After the shocking news and deranged meeting, he simply just wanted to close things out with the reassuring touch of his loved one. They had a whole crisis wandering up behind them, but this was the present and the need to experience it now before things got nasty was all he ever desired. He didn't want to lose the Ji-Yeon from now to the Ji-Yeon in the future, so the the remaining night was going to be theirs for the taking. No more interruptions, no more rambunctious children, no more worrying — just the two of them.

Before they knew it, the duo were standing in the elevator with a comfortable silence between the each of them once more. Bodies relaxed, faces relieved and breathing at a norm as the steps of their home happened to be only a few feet away. Mako was pressed against the wall staring at the flickering floor numbers with Ji-Yeon close beside him, suddenly grabbing his hand out of the blue to give it a reassuring clasp, indicating that he was quite alright through it all. Their hands fit comfortably together, his larger hand the perfect size to hold the other's delicate one with little to no difficulty. The taller male could tell that affectionate gesture out of all of them, and he was always thankful for this one in the long run. Mako was always protective and concerned of the state his boyfriend had been in, but Ji-Yeon always knew to tell him the truth at the end of the day, whether it be through words or simple indicators. "I'm alright, I promise." He would whisper with a bright smile, and Mako would hold his face and search for the certainty, worried that he wouldn't be able to see it. But as soon as their fingers would entwine and their lips would touch, it would always be there.

The elevator doors opened and Mako sauntered directly behind Ji-Yeon, shimmying off his suit jacket even before he got the door open. These clothes were well-suited for his large, brawny frame, personally tailored to fit nice and snug, but the male very much preferred wearing little to nothing when stepping through the door of their residence. He was positive Ji-Yeon preferred it too. His work clothes typically reeked of women's perfume and cigarette smoke, something he dare not bring around in the boundaries of his home, so as soon as he advances through the door frame, the stripping process begins. That attire was for work, and work only. In the middle of slipping his shoes off and emptying his pockets onto the end table to his right, his jagiya was off into the kitchen to get that well-deserved glass of wine he so desperately wanted before anything else. This caused Mako to laugh just a smidgen and head straight for the bedroom, continuing on with his removal of shirt, tank-top, belt and pants to then fold them sloppily onto the dresser. He would deal with them tomorrow, for he simply wanted the rest of the night to relax and tend to his sweetheart. Shelving his watch and various other rings on the dresser as well, he hobbled back over to open the window and allow the rich breeze into their stuffy room.

Bringing his arms above his head, Mako stretched them briefly before walking back over to sit on the edge of the bed, now staring at his reflection in the mirror across from him. Shirtless and pantless at this point, his broad shoulders were still tense even with the cool, night air prickling his glowing skin. The bone and muscle rippled with every movement he made, shifting like tall, wide mountains pulled taut over tan valleys. Light hair slicked upwards and pink, pudgy lips pursed sightly, his lover suddenly made an appearance with that wine of his, going on about heading to the station tomorrow with Ethan sometime in the afternoon. "I'll probably head in the morning, first thing." He muttered, dipping his head to the side to catch a glimpse of him undressing and still sporting that wonderful shirt of his. It suited him, like a gown of silk resting loosely atop his nimble shoulders and outlining the physique of his beautiful torso. "Get it out of the way while I can, y'know?"

Mako slid his attention down to his hands momentarily, noting how empty and somber they looked with his rings no longer there. Wide, gaping palms and sugarcane fingers perfectly assembled for the concept of holding things. Big hulking paws littered with little scars of having to fight, of having to fend for his life so long ago in a mindset he is thankfully, starting to forget. A lion without the psyche of a hunter, but now a loving caretaker of his longtime boyfriend. Placing them down, Mako perked his chin up when the bed became uneven, indicating another body that eventually wiggled its way directly into his lap, using those hands just as they were made for; he could breathe easy now.

Holding his lover close against him, the blonde feathered a hand across his back a couple of times in circles, ridding any stress or tension that remain embedded deep within his flesh. Their words were now hushed whispers of the night, affectionate coos that only they could hear in the middle of it all. Time had seemed to stop for the each of them, sitting there with the moonlight and refreshing draft kissing their exposed skin. It couldn't get any better than this. "Me too, jagiya.. me too." He murmured, inhaling smoothly to get a nice hint of his floral shampoo directly underneath his chin. The male in his lap squirmed just a tad, now snaking his loving arms around his neck and bringing their once close bodies even closer, skin touching skin and breathing as one. Mako could feel his heart through that barrier of tissue blocking them, a constant hum of life being filtered through his entire body quite similar to his own. Though just as Ji-Yeon moved again, pressing a soft kiss into the groove of his collarbone, a fit of chills rattled up his spine.

