Powers / Abilities / Equipment:
Vehicle Transformation
Scarlet has the ability to alter her body into any land-based vehicle, excluding trains. She achieves this by forming her body into cybernetic tendrils of metal and electronics that reform into the vehicle she is currently able to transform into. This does come with its drawbacks as she is only able to transform into one vehicle at any time, and to change the vehicle, she has to scan it, which takes a few seconds to transfer the data of the vehicle to her before she is able to transform into it. During this scanning process, she is unable to attack unless she breaks concentration, which would mean she'd have to restart the scan as the scanning process is not "saved".

Superhuman strength
With this, Scarlet is able to lift objects that are much heavier than what regular humans can lift (such as a car), and throw it a fairly long distance with relative ease. She is also able to throw punches much stronger than that of a regular human, allowing her to go up against very strong opponents and hold her own with relative ease.

Superhuman speed
Scarlet is able to run a lot faster than what a regular human can achieve, her top speed being that of about a car on a British motorway (70-80 mph).

Superhuman reflexes
Her reflexes are advanced well beyond that of a normal human's. This means she can easily dodge gunfire from as little as 10 feet away, along with most melee attacks. Though, naturally, anyone that is able to put out fast attacks will not be able to be dodged.

Costume
For her costume, she forms a black undersuit consisting of figure-hugging black shorts, and a black short-sleeved crop-top that shows of her stomach. On top of this, armour resembling that of the car she is currently able to transform into, consisting of torso armour that wraps around her chest and upper-back; shoulder pads; gauntlets; armour around her thighs, and boots with armour up to her knees (think more sci-fi-esque (to be more specific, Halo SPARTAN armour), rather than medieval style). She also has a helmet that never changes, no matter what alt.mode she has. This only consists of armour covering the side of her head and ears which is formed behind her hair, and has spiked "ears" (like Optimus Prime) which stick up out of her hair.

Personality:
Scarlet is somehwat of a reserved person, not really wanting to show a lot of emotion at most times. She's hard-working and kind, not one to shy away from showing people some unconditional love and appreciation when they're feeling down.

She is relentless in battle, not stopping until her opponent has been put down and she is sure they are not going to get back up. This usually means her allies would have to hold her back and prevent her from going to far.

To break her low emotion exterior, it would need to take the right person. This person would need to be a girl, though, and it may take a little bit of time as Scarlet isn't really one for accpeting romatic relationships with anyone.

Short Bio:
Scarlet was manufactured by SHIELD to be an infiltrating agent, her transformation powers allowing her to become an enemy vehicle and easily inflitrate their base. She went on several missions, each proving to be a success, but her luck ran out as her last mission saw her get captured by the enemy after discovering the number plate she had in her vehicle mode was not listed in any of their vehicle records. This meant that SHIELD had to send out agents to recover her. However, they were unsuccessful as she was pulled from her world and into this one, just before they were able to free her.

Lucio, although a regular human, is a talented musician and a surprisingly good fighter. His abilities are based around projecting his music through a weaponized sonic amplifier, which uses heavy sound waves to cause blunt/physical damage.


Personality
Lucio is regarded as being the embodiment of what Overwatch stood for before they fell-- a response to Lena "Tracer" Oxtons declaration of "The world could always use more heroes!" and a symbol for positive social change. He's a genuine optimist that does everything he can to lift the spirits of his allies, even if he only partially knows them. Lucio doesn't back down from fighting and conflict if it means he's fighting for what he believes is right.

Name: Alice Twilight

Age: Unknown, but let's just go with 30

Canon: No More Heroes

Powers / Abilities / Equipment: Alice is equipped with the ASURA-6 weapon, a contraption that gives her control of six beam katanas. Five surround her, and the sixth comes from a tail in the back that can be switched to a base that can lift Alice into the air. She can't move when held up, but she can fling Beams at enemies. Likewise, she can move when on the ground and is quite agile, but can only fight close range.

Personality: Alice is a reserved person, worn from constant fighting in the UAA. She desperately wants to get out, but has too much pride to back down. She's resigned to her fate of eventually dying, though she questions why so many people become assassins when they can never leave the business and look at the bloodshed as some sort of sport.

Short Bio: Before becoming an assassin, Alice had a family, a husband and a daughter. She also was close to another assassin, Margaret Moonlight, who was Rank 4 and killed by Travis Touchdown. Alice managed to reach Rank 2 and wants to become Rank 1 before taking Travis on herself.

Other Info: It's open ended what happened to Alice's family, but for this portrayal, I'm gonna say they were both killed after Alice became an assassin, casualties that pretty much turned her into the troubled woman she is by the time Travis fights her.

Powers / Abilities / Equipment: Nashetania is the Saint of Blades, which allows her to summon blades at will with her rapier. She can use them as projectiles or raise them from the ground. Additionally, she can make a shield out of blades.

