Backstory
In the world, the common people will see the leaders of the world as the puppet masters of their actions. Making all the decisions over them. However, in the shadows you will see the leaders are really just as much as puppets as the rest. Dark forces pulled the strings of the world. For their own personal gain, one of the main groups to lead this is the gang La Sangre. This is a big part to their leader Marcus Leroy who had taken control as the head at a young age of 23. He quickly climbed the steps of the world order, taking out any of the people who went against his. Getting men who would in their place.
He expanded his empire for years and his gang has been untouchable. Until now, where a new gang has began to go against his order. The Hyde, a group of "misfits" who want to get rid of the order of peace, trying to dismantle this perfect system Marcus has. Of course this will raise tensions between the gangs. Which will come on top? The gang of chaotic order, or the gang of misfits who just wish chaos on the people who shun them.

Marcus Leroy was born in a family of business. Everything was orderly and flowed, but he left this family. He didn't want to be seen as a puppet to the system. He wanted to be the puppeteer. He trained for years of his life. Making himself ready to take control not just with mental. Some of those people were not smart enough to want to just talk everything else. He had to rely on both brains and strength. [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#36393e]When he became 23 he found a gang, it showed potential but it hadn't been realized yet. Their leader wasn't much better, it was an old man who'd probably fall over if someone look at him the wrong way, clearly time had slowed down this group's progress. He quickly got things back in order when he took control. Within the years he took control of major world leaders. Killing off those who refused to accept his control. He had only been caught once, and by the next week escaped not just by himself but with the prisoners.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#36393e]He quickly became better known as "The World Killer" after his assassinations on many world leaders. He runs many things in the underground. From slaves trades to drugs. His title has put fear into those who know of his existence. He wears a gas mask constantly as to hide his lower face, stories have been raised about what lies under. Some says he's a monster and he refuses to show his mouth as it would reveal his lack of humanity. Some say his jaw was broken off in an incident so he covers up, but the few people who have seen what's underneath, say it's none of those things, it's something much worse. However, with new competition in the gang underground, he has new priorities on his mind.[/BCOLOR]

Some say Otto's a mad man while others say he's a monster but no one ever seemed to ask Otto what he was and if he had a say...well he'd say he was just a man drifting in the wind. Otto was born from violence as his mother gave birth to him in the middle of a gun fight in the heart land, he always seemed to have a wild edge to him as a child finding himself drawn to the subjects of war and violence in school and while his peers grew up trying to find a boyfriend or girlfriend or trying to get invited to the next big party Otto stayed home learning the ins and outs of firearms from their use to their fine tuned mechanics. At 18 When he and his peers graduated high school Otto disappeared, some noticed and most didn't care not even his own family and after this there was no mention of Otto for over two years.
The next mention of Otto White that anyone can find comes from a small non descript report from a war torn middle eastern nation of a man of either American or European origin leading a group of rebels as they raided military and insurgent outposts alike. For several years reports of Otto would pop up in different middle Eastern nations ranging from accusations of war crimes to actual witchcraft since Otto always seemed to slip in and out without anyone seeing or hearing him, he even seemed to avoid traps and ambushes as if he had precognition of some sort. Now Otto wasn't just there in the middle East to sate his growing thirst for violence because as it turned out it payed well to work for and against insurgent and government groups.
Though after five years in the sand box as it was called Otto was getting bored, no one provided any challenge for him as anyone who he was sent to attack or raid simply retreated rather then trying to fight. One of these very times introduced him to his next challenge, the supernatural. Otto had been paid to kill a man who had been living in a desert cave for years according to his employer at least and Otto didn't ask questions so he set off. He reached the cave in a day and entered it in the night and found himself in a nightmare, bodies hung everywhere, skulls adorned onto spikes and wood caskets all around. It was at this point that Otto knew he wasn't dealing with something in his realm of expertise but he had been paid so he pressed on, as he descended into the cave he was set upon by men and women who attacked him with a fervor he had not expected bu they fell all the same as his twelve gauge sang it's deadly song. He kept going and eventually started to run into people much different to those he had just laid waste to as these people had glowing red eyes and pale white skin while they also seemed to move with a almost inhuman grace. Otto was a seasoned fighter but this was something new and unknown which lead to more then a few scars on his body but in the end he came out the victor at which point he decided to inspect the bodies, they all had the same red eyes and pale skin but what most interested Otto was what he found in the mouth of each one there, fangs. He continued to move into the cave with the new information in his head but the wisps of disbelief not letting him accept what he had seen, when he reached the end of the cave he found a very old man laying in a coffin seemingly sleeping who matched the description of his target. With great cation he crept to the coffin while he readied his knife and without a sound he struck at the man's heart who was not as asleep as Otto had thought as the man lashed out with a clawed hand at Otto's head, Otto was able to move his head in time to avoid death but not the wounds that would scar his face. The man in the coffin struggled a bit but in the end his life ebbed away like all the others at which point Otto went about the grisly work of taking proof of his kill, the man's head. He took his trophy to his employer and laid it at the man's feet who with great glee smashed the head with his foot and gave Otto a sack of rubies for his troubles but Otto had one question for his employer. "What are you all?" And his employer replied simply. "Vampires." And left.
With that over the next years Otto started to get more and more contracts from being of supernatural origin who all payed Otto much more then he ever made fighting for human employers but all good things must end because a group calling themselves La Sangre put a hit out on Otto so he ran, ran back to where it all started.
Now Otto finds himself the leader of a group of misfits calling themselves a gang who's previous leader was killed by La Sangre and they seek to destroy this group responsible for their former leader's death and that, that is something Otto can get behind.​

