In the year 1756, a great once nation known as Yula Fei made homes for some of the worlds most remarkable individuals. It was a city of peace and all whom lived within it's boarders sought only the serenity of their environment and the company of the ones they held dear. While for many years they remained undisturbed by the struggles and strife of the rest of the world, humanity is and always had been a creature of conflict and soon Yula Fei was faced with an opposition unlike any it'd known before.

1768, Princess Omoiyari declares war against the World Government after discovering their involvement with the kingdom of fire, formally known as Iliah'Adari, a nation who firmly believed Yula Fei belonged to it's own monarchy. The war lasted for five long years and many perished on both sides before a terrible fate befell the princess, whom had been successfully assassinated in the year 1772. The collapse of the monarchy lead to the downfall and deterioration in the Yula Fei forces and soon after they lost the war.

The year 1784 marked the day when the name Illiah'Adari fell beneath the boot of the World Government. The monarchy from the kingdom of fire had began to fall short due to a lack of heirs and as the monarchy died out, so did the name which had ruled side by side with the World Government. The names Yula Fei and Illiah'Adari fell into history and the great cities left behind by both nations began a gradual change over the coming years, construction work on a grand scale had their cities merge together.

1824, the World Government proclaim the merge of the once great cities complete and declare the arrival of the first ever world metropolis, calling it the 'center of the world'. Many from all over the world heard of this news and by 1845 the grand city had began to expand to compensate for the many which came form all corners of the world to exist in the constructed world they had made. At first there appeared to be a housing crisis and for three years trouble appeared to gravitate to the grand city in the form of crime and mischief.

1857, the expansion to the grand city successfully made enough homes for the new arriving populace. A policing force was issue to keep the peace, officially known as th 'WGA' or (World Government Arms). Issued with weaponry and new state of the art armor, units were sent into the 'poorer' areas of the city to crack down on crime and enforce laws to keep the people safe. An additional branch of officers called 'justice' were introduced shortly after, compiled of extremely skilled and powerful individuals, crime fell dramatically.

1904, a petition from the people across the city arrived on the desk of the WG officials, requesting a name befitting the metropolis, believing that the sprawling city had earned itself a name other than simply referring to it as Grand City. After many debates and deliberation between political heads and the people of the city, they finally agreed on a new name to cement the city forever in history. The metropolis was simply named, Eternity, due to it's never ceasing expansion across the world, growing year after year.

One thousand years has passed and Eternity remains to be the center of the modern world. The year is now 2904 and Eternity stands as the dominant jewel of the world government which has now became the epicenter of culture itself. As the years moved on and the intellect of man grew technology which broke the bonds of the natural world, politics changed with the passing years and resources slowly began to thin as the economy began to crush the poor while filling the pockets of the rich. A gap between the classes began to form more prominently and before long resentment set in between the people.

Riots and protests began to invade the city and while some were peaceful, others began to grow out of control and were quickly subdued by the WGA, furthering the political unrest among the people. The loss of control spiraled and the World Government found itself losing grip on it's grand city, which had stood for over a thousand years. The president of Eternity, a man by the name of Mendai Carol green lit an initiative to have black ops operatives enter the poorer areas and slums to unleash a virus that'd cull their population.

Of course vaccines were made available to those who could afford them and the virus was constructed in such a manner that it would spread only so far before becoming benign. The intention behind this was not only to cull the 'riffraff' of the city but to also clear the way for further development for their richer inhabitants. It worked up to a point but the issue appeared to remain unresolved, poverty maintaining a hold in areas of Eternity. Before long, the gap between the rich and the poor had widened to such an effect that areas began to segregate and an oppressive hand lingered in the air.

The poor were soon denied rights and treatments, denied access to certain areas of the city and were confined instead to the more poor areas, some in which even lacked a dedicated police force to maintain the peace. Only servants and maids were allowed to access the richer 'districts' and while one might have expected the rich to have such luxuries, the terms servant and maid were pretty much cover names to allow the rich to ignore the fact they were practically slaves. Things continued to destabilize further and in recent years, only in the recent years have some people decided to take a stand.