Personality: Nashetania is a free-spirited and noble princess. There is little that can get in the way of her independence. She always aims to protect the people from any threat that they face, and she cannot stand the unnecessary loss of life. She treasures all forms of life. Humans, plantlife, wildlife, fiends. She values every living organism. Yet, she is also delusional as well as naive. Due to the trauma she’s experienced in her past, she clings onto the idea that all beings can live in peace.

She usually portrays herself as an innocent young woman, who has pure ideals and morals. She aspires to become a figure that everyone can look up to. Despite her huge goals, she’s easygoing. Most of the time, she doesn’t maintain a strict schedule, and she isn’t someone who ever behaves in a stern or overbearing manner. When it comes to her friends and allies, she’s incredibly supportive, and she believes in them no matter what.

Of course, she is also quite mischievous. Teasing those who are close to her is in her nature. However, if she offends or hurts someone, she’ll always make sure to apologize. Most believe that it’s not in her nature to intentionally harm someone who is close to her. Of course, they’d be right. But they might not know who she actually holds dear. Nashetania is a labyrinth of a person, whose thoughts are at times unreadable.

Nashetania is deceitful. Always, she hides behind multiple facades. Her demeanor changes and adapts to whoever is around her, and she’s a skilled manipulator. As well as being a traitor, she’s an astounding actor, capable of changing her demeanor whenever necessary. She has no issue in piling on lie after lie. If it will bring her closer to her ultimate goal, then she’ll do it, no questions asked.
She is a cruel mastermind. Turning those around her against each other is no issue for her. Additionally, she’s also quite sadistic, delighting in the thought of killing Adlet, as well as another Brave. Her maliciousness was easily covered up by her unstable demeanor, making it seem as though she was attacking out of fear and trauma, rather than actual, terrible intent.

Nashetania is naive. She stubbornly holds onto her delusional ideals, wholly believing that sacrificing half a million humans will bring peace to the world. She’s unstable, as well as being absolutely delusional. She’ll hold onto her beliefs until the end, because they are the only thing in her life that’s remained stable. Her life has never been stable. She has never had constant friends or allies, until Dozzu appeared.

She’s also never been able to live in one place for too long. She’s never truthfully been at peace. That’s why she always clings onto the idea of world peace. She genuinely wishes to create a better world, but she blindly believes whatever Dozzu has planned, believing him to always be right.

Nashetania actually enjoys fresh fruit the most. She isn’t fond of bitter vegetables, and she isn’t all that keen on eating too much meat. Although she does keep a healthy diet in order to keep herself healthy. She loves fruits the most. Her favorite type of fruit is the Pitaya, or dragon fruit. At times, she would visit the shopping area of Piena in order to purchase some of said fruits, which would be brought in by foreign merchants.

Aside from her ultimate goal of peace between humans and fiends, Nashetania doesn’t have much planned for her life. She has no goals that could be described as realistic or ordinary. She just wants to see if she survives the upcoming fight between the Braves and the demons. After that, maybe she’ll try and have some goals for her life. Although, she isn’t really counting on surviving for too long.

Nashetania doesn’t have a concept of home and family. Her mother passed shortly after her birth, and her father was never an important figure in her life. Coupled with that, the constant political instability in Piena, caused Nashetania to live in fear for most of her younger years. She did befriend a couple of noble children here and there, but she was fairly alone for most of the time. She learned how to behave and act through observing others.

What would break Nashetania’s heart completely? If her ultimate goal failed. She’s been clinging onto world peace for as long as she can remember. If her ultimate goal failed she would be crushed, even though the chances of that happening are pretty high. She’s been working with Dozzu for years, so if he did actually betray her, that might affect her significantly as well.

Nashetania doesn’t have much time for hobbies these days. She’s so busy with working towards her goals that there isn’t too much time for her to relax. Although, before she left to meet the braves, she did know how to play the violin quite adeptly. She discovered the instrument when a foreign noble brought it in as a peace offering. Having no interest in it, her father allowed her to have it.

Personality/Moods: James' personality is very rough and rugged, such as Logan. Deep inside he has a soft side...deep deep....really deep. Despite his ruggedness, James is, what many would say, a chick magnet, due to his rough physique. His moods can vary, depending on the situation. He also has a small sense of humor such as sarcasm. You could call him honorable, vengeful and loyal to his friends.

- Ordinary Human Traits: Charlotte is just an average ten-year-old girl who has experience with strange aliens and beings from the "FALSE" realm. She can communicate well and is an excellent problem solver when it comes to mazes and traveling to different areas.

- Possession: Body is a vessel for an Oracle that possessed her. Oracles are god-like, yet the one that had possessed Charlotte is weak. One body vessel cannot contain an oracle in full health, thus the weak Oracle only harms Charlotte. Causes her to spit black substance from her mouth. This is not the first time that Charlotte has been possessed by someone; however, she faintly remembers the first possession but completely acknowledges the possession of the Oracle.

Short Biography
Charlotte is a kind, little girl who lives a life that could be seen as strange. She lives a normal life as a student with several tenants in her home. There are rumors of the "TRUE" realm that have yet to be discovered, yet Charlotte has only traveled within the "FALSE" realm. The "FALSE" realm has many alternate universes, especially when traveling through the channels of the Televisions within the depths of the "FALSE" realm. It could have been possible for Charlotte to have traveled to another unknown universe.