This seems interesting~ You have an interesting concept going on here. So is the main plotline basically the two gangs colliding into one another? and if so how does it occur?

Yes that was my idea. It occurs because Marcus is a very organized person, he controls many high up people and likes to have everything under control. However, Apollo wishes to dismantle this idea. Basically, Apollo wants to take the orderly out of Marcus's orderly chaos. Which will of course form tension which will eventually push into full on war
 
Wow, I really like the concept of this ^^ Might make a character or two for this

Well first of all the main roles need to be filled in for captains and above I was aiming for about 15 people in each gang before I officially put an IC but more people could sign up for it after that point)

It possesses hypnotic qualities that convinces a person that they are gaining their greatest desire, whether it's just so they calm down in a tense moment, or walking off the edge of a roof to their death.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#808080]Backstory: Livia Vann was, like most sirens, born near the water. Her parents were, by all accounts, happy together, but she has fleeting memories of a night when she was no more than three of her father and mother screaming at each other, the flash of silver from a knife, and blood all over the kitchen floor. It was not until much later that she realized that her father had murdered her mother, bundled her up in the middle of the night, and ran off with her into the city once he gave her mother's body back to the sea.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#808080]She somehow managed to live a peaceful life with her father up until her teen years, when he began watching her carefully, not because she was disobedient or wild, but because she was beginning to look like her mother. Her childhood, peppered with her father's paranoid stories of how her mother abandoned them after trying to control him culminated in a violent attack on his daughter, leaving scars on her hands from the defensive wounds. A neighbor heard the commotion and found him attacking Livia with a knife and called the police.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#808080]With her father incarcerated, Livia was placed in foster care, and discovered her budding abilities on her own, afraid to show them to anyone. The psychologist that treated her after the attack had also treated her father, and divulged to Livia that her father had driven himself crazy thinking her mother had seduced him with her powers, and had killed her for that reason. When Livia began looking like her, especially while going through puberty, he convinced himself that she too would do the same thing. While Livia did not tell the psychologist that she did have the powers of her siren mother, she was determined to have full control over her voice.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#808080]As she was in foster care, it was eighteen and out for Livia. She had worked hard in school though, and managed to get a scholarship to a small school where she studied with hopes of building a business for herself of some kind. She also began working at a piano bar to support herself, using her voice to earn tips and make herself invaluable. Once she graduated, she knew she would have to continue working, at least for a little while, for start up capital for her business, and left the piano bar, taking a job as the featured singer at a club.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#808080]She worked there until three years ago, when she was scouted by someone working for Marcus Leroy. Her current con at the club was to sing, and then hold court in a booth while the band took a break, where enthralled fans brought her cash to spend time in her presence. In the years working for the club, Livia's dreams of the future had changed and warped, and working for Marcus Leroy had seemed like an excellent opportunity. She turned out to be a loyal and competent underling and was promoted quickly when she was shown to have an eye for organization and personnel skills.[/BCOLOR]
