@ScarletNova The Prez and Vice-Prez of the Elite 5 are like the top two of the... five. Anyways. They give orders to only the other three of the Elite 5 however they can only do the big stuff with permission from both Natsume and Avery. The Elite 5, like I said, are like an advisory committee. But they are also like representatives for the Gang, beside Natsume and Avery. God, this is probably the worst explanation ever. Too much Markiplier. Let's look at the rank system on the bottom.

Leader
Vice-Leader
Elite 5
Others

The Elite 5 fall under Natsume and Avery's orders and are best known as the Tanaka Gang's Dogs [a horrible nickname, really]. They are the best of the best in the town at what they do, which is why their called the Elite 5. There's nothing more to say about them. I mean, it's a pretty simple thing to understand really. You can find a better description below. I don't know why I didn't just show you that in the first place. God I'm an idiot.

The Elite 5 is an advisory committee that attends every meeting that has to do with the Gang. They are the 'upperclassman' of the gang but they are ranked under Vice President. The Elite 5 take care of most problems that arise that involve the Gang. They work under their Leaders order or the President. The Elite 5 are five individuals from the Gang (or on very rare cases outside the gang) chosen by the President who have shown Loyalty, have the Presidents trust, and who show amazing performance. Each one is good at the five basic elements that make up a gang. It'd be the same in a school, club, etc.
I wanted to make sure that Natsume and Avery were still in charge of the group. I'm okay with it as long as they follow what they say in the end.

That moment when you get an idea that may be stupid. But funny in all aspects. Inspired by a video game, and movie. Shall there be a moment where people show up at the hospital to try and off Ryder/anyone there, while pumping drugs to try and make the job easier. But either Ryder or anyone there ends up getting high as a kite and so they just stumble around, shooting/attacking "drug" versions of hit-men.
If you want to.