People from all walks of life have gathered from corners of the city and beyond, rallying together under one banner to stand firm against the oppression. They seek to overturn this World Government and return Eternity to the once great city it had been all those years ago, to return it to the people and dissolve the gap between the rich and the poor, so that no group nor class would be disparaged. This group called themselves 'Serenity', a word which had once meant something to a nation long ago that existed in a time long forgotten.

Eternity is a sprawling super city, spreading far and wide. The city is split in to various different districts, segregates for the rich and the poor. Within each and every district you can expect to find malls, shops, streets and just about everything you could expect to find in a large busy city. However the thing to note is the quality, the richer areas of course are kept clean and clear and the more expensive retailers are set up there. In the poorer districts you'll find significantly less care is given to the streets. Trash, crime and other unpleasantness await you, so be careful, especially if traveling alone. Any more information required on the city, seek out a directory office, although be warned they're not always available. (Basically PM me)

Technology has vastly improved within Eternity. Medicine has enabled to live significantly longer and military tech have evolved the world of combat significantly. While you may not yet find laser guns, you'll find local peacekeepers sporting armor fitted to enhance mobility and strength. Cybernetics are one of the worlds most incredible features, enabling people who have sustained severe injuries to substitute limbs with fully functioning synthetic replacements. While the days have long since passed from the days of super powered pirates, there are still individuals with exceptional abilities, though most of these individuals are quickly inducted into the Justice program or serve roles as bodyguards for high paying clients.

~~WGA (World Government Arms)~~

You'll find these officers just about everywhere in Eternity, save for a limited few areas which have been left to rot. They are incredibly tough, well funded and well outfitted to undertake a multitude of combat scenarios. When confronted with a WGA outfit, it's highly advised to either kill them fast or run. Fighting them for lengthy periods of time is dangerous and they are well informed to engage and kill anyone suspected of belonging to Serenity. They're partially augmented, including a combat enhancement that enables them to learn and adapt the longer they fight an opponent, giving them a tactical edge, it's this reason why it's necessary to kill them fast or run. While they do have a command structure, they will answers orders from Justice members without question even if it directly contradicts their chief officer.

Personality:

Cheery, likeable, a seasoned prankster, and always ready to lend a hand, Zardok Allen would be the ideal team member if not for his paranoid ramblings and his general apathy towards the whole movement. As such, he comes off as the 'crazy uncle' of whatever team he's in, usually driving his fellow teammates as insane as he is. Despite his odd nature, he is capable of functioning with a team and is resilient enough to keep up with the youngest and fittest.

Allen is capable of responsibility and leadership, using his vast experience to lead his team to victory.

Likes:

Allen appears to love making radical and baseless conspiracy theories, his particular favorite being that how a giant insect queen from the center of the plant is secretly running the World Government. He can make them quite elaborate and enough to go on and on for hours. Yet, it provides the perfect cover, for who would ever suspect the crazy conspiracy theorist to be part of a conspiracy?

Dislikes:

If you ever step out into the night, you will see Allen nearby, shaking his fist angrily at the stars and muttering something about 'them damn space aliens'.

History:
The Masuma corporation, founded in the early 1800s, was once an economic powerhouse but, with their unwillingness to go with the plan of the World Government, are now only a shadow of their former selves. Not quite in the gutter but never to once again reach their lofty heights.

But there are two secret reasons for the existence of the corporation. One, in recent years, to fund Serenity in accordance to the ideals of its founder. This fact is only known to the higher echelons of both organisations. And second, is the funding of a hidden department known as 'E.T.D' whose purpose appears to be that finding and excavating of ancient and bizarre artifacts. Agents of the ETD are ordered to find and retrieve these artifacts at any cost and, as such, are very well trained in matters of infiltration and combat, applying solutions to a problem that might not be fixed with just money.

Zadok Allen is one such agent. Inducted into the department at the age of 23, he posed as a travelling archaeologist (in reality, this wasn't too far off the truth) for the Masuma Corporation, as a way of explaining his frequent travels. He delved into dusty tombs and dustier pawnshops, all in search for those bizarre artifacts. He even had to break into a few mansions to retrieve the property of a rich but foolish collector.