No words had to be exchanged, no hand motions or signals, just eye contact and compassionate touches. In which, just as Mako peered down, their eyes had locked, and the male took Ji-Yeon's face into his hands, brushing thumbs across the tenderness of his rosy cheeks and thick bottom lip. He held it close to his own, holding it as if he were the daintiest piece of chinaware and taking in the breathtaking view of perfectly rounded nose and wide, almond pools. Nothing mattered to him anymore. The murder, the drama, the future; Ji-Yeon was the only thing that did at this very moment and the present was theirs to take advantage of.

Leaning in, it didn't take long before their lips had collided with the burning passion of being interrupted from so long ago. Breath hitching, chins rubbing, a fleeting, wet kiss that ended with a soft pop left both of them wanting for more. A peck to the nose and a few words plucked from the heart, Mako began smiling widely at the sound of his lover's low chuckling. "Nado saranghae, jagiya.." He whispered, taking his hands and bringing them to his hips to place the other on his back in the middle of the nicely made bed. "I always will, you are my everything.."

His movements were always gentle and very careful, nothing rough or out of the ordinary unless stated beforehand because the blonde was very capable with the strength he had. Climbing atop him, Mako brushed the blonde locks away to get a full view of those half-lidded pools peering up at him and began to laugh lightly, tugging the fabric off of his upper frame to reveal the rest of his skin. The two of them desperately needed this, wanted this, it was evident in Ji-Yeon's low whine and Mako's swift movements. "As long as we don't get interrupted this time.." He said against his lips, going in for another sloppy kiss before pulling away, teasing almost. Their saliva was warm, lacing together with the taste of expensive wine and pure lust. "If our phones ring, I can't stop myself this time.."

This was their moment, nothing was going to stop them now. They would go at it until they finally dug everything they needed out of one other, until skin was raw and exposed. Until the room was washed in shades of their merged maelstrom. Until sleep came like anesthetic to the damage..

....AFFILIATION: PACK....OCCUPATION: SPY....LOCATION: RESTAURANT, HOME....
....INTERACTIONS: @Jihae, @Prince Justin Perfection, @-Toxic-Madness-, @Pray4me, @Luxii....MENTIONED: N/A....

Their voices muddled together into one fixated cloud, coursing through his mind with broken syllables and harsh curse words to the point it was ripping apart any remaining piece of himself into tiny, meticulous shreds. He couldn't listen anymore, not to this, and leaned forward to once more press that forehead of his against the cool, crisp surface of the restaurant table, hoping soon enough that everything would come to an end. The male needed a drink, a smoke, some sort of toxic substance to be injected into his veins and bring the constant cycle of numbing cold and siring pain to a sudden halt. He couldn't react anymore, not to the soft, reassuring words of Bambi, and gentle touches of Derrick massaging circles into the blades of his shoulders. Everything hurt. Mentally, physically, emotionally. He was ruining himself by sitting there, being a part of this meeting as to what happened, how it happened and what to make of it. It didn't make any sense to him no matter how much they talked. It was all gibberish, up until they got on the topic about the body, and his red, puppy dog eyes widened.

Turning his head to the side to peer at his puzzled friends, he listened intensely as the gruesome details were strewn back and fourth from one to another. Blood and guts, Noeul described, blunt force trauma with the looks of fighting back Derrick said. All the components of haunting images and never-ending night terrors now fueled into the back of his young, broken mind. "Why.." He whispered, sitting up and pressing balled up fists into the sockets of his sore eyes, practically trying to wipe away the stop motion picture now playing within his head. The poor leader was cornered and beaten to a bloody pulp by a monster that could very well be sitting at this table. Of course whoever it was, had the common courtesy to allow Andrew to fight back, but as he figured, it probably made matters worse. Bones broken, fingers mangled, face barely distinguishable; the poor male was put down like a god damn animal and the each of them had to confirm it tomorrow at the station through pictures. Kiki covered his mouth to seize the gags now wavering through his body, feeling the bile in his stomach churning extensively. What was he going to say? Tears welled into the corners of his peepers and he suddenly choked up, imagining the various questions he would be asked by the callous officer across from him.

He had to leave, he couldn't be here.