[BCOLOR=#000000]Name: Kimura Tatsujin[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Also known as “Kyofu Keikan” (The Dreaded Cop)[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Nickname: Kim / Superintendent / Captain / Detective[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Gender: Male[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Age: 21[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Role in Gang: Previously the “Peacekeeper” of the group[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]The Traitor[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]As a household member of the gang, Kimura refused to do any form of dirty work due to his disgust of any form of crime. His duty was to resolve inner conflicts between gang members and do chores in the HQ. Feeling conflicted between being a member of the gang who saved his life and wanting to “punish evil”, he was banished by the Gang Leader when he revealed his intentions of joining the police, considering being one as his “dream”.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Crush:[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Will develop one as the story goes on.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]+ Pre-Banishment:[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kimura pretty much knew most of the named members of the Tanaka Gang (bar some who joined the gang after he left), maintaining a positive relationship with almost all of them.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Natsume Tanaka: Kimura considered her as his savior, and is greatly indebted to her. He treated her like a little sister and was fond in buying her and Avery lollipops. He knew her weakness of bugs and teases her with it. Kimura gets along well with her and treats her with respect. He calls her "Natsu". This relationship was strained when he was conflicted and decided to join the police, despite wanting to stay with her and the gang. As he can only join either, he was removed from the Tanaka gang. Even so, he doesn't hate her because she was the one who gave his life a good meaning.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Remi Yamada: Kimura considered her an odd one, due to her "chuunibyou" playful tendencies. Despite this, he gets along well with her; rubbing off some of her chuunibyou personality onto him. He enjoyed cooking broccoli for her, fully knowing that she hates vegetables.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Ryder Rowe: Kimura respected the guy, stating that he is a badass biker. He teasingly calls him "Scar", for obvious reasons; much to Ryder's chagrin. When he left, Kimura knew that he hated the cops, and that they were eventually going to become bitter adversaries.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Haru Tzukino: Kimura knows he's a guy, despite her feminine appearance and acts. He acts as a big brother to him, being the closest among the guys to him. Likes to rub his head. While he does consider him "cute", Kimura says that he's "straight-as-hell".[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Ryuuichi Hanayuki: Kimura visited him from time-to-time, buying flowers from him as some of the girls would often ask him to. He feels a sense of normality within him, as he isn't technically "part" of the gang (which Kimura wanted as well). They got along well.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Avery Herondale: While they weren't very close, Kimura treated her with respect as she was the Vice Leader. He always tried to get on her good side by buying her lollipops. He was also a big-brother figure to her. He constantly teased her about resembling a "rockstar".[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Suishou "Purei" Konuka: Kimura never met her, as he already left (went "missing" for two years) before she joined.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Ayaka Nojima: Ever since they met, it had been Kimura's goal to make her smile. Just once. To no avail, though. Her stoic demeanor wasn't going to change anytime soon, and so he gave up eventually. He treats her like a little sister as well.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Azalea Monroe: Kimura was comically terrified of the "Wolf Queen" and for good reason. Even compared to Natsume herself, Kimura considered her to be more dangerous. In his perspective, he considers her both "cute" and "scary" at the same time. He does go to her often, asking for advice on whether he should join the police or not. Her advices are what unintentionally helped his eventual conflict that made him leave the gang. He liked her motherly instincts and maturity; while he was the big brother, Azalea was the mother to the group.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Telsa Monroe: Kimura found her "adorable", wishing that he had a little sister like that. Naturally, when she visited the gang, he was the second to welcome her with open arms (after her sister, of course). While most of the gang was out, he usually spent his time with her. He liked calling her by her nickname "Death".[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Leon Parker/Monroe: Another person that Kimura feared and respected. If his well-known nickname "The Dragon" wasn't enough to prove it, he once saw him dispatch a group of thugs by himself. In awe, Kimura wanted to be someone as strong as him.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Cassius Sterling: Kimura has mixed feelings of respect and disgust in his line of work, being "The Killer" and all. Calls him "Cas". He keeps telling him not to overdo it, in a worried manner. He does find his relationship with Luca Carson "cute".[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Kuro Kohi: Kimura liked the way he makes coffee, often asking him for pointers on how to make a good one. Also sharing a dark and troubled past, they can relate to each other and are on good terms.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Mari Anne Florence: One of the few girls to actually make him "blush", due to her bubbly playful behavior. He admits that she is pretty "cute" for a gang member. Mari often forgets his name, despite being in the gang for as long as 3 and a half years, much to his disappointment.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Vince Monroe: At first, he thought this guy was just out to get girls. But as time passed, he realized that the reason girls are even after him is not because of his good looks, but because of his kindness. Eventually, they became good friends. Vince does tease him about joining him in going out with girls, much to his shy disapproval.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Luka Carson: Finds his relationship with Cassius Sterling "cute". Calls him "Lu". Kimura shares his hatred for parents and likeness of being solitary.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Lilith Tokisaki: Like Suishou "Purei" Konuka, Kimura never met her since she joined after he left.[/BCOLOR]

  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Maeda Tatsunosuke: Calls him "Scarf-Kun" due to him always wearing one. He is usually impressed by his Parkour skills, and wanted to learn from him, even doing slight Parkour during his training.[/BCOLOR]

  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Alexandra Hartley: She usually ordered him to buy technology-related stuff for her. Unlike his brother though, she is extroverted and outgoing, which made for a pretty stable relationship between them.[/BCOLOR]

  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Lysander Hartley: They barely had the chance to talk to each other due to Lysander's tendency to be solitary. He was a bit afraid of him, since when Kimura and Alexander conversed, he usually threatened the guy to back off; otherwise he'd beat him up. Despite this, he has respect for the solitary man, due to his overprotective nature; something that made him wish to have a sibling of his own.[/BCOLOR]

  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Fujiko Tachibana: Out of all the girls, Kimura was closest to her (apart from Natsume). He viewed him as the little sister he wished he had. Calls her "Fu-chan". He had a lot of similarities with her: being solitary all the time, dislike of fighting/killing (at the time), and even shares her optimism. He usually hung out with her and even helped her create her concoctions, despite his disappointment of the fact that they'll be used for dirty tricks. He knew that it was the only thing she was good at, yet he encouraged her to do something else with her life. She treats him like a big brother, staying by his side most of the time. Kimura knew that she was sick, but encouraged her to continue living. She was one of the reasons he felt hurt when he decided to leave.[/BCOLOR]

