Gmail's Ignore thingy

Hey everyone I need help on figuring out how to remove someone from Ignore on Gmail. I have a friend who sent me a message on night and I was TOTALLY lacking in the sleep department and was like. "Who the hell is this?.." And clicked to ignore them but I still have them as a friend and we can do the hangout chat thing but I can't figure out how to remove him from Ignored messages.. >.< And I don't have any sort of "List" for ignored people. :P

Thanks I think it might have worked but I'm not sure if I did what I needed too XP I need to unblock him from sending me emails :P