Unfortunately, the ETD have been wiped out as, for whatever reason, the World Government have hunted and killed the vast majority of agents and ETD higher command as of fifteen years ago. The few survivors, such as Allen, scattered in different directions, each one remembering the locations of secret safehouses and treasure-holds of knowledge and artifacts. Allen, himself has been laying low and hiding out, what little contact he had fifteen years ago warned him to stay away from Central HQ and any major safe houses, until a chance encounter led him to the present day...

Weaponry:

He carries what appears to be a civilian handgun made by the Masuma Corporation, with all registrations filed off. But, with a hidden command, he can activate different modes for his handgun, loading in custom ammo types. Ranging from a burst fire mode to a shotgun shot to even a small grenade launcher should the need arise.

Powers and Abilities:

Zadok Allen may not possess any supernatural abilities but that is no reason to underestimate him. Despite his shoddy appearance, he is still a very fit and well-built man who can hold his own in hand to hand combat, overpowering his foes with blisteringly fast and powerful punches, thanks to the ETD's training. Additionally, he is an expert marksman, able to incorporate his pistol in almost every situation possible.

Because of his former career as an artifact hunter, he is accustomed to breaking and entering any person's home if it was even suspected that they had an ET Artifact. As such, he became pretty good at it.

Mai appears to most people to be... well, a bit of a hard ass. She is meticulous, efficient and absorbs a no bullshit approach to each and every aspect of a situation with little tolerance for idiots and fools. Some people regard her as cold because of this, but in actual fact she can actually be quite lovely. The difference between these opinions of her is that one of them is a demeanor taken on when on missions or in the field, and the other is taken on when in a position where she can allow herself to engage socially, rather than preparing herself to kill.

She appears to have OCD tendencies, though they don't seem to be too severe. She likes thing to be arranged in a certain way and will often make minor adjustments to things when she thinks people aren't looking. She's some what embarrassed of it and doesn't really like to talk about it, since it makes her feel vulnerable. That being said she is far more open with people she knows better or has spent extended time with, though really that's pretty normal. Mai enjoys spending her down time listening to music or reading, though not always.

Mai has definitely got the capacity for a temper and those who know her well will warn you not to push your luck and provoke it. When triggered she will have an outburst and scold the person who provoked it from her, although it's worth noting that her temper isn't easily provoked and a lot of the time she will simply express her displeasure through irritated looks and warning glances. Once she's finished scolding the victim, she'll likely take herself away to calm down, returning later once it's left her system. This isn't always an option though.

Mai enjoys small luxuries and interesting conversation, especially centered around ideology and philosophy. Sometimes she might even be seen discussing other things though it really comes down to the person she's conversing with. Often she'll be found with a cup of tea and a book when not in deep conversation with another, sometimes even making small notes in a book she carries with her, although no one appears to know what's in the book or why she carries it with her wherever she goes.

History:

It's not entirely known when and at what point that Mai joined Serenity. But it is known that she's been working with them for a very long time, earning herself the rank of Lieutenant within the expansive forces of Serenity. Unlike the actual WG military, she doesn't command a set number of subordinates that join her on field operations. However when deployed usually she'll take the lead unless an officer of higher rank is present of course.

The truth was that Mai was born into Serenity, though her mother and father had both perished during a raid conducted by the WGA when she was only six years old. She managed to avoid death, escaping under the protective wing of an Operator named Helvec whom turned out to be a ranking officer; Major within Serenity. After having rescued her, he'd intended to hand her over to one of their many safe zones.

A place where she could be raised in safety. However upon bringing her almost halfway across Eternity, he found himself unable to part with her and instead decided to raise her himself. He taught her how to shoot, how to fight and how to survive against the oppressive world that she now belonged to. He taught her many valuable skills and because of this it came as no surprise that she'd eventually sign on to become a Serenity Operator.