  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Zuri Xael "Varion": Kimura treated her just like he treated everyone else in the gang since he was the oldest among them; like a little sister. While she seemed introverted for the most part, Kimura found her really adorable just like Telsa and Fujiko.[/BCOLOR]
  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Vincent Yamaoka: Kimura was a bit afraid of him due to to his violent nature, as is expected of a delinquent. Though overtime, he was a bit used to his brash and aggressive nature, being his "peacekeeper" of sorts. He is the first one to attempt to calm him down whenever the man gets enraged or pissed.[/BCOLOR]

  • [BCOLOR=#000000]Evelyn Chambers: Like Suishou "Purei" Konuka, Kimura never met her since she joined after he left.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]+ Post-Banishment:[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Despite feeling "betrayed", he doesn't have any form of ill will against them. The only reason he wants to apprehend them is because he has no other choice, and that it's for the sake of "justice".[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Note: If there are any problems with the relationships that I made, feel free to tell me and I'd be happy to change it. Also, if I forgot anyone, feel free to tell me. C:[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=#000000]Anise Nakano - Kimura's second-in-command and subordinate. Kimura met her during his training at the military. They became extremely close as they trained together, and is the only person in his crew that he shared his past with. While Kimura had opened up to her, Anise never shared her side of the story, as she deemed her past too "painful" to put into words. Kimura understands this, and tells her to keep it to herself. Kimura considers her as his "partner", not afraid to count on her to cover his back. He has a habit of rubbing her on the head, much to her discomfort. Anise in turn, developed romantic feelings for him. She refuses to show it though. The two are almost unstoppable when they are together; a testament to it is when just the two of them raided and took on a group of almost a hundred armed men, eventually emerging victorious.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Ranjou Terashima (controlled by yours truly!) - The two have a close brotherly relationship. Kimura met Ran during his time as a policeman-in-training. Kimura's first impression of him is that he is a violent delinquent of a gang (which is justified, as he definitely looks like one). Ran provoking him into a fight didn't help. They fought each other with their fists, and the battle ended up in a draw. With the two of them lying on the ground, that was the start of their friendship. When Kimura became a Captain of the JTF 101, he immediately recruited Ran to become a member of his Task Force. Ran agreed simply because he was bored and he had nothing better to do than tinker with machines. That, and because he may eventually meet a "damsel-in-distress" whom he can save.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Delta - TBD[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]His men - Kimura is prideful of his squad, having suffered no casualties ever since they began their missions. He considers them his new family, after he was outed from his former family. They follow his orders without question, although sometimes they have mixed feelings of worry and annoyance when he decides to "settle things" himself.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]+ In General:[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kimura, coming from a dark past, has become deeply cynical and bitter in his viewpoint of the world. He found the world disgusting, and ignited his dream to become a policeman and apprehend crime, starting with the town he was born in. Especially after his banishment from the gang.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]He was previously pessimistic, claiming that he didn’t deserve to live in a crapsack world like that. When he was taken in by the Tanaka gang, he became a tad bit positive. It was there that he learned how to smile, feeling the love and tight-knit bond between the gang’s members. He considered them as family, and served as the big brother to most of them. He also had a tendency of being shy, especially when teased by some of the females in the crew. He is good at household chores and also a good cook, making meals for the entirety of the gang. He grew a slight tune of optimism that was slowly drowning the pessimism that had been implanted on his heart. This, however changed, when he was conflicted by the fact that he is a member of a group of lawbreakers and that it made him uncomfortable.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Post-banishment, he had mixed feelings of betrayal and confusion after he was outed by the gang. This is because he never realized that his mistake caused him to become lonely again. Unable to turn back, his former negative self returned, although now he felt that he had a reason to live. And that was what lead him into becoming what he is today.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]+ Outside of Work:[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kimura is normally a jovial and laidback individual outside of work. While he favors solitude, he doesn’t mind hanging out with his policemen companions. He is affable and can be reasoned with, preferring not to cause trouble; at least when he isn’t “on the job”. He won’t hunt down gangs until he was given the order to, as he wants to maintain peace over violence. Raising his tone is a rarity that happens when he voices his determination in his goals. He smiles almost perpetually, stating that it is the only action that is keeping him sane. In fact, he is always seen as a positive young man, hiding his true pessimistic self by just smiling. When he doesn't smile, you know he is NOT in a good mood.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]+ On the Job:[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]He gets overenthusiastic when he is given a mission, showing childish glee. When the topic of “crime” arises, he becomes rather eccentric, with his tone becoming that of a “chuunibyou”. Viewing his job as his lifeline, he usually talks about justice and “wiping out evil in the world” in an animated tune as he freely expresses his abhorrence towards criminals. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]When he is on the job however, he removes all forms of eccentricity and displays a calm and professional demeanor along with nerves of steel, even in the face of danger. He gets quite an earful from his higher-ups due to his preference of working alone, despite having a large number of men at his disposal. While he prefers to just arrest criminals, he has no qualms injuring or even killing them if they show resistance. Whenever he does kill one, his ax-crazy colors begin to show; justifying himself that for the sake of justice, killing rabble like them is fair game.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kimura is also sophisticated, casually speaking even with the people he despises as he confronts them. When time comes, he is also cunning and manipulative. He has a good sense of leadership, being the one responsible for the police uprising and protest against crime. He is a father-captain figure to his new comrades, with most of them following his lead without question. He is proficient at trickery, and is savvy enough to know when odds are against him.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]+ WARNING:[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]One of his pet peeves is being called by his last name, as it reminds him of “dear loving” father who treated him brutally and his “dear loving” mother who abandoned him. Kimura hearing his last name usually results in his tranquil fury, and removes his seemingly permanent smile.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kimura Tatsujin is the son to Danke Tatsujin. His mother abandoned them both after she was constantly abused and beaten up by Danke, without bothering to take her son with her. As he was schooled while this happened, he continued attending classes but remained a recluse. He was often bullied by his classmates due to this, which he didn’t really mind since that would be the last year he was going to school. At the age of 10, he quit school due to his drunk father’s neglect. For four years of trying to live with him, he was constantly beaten up by him; as a pastime. At the age of 14, Kimura learned to live independently, and decided that he would leave him.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Being a runaway, he lived in the cold slums near Rosedale High School. For almost a year, he served as a beggar to a city infested with crime. Common thugs who see his pitiful form often mock him and sometimes even beat him up; just like what his father did to him. With his life hanging on by a thread and feeling hopeless, he was almost driven to suicide until Natsume Tanaka and her group approached him. Asking if they would be the ones to kill him, he was surprised when she decided to take him in her gang.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kimura learned that her group was also a ragtag crew who causes trouble. He initially dismissed joining them, but then little-by-little, he realized that their lives were almost as crappy as his was. He decided to stay, despite not partaking in their dirty work. Instead, Kimura became a “big brother” figure to the gang as he slowly opened up to them. He gained many friends at that time, and it was the first time that he felt loved. He stayed in the gang for 3 and a half years, before fate made its way toward his direction and broke his seeming happiness.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Eventually, it became his dream to become a policeman and stop crime, stemming from his dark and troubled past. This turns his playbook on his head when he became conflicted due to the fact that he is technically part of a group that partakes in slightly unacceptable activities. Speaking with Natsume Tanaka about it, she disapproved of his claims as she wanted him to stay the way he is. Out of impulse, Kimura yelled about his past and that his mind and heart was set on this goal of apprehending crime and that nobody can stop him. With that heated exchange, she decided to “let him do what he wants”, technically banishing him from the gang as a whole.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Kimura didn’t take this well, as he felt that he was betrayed by them. It was his mistake that got him kicked out, but he knew that was going to happen eventually. He didn’t even had the chance to say “Thank You” for her and her gang taking care of him. He left the gang’s Headquarters, unable to turn back, and laid low for two years. It was as if he was never heard from again.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]In reality though, the first thing he did when he left was to join the worldwide-branch military police force. He went under rigorous military training in the span of time that he “disappeared”, rising through the ranks and becoming the trainee platoon's ace student and the Captain of the Justice Task Force 101 of the Japanese Police Agency. The Task Force consisted of the majority of the people that he has trained with, including 1st Lieutenant Anise Nakano and his friend Ranjou Terashima.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]As a testament to his training, he conducted police raids throughout Japan's crime-infested areas. Under his command, the police were able to apprehend two medium-sized gang organizations and twelve small groups of thugs with minimal casualties amongst them. This was thanks to Kimura’s smart and decisive tactics. He also operated solo missions against the higher-ups' discretion, usually wiping out small groups of criminals singlehandedly before the others could join him. This garnered him the title of “Kyofu Keikan” (Dreaded Cop), being one of the agency’s most valuable policemen and a prodigy when it comes to combatting crime. He eventually received a directive from the Commissioner General to liberate the town of Rosedale at all costs, as the Tanaka Gang's notoriety became apparent.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#000000]Returning to the town that had shunned him, Kimura regrouped with the town’s branch police. It was almost abandoned due to their incapability to handle the sheer amount of gangs that rose throughout the area. With a personnel of 50 people, they couldn’t possibly stand a chance. At least until Kimura arrived. Now he intends to apprehend the gangs from the town that started it all, and make amends with the Tanaka gang by making the difficult decision of dealing with them eventually, leaving them for last.[/BCOLOR]