Personality
Typically, Charlotte can be very timid at first, especially not knowing strangers. Being around the strange tenants in her home has made her weary about others yet is very opened to new experiences. She considers the best in every person, no matter how rude they may be. Charlotte also would rather keep everyone happy and satisfied than focusing on her own feelings. She would even try to alter the "FALSE" realm to save a stranger or her fellow tenant. When she knows that danger is approaching, Charlotte will sacrifice herself than see someone die.

- Elemental Magic; During her life in the kingdom of Zeal, Schala had developed a special talent for elemental magic... Capable of utilizing the elements of lightning, Ice, Fire, and even Dark and Light magic to a degree, and as a result, she has developed a particular set of spells she commonly uses, if she has to engage another in battle, or in some cases, help someone:
  • Lighting II - An area of effect spell that attacks enemies within it's range with powerfull jolts of lightning. (Moderate mana cost)
  • Ice II - An Area of effect spell that strikes enemies within it's range with large blocks of ice. (Moderate mana cost)
  • Fire II - Yet another area of effect spell that burns enemies within it's range with pillars of fire. (Moderate mana cost)
  • Haste - Increases a single target's reaction time and movement speed for a brief period of time. (Less than moderate mana cost)
  • Cure II - Heals a single target, healing most wounds, effects vary depending on how severe the target was injured (does not get rid of a targets sickness/ailments, only wounds). (Less than moderate mana cost)
  • Arise - If an ally falls unconscious in battle, usually from their wounds or an enemy's blow Schala can revive them, fully healing them in the process, but, it only works on a target if they are still alive, even if they are near death. However, this spell takes time to cast properly, meaning she would be unable to save someone who is merely seconds away from death. (Heavy mana cost)
  • Dark Matter - An powerfull spell which strikes all enemies within it's range with darkness. (Extreme mana cost)
  • Luminaire - An powerfull spell which strikes all enemies within it's range with holy light. (Extreme mana cost)
Note: While Schala is able to use more than one element, she has a natural affinity for light magic, also I just straight up copied the abilities from the Wiki page, so I don't mind having some of the stuff being nerfed or outright disabled due to some in game related reasons.

- Innate magical power; It appears that Schala possesses some form of magical power that might even surpass her mother, Queen Zeal herself. Though the extent of her abilities were not fully covered, it appears that she is capable of creating rifts in time in the Chrono Universe (to an extent), as well as sealing and using gates in time relative to that Universe, and possibly others (For the sake of the game, I doubt this sorta thing will be explored much, if at all, throughout it >.< but I figure I'd just put this here for narrative purposes or something. This ability ties more into her involvement with the stuff that happens in the Chrono series more than anything, and well, it's open to interpretation/the decision of GMs and stuff if it can and/or will carry beyond that)

- Schala possesses a strange Pendant, a piece of technology from the Kingdom of Zeal that allows its wielder to interact with technologies that the kingdom has created, as well as the Mammon Machine, it also allows its user, as well as those accompanying said user to travel through gates scattered throughout the Chronoverse (I guess it's best to call it that).

Personality:

Schala is a gentle, demure Princess of the now demolished kingdom of Zeal, and though she had and will likely always have good intentions. While she has been forced and/or manipulated for the latent powers she has within her, she is surprisingly kind hearted, and even understanding to a degree.

To note, this version of Schala follows (or well, more accurately, will follow) the Chrono Cross story branch, post Chrono Trigger timeline anyways. She has somehow been wrapped up in this Genesis event through some mysterious anomaly during the Ocean Palace incident, where she mysteriously disappeared just before the Black Omen came to be.

So, unfortunately the Chrono Series didn't do as much as I'd liked it to have to touch upon the full nature of Schala's powers, so there are alot of blanks that are then filled in with speculation. As I have mentioned earlier in the sheet, it's difficult to tell if her abilities to manipulate and even create gateways in time can or even have the potential to extend beyond her Universe (and I guess I'll leave the GMs to have the final verdict on this one, but well, I'm fine with this portion of her abilities simply to be disabled for one reason or another).

Also I guess I am more than willing to nerf some of her elemental magics if need be, since, again, I basically just rephrased some stuff from her wiki page, so of course I can tone the stuff I need to down some.​

But uh, I'd have to say no, as Monokuma has been played before in the series before and has subsequently become a rather prominent figure in the overarching story, so you'd have to pick someone else.
 
Not that characters who have been played before can't be played. We treat them as alternate versions of the character.

I do think that Monokuma would not be the best choice but that's more of a recommendation on my part than an outright denial.

Powers: Travis has the ability to tap into what is called darkside mode. In this state he is granted super human speed and strength.

Abilities: Travis is trained assassin and, through watching old video tapes, a wrestler.

Equipment: Travis is beam katana user, and he has quiet a few at his disposal. For the sake of fairness I'll limit it to three.