With the skills and knowledge passed on from Helvec, she quickly ascended the ladder within Serenity, completing missions and finishing objectives with surprising efficiency. She soon became recognized for her ability and was thrown tougher missions, tasks that would have her entering multiple districts and in some cases, heading to the other side of Eternity... no small feat with all the checkpoints in place by the WGA.

Of course not every mission was a resounding success and at times she'd came very close to biting the bullet, sometimes even finding herself unable to complete and objective due to the severe risk and impossibility that's result bearing the end of the task. Recently she's been sent a new task as a new bunch of recruits have been sent coordinates and a representative needs to reach them and bring them back to their functioning HQ.

Easy right? ... wrong. More than three checkpoints stand between her and the new recruits. Getting there would be the easy part, getting back? well, that was up to her to figure out.

Powers: A wielder of The Power of Destruction. Although she is unaware of this power at this time. The power enables her to wield superhuman feats of strength that usually peak the interests of Justice recruiters. At her current level she is able to focus the blade at a level that enables her to deflect bullets and deliver harsh swift strikes.

JD has an unexplainable purple tint to his hair that he doesn’t usually question. He has two invisible tattoos that glow an eerie blue when in the dark. In a black light, they’re even brighter. On his left shoulder there’s a star with a ribbon coiling around it and down to his wrist. The other, just above his heart, is an elephant skull. He doesn’t normally say what either tattoo means, and if he does, he may change the story every time.

Personality: Jay grew up helping people. It’s something he’s done since he was able to walk and talk. As eager as he is to help, sometimes he gets a bit carried away in his self righteousness, willing to die for a cause if he has to. Other times he’s more willing to… get rid of the problem should it stand in his way. Whether he is more lawful than chaotic good is really up for debate. In that regard, his temper can get short when it comes to people standing in his way of his goals, moreso shown towards enemies of course. Overall, Jai’s your run of the mill friendly person, quicker to make friends than enemies. If one had to describe him it honestly would just be: Protective Guard Dog.

History: With the World Government turning a blind eye on those who needed help the most, a group that started as a just a whisper became more well known. It was a group that had many names, and sometimes no name at all, but their most recent and more permanent name has become: The Ivory Skulls. Some call them descendants of criminals and others call them the modern day Robin Hoods… and well, both would be true. The group of freedom fighters was rumored to have been created by descendants of a rebel, a criminal in her own right that rose to power and decided to make use of it. But no one talks about that history anymore. How could they when their current time and their futures were as shaky as they were?

Jay Deszo may not have been the one to create the Ivory Skulls, but his parents and from what he’s been told generations before them have been apart of and even helped create the group. There was no way he planned to break the chain, especially not at a time like this. With his skill, there was no wonder Serenity would be searching to recruit him.

Powers, Abilities & Weaponry: He still, till this day, doesn’t remember how he managed to get the ability but the disgusting taste of the fruit still lingers. Jay was ‘gifted’ with the “Electric Electric Fruit”. While it’s not as strong as lightning itself, he’s able to conduct and redirect currents of electricity, using it to effectively taser people. He can also create small orbs of electricity that are essentially electric bombs. While he mostly uses his power on the offensive, it’s also helpful in the defensive like absorbing shock or, simply cutting off power. There's probably other things he can do, he just has to get creative.

While he is no stranger to hand to hand or projectile weapons, Jay prefers to use his staff that doubles as a pair of escrima sticks.
  • Also Ivory Skulls training which is essentially where his hand to hand combat skills and gun skills came to fruition.
  • Has a "Berserker" Mode that he doesn't care to use. There's a lot of lack of control in it.

When Sierra was 14, she got caught in the middle of an explosion that caused her to lose both arms; the right side of her face and legs badly burned though surprisingly her torso suffered minor injuries. She received prostheses to replace her arms (the entire right arm, and left arm from elbow down), the right side of her face and eye. Her legs healed with help of skin grafts, but the burns are noticeable and she cannot feel anything in those areas.

She likes wearing heavy eyeshadow, sports an eyebrow piercing above her left eye, dyes her hair pine-green, but it is naturally dark brown and can be seen at her roots. Sierra’s clothes are patchy and well-used, sometimes baggy. She wears long gloves at all times, and dragonscale arm guards made from iron.