He's accepted. (As a note to everyone: This idea of a policemen was discussed already to just let everyone know.)

First antagonist incoming. C: He is only a supporting character though, so he won't pop up all the time unless confronted directly.

One of his pet peeves is being called by his last name, as it reminds him of “dear loving” father who treated him brutally and his “dear loving” mother who abandoned him. Kimura hearing his last name usually results in his tranquil fury, and removes his seemingly permanent smile.
  • Bio:

Kimura Tatsujin is a son to Danke Tatsujin. At the age of 14, Kimura learned to live independently, and decided that he would leave him.

Being a runaway, he lived in the cold slums near Rosedale High School. Asking if they would be the ones to kill him, he was surprised when she decided to take him in her gang.

Kimura learned that her group was also a ragtag crew who causes trouble. He stayed in the gang for 3 and a half years, before fate made its way toward him and broke his seeming happiness.

Eventually, it became his dream to become a policeman and stop crime, stemming from his dark and troubled past. With that heated exchange, she decided to “let him do what he wants”, technically banishing him from the gang as a whole.

Kimura didn’t take this well, as he felt that he was betrayed by them. It was his mistake that got him kicked out, but he knew that was going to happen eventually. He didn’t even had the chance to say “Thank You” for her and her gang taking care of him. He left the gang’s Headquarters, unable to turn back, and laid low for two years. It was as if he was never heard from again.

In reality though, the first thing he did when he left was to join the worldwide-branch police force. He went under rigorous military training in the span of time that he “disappeared”, rising through the ranks and becoming the Captain of the 128th Task Force of the Japanese Police Agency. He also became the commander of a riot squad that he hired through his rousing speeches against civil disorder.

As a testament to his training, he conducted police raids throughout Japan's crime-infested areas.

After this was done, he returned to the town that made his life a living hell and regroup with the town’s branch police. It was almost abandoned due to their incapability to handle the sheer amount of gangs that rose throughout the area. With a personnel of 30 people, they couldn’t possibly stand a chance. At least until Kimura arrived. Now he intends to apprehend the gangs from the town that started it all, and make amends with the Tanaka gang by making the difficult decision of apprehending them eventually, leaving them for last.

It would be funny if your character thought Haru was a girl the whole time.. XD Just a thought to add to relationships!

But Haru looks straight-up masculine, albeit a bit effeminate. Ahaha!

I reeeeaaaallllyyyy like him~

And his connection to everything :3

You can comment somehow on Remi's comment of taking pictures of Luka maybe.

Welp, time to update Ryder's CS again.

XD that's mostly due to my lack of finding good images, but Haru is supposed to look very feminine... People who don't know him mistake him for a female very often..