Even before he could push his chair back and make a high-tail out the front doors without another word, Tae's chair screeched and clobbered to the floor, forcing everyone in vicinity to shut up and stare directly at him. The orange haired male's hands were still glued tightly to his mouth as the other began to shout, walking to and fro from the front of the restaurant to the back and pointing fingers at Bambi, letting him absolutely have it. While Kiki may have been familiar with loud noises, especially for working in a strip club for a good section of his life, Tae's shouting was something entirely different. Raw anger and unforgiving hatred littered his words, and occasionally Kiki found himself flinching at the severity of it, glancing back and fourth from face to face just as confused to what come of it.

Transitory just like everything else, Tae came to a stop and left the restaurant without saying any more, finally giving permission to the orange haired male to remove his trembling hands from his mouth. He had no words, no longer crying and simply sitting there dumbfounded just like everyone who happened to remain. Sniffling, and using his sleeve to rid the stagnant droplets left on his cheeks, Kiki looked to Noeul, Cy, Derrick and finally Bambi, hoping any of them would at least say something in reaction to this sudden turn of events. But nonetheless, not a word, and Bambi began to cry, bolting out of their meeting place just as Tae did and leaving only the four of them to sit in utter shock. The air turned heavy, and Kiki grew uncomfortable, no longer feeling welcome at this table or let alone this restaurant.

"I.. I have to go." Kiki peeped, wobbling to his feet and leaving the restaurant a minute or so behind the others to begin running home. He had no ability for goodbyes or hugs anymore, as the pain was still there hidden inside him. When the shock was to subside and the images of Andrew would replace his current thoughts, it wouldn't be long until he started sobbing like before. He just wanted to get home and forget everything at this point.

Stumbling into his shoddy abode after a fifteen minute sprint, Kiki punted his boots off and slammed the door shut, shakily locking it with his trusty, apartment key and tossing it into the adjacent bowl to prevent himself from losing it. Floundering to the kitchen, the tears were already starting to sting his eyes and with whatever strength he had remaining, fought back when digging through the shelves for some sort of hard liquor to black him out. It didn't matter how bad it was going to mess him up, especially with how small he was, he just wanted the thoughts diluted and images gone for as long as he could make it. Taking the large bottle of dark rum and shucking his jacket off, the lonesome boy waddled into his small bathroom and settled himself in the tub, forcing the cap off and chugging it intensely to feel the hot sting in the back of his throat. Plucking his lips off the top, he coughed a few times and plopped it along the edge, suddenly reaching for the handle to turn the bath water on. Giving it a good tug and removing his socks, he wrapped his arms around himself and let the process begin.

The water crept up with time, filling the tub little by little and soaking his clothes to the point of no return. The thin fabric stuck to his nimble frame, outlining every ridge and muscle of his body and chilling it straight to the center. Tears were now dripping onto the cool porcelain as he leaned his head across the ledge, staring into the darkness of his apartment and somehow hoping Andrew would peak from around the corner. "You don't have to do this." He would say, smiling from ear to ear even, and pulling him out of the water without any second guesses. "You don't have to do this for me."

"I know.." Kiki whispered, almost ashamed that he was going through with all of this, and the disapproval of Andrew in his mind almost made him think twice. But the leader wasn't going to come back for it was far too late. Far too late to rely on a shattered hope outweighed by the proof of his death he would see in person tomorrow. "I'm so fucking sorry.." In a single tick, those tremors came again with full force, wrenching his body wave after wave as the water slithered up his neck. He thrashed in the confines of that little tub, splashing water on the tiled floor and downing himself under the surface a few times to mute his disgusting howls. No matter how many times he did it, occasionally catching water into his lungs and screaming for dear mercy, he still felt nothing. Fits of coughing, tangerine locks plastered across his forehead, and eyes bloodshot from intense tears, no matter how many times he tortured himself he would rebound back to step one.

Bottle empty, and shattered next to the sink, Kiki was still chin deep in the cold water, repeating his process of uncontrollable sobbing and near death experiences one after another. He didn't quite understand why he didn't follow through with it just yet, but he didn't bother asking whatever God there lay above heavens either. He was lost, and with Andrew's death still plaguing him, he had a feeling he would never be found. Taking his hands and reaching up to pat the various shampoo bottles adorning the shower shelf, he quickly grabbed one of his shaving razors and disassembled it for the razor itself, staring at the sharp blade in all its glory.

The young male wasn't one to make rash decisions, but what had to be done, had to be done. Taking the sliver of metal between his pointer finger and thumb, he dragged it lightly across left wrist horizontally just enough to break the skin. In a matter of seconds, ribbons of thick crimson snaked down his tan skin and began dripping into the clear, cool water, clouding it to a brilliant, pink hue of a dawning sunset.

"This is for you, Andrew."