Personality: Sierra is always looking to pick a fight. She’s feisty, bad tempered, immature, impulsive, and rarely let’s anything get her down. She does have mild bipolarism which means on bad days she is self-absorbed, headstrong, and hyperactive to the point it angers everyone around her. She tends to push people away without realizing it. Her high emotions make her mood easy to read yet she's quite capable of keeping secrets.
When not running on emotions, Sierra is absorbed in her own thoughts. She'll often listen to music, talk to herself, as she works on something. She's an excellent mechanic and would make a better engineer with training.

Sierra was born into a family of 7 (including herself): mother and father, 3 brothers, and an older sister. At 6 years old, her mother had one more child, a younger sister. The Khunalki family lived in one of the poorest divisions of Eternity. They own a restaurant, kept in Okra's (mom's) side of the family, but rarely pulled in enough money to support itself and the family. Okra worked a second job as a maid, their father was a WGA regular officer who worked round the clock and often came home drunk. The siblings worked the restaurant when they were old enough, and gained second jobs by the time they earned 18.

By the time Sierra was 14, the family was experiencing an influx of money that gave a future of possibilities like school for the youngest sister (the other siblings were homeschooled) and renovations for the restaurant. In a flash--that vanished.

In 2898, there was a small explosion at one of the division checkpoints between the wealthy and poor districts. The media reported it as a suicide-bombing "suppressed thanks to the valiant efforts of the WGA" and only two people were reported dead, one injured. The supposed bomber was connected to the resistance group, Serenity, although no proof was found and many believed the act too extreme for them. As there was nothing left of the bomber, he remains unidentified. The other death was Meera Khunalki, age 22, Sierra's older sister. Sierra, who was with her at the time, was severely injured (see 'Appearance').

Sierra and her sister's presence there is a mystery; Sierra has no memory of the explosion or events before, and the family has no understanding why the two girls would be halfway across the city at 5 am in the morning. But the loss of Meera changed the Khunalkis dramatically. The cost for Sierra's surgeries and prostheses depleted all their money, sending them into debt. Okra lost her maid job and none of the other wealthy patrons would take her. The loss put a strain on her father (who had been one of the first patrols on-scene), sending him into alcoholism and eventual separation from Okra. The family came to hate him for staying with the WGA, as the government used the explosion as an excuse for increased restrictions on the poor populace.

For Sierra herself, this is when bipolar disorder developed, and her hate for the WG. The first few years after were hard as she surfed the highs and lows of mania and depression. She eventually found an emotional outlet in underground fighting rings (where she could gain money for her family as well) and became a hiree at a repair shop secretly owned by Serenity. They helped fixed prosthetic limbs, gadgets, vehicles, and the occasional weapon. Sierra chose this by no accident; she wanted to join Serenity since Meera's death, and was a goal that kept her focused over the years. Now, she's eager to prove herself and perhaps change the world.

Personality(Sven): Sven is a mad scientist, he loves pushing the boundaries of morality to further his own knowledge. He just doesn’t like doing it to living things as it always ends badly for him.

In terms of himself Sven is a cocky, narcissistic, unpleasant rude man who loves causing trouble. He’s known for his insensitivity and the wall he puts around himself, a researcher true and true he analyzes with a careful eye and is extremely judgmental, both to others and himself surprisingly. Though Hana helps him realize the latter quite often.

Quite honestly no one in their right mind would be friends with the guy, he genuinely enjoys creating chaos for people he dislikes. He’ll spend the whole day making an ingenious plan only to throw it aside in the middle of it to take a ‘wing it’ approach since he believes it’ll be more interesting.
He’s a heavy gambler when it comes to dealing with things, a smile on his face as he manipulates everyone and everything to suit his whims. He only acts if it benefits him, he sees no point in it otherwise.

Hana however will say that Sven isn’t a complete waste of human life, he does help those in the slum and has on many occasions helped people get away. Though he always expected something for his help, he never charged as much as he would to those with means. She believes a part of him truly does care for others but it’s hidden underneath a very high wall to protect himself from something that hurt him long ago and the world he finds himself in now.
“Hey if people hate you it’s easy to know where you stand with them. Hatred is the best form of honesty.”

Personality(Hana): Hana is little more than a Doll in terms of personality, it’s unknown the kind of person she was before the incident in her life but little emotion exists in her now. At least that seems to be the case on the outside. Her expression doesn’t change but due to her jabs at Sven it’s clear she still has a sense of humor. Sven will mention that the emotions are all there, anger, sadness, happiness, etc. but she’s locked them away deep within, a mental block she created for herself. Sven to a degree has the ability to ‘unlock’ her feelings by messing with her cybernetics as they are a large part of her system but since Hana doesn’t want to feel he makes no attempt to do so.

Since her face provides no real sign of her emotions her actions are the easiest way to tell her feeling, she’s surprisingly honest which more than likely ties into her blunt nature. She makes no attempt to lie or be dishonest choosing just not to speak if asked a question she prefers not to answer. It’s unknown if she has any real joy in things since she no longer laughs or smiles but as she’s very clear about her distaste with things, it’s easy to tell when she’s not pleased, if she hasn’t said anything there’s a 28% chance she’s okay with it.

History(Sven): “The World Government are innovators, it’s not that hard to understand.”

A youth with a fanciful dream in the slums of city stood on a tower and looked at the ‘rich people’s place’ with the intention of stepping foot in there himself. Pushing himself, studying and sacrificing what little childhood he was permitted he made it to the upper echelon joining the elite when he was older, ignoring the occasional stares he’d get for his origins. Working hard the youth grew more and studied as a member of the WG alongside others of his fine caliber, he’d always hum an unfamiliar tune as he worked, a song lost to time ages past. He had achieved his dream and stared down at the slums from his new home with an almost cocky grin.

However things changed quickly, incidents started to happen putting people who he knew were good in danger, but fearing losing everything he worked so hard for he forced himself to turn a blind eye.
Holding in the disgust at the actions being done to the people he knew, he focused on his work, but one can only be pushed so far before they have to act. The Virus was the start, but watching a crying mother holding her sick child trying to get help only to get thrown out was apparently the youth’s limit.

He chose his side and…well one person can’t take down the World Government and though he knew that he got tired of watching. He was caught by the WGA and almost killed but managed to escape by a stroke of good fortune, labeled a criminal he ran, changed his name and returned to the slums he had escaped from, the one place he knew the WGA wouldn’t find him. Though permanently stigmatized by those he knew he chose to remain in the slums.

On occasion in the slums if he see a message from the World Government or one of their technological advancement pass by, should you see that message change to a mocking message of the World Government or that technological advancement crash and burn take a moment to listen, as you might faintly catch the hum of an unfamiliar tune lost to ages past.


History(Hana): “I am a weapon…I serve my purpose as need be.”

Hana is a strange one, perhaps more than her partner in some cases. A member of the WGA she’s worked helping to spread the influence and power of the WGA. It appears that she was a maid at one point but somehow managed to work for the WGA, more than likely serving just the right person, or saying the right thing at the right time, very few know. What little is known is she was trained and became a member in their ranks; some say she was a part of Justice but she disputes the claim.

Hana doesn’t share much of her past but there are times a distant look forms in her eyes and she’ll sometimes do strange rituals, whatever was in her past it clearly changed her, perhaps even broke what she was. She found a way to cope and the easiest way was to shut off everything and keep working. She became an efficient soldier no amount of hesitation in her actions anymore, and nothing to hold her back, she was little more than a machine.

Thankfully her humanity wasn’t completely abandoned as she stood up against the WGA when she was pushed too far, feeling they had crossed a serious line with their actions. She doesn’t know why she acted, why she betrayed order, why she chose to feel in that moment but the rare cases she speaks about it there’s a fire in her eyes, showing she has no regrets though it almost killed her. Cybernetic parts replaced what was removed or stopped working, and she doesn’t remember much having phased in and out of consciousness at death’s door. The only thing she can recall is someone hovering over her humming a strange but catchy tune she didn’t recognize.
She now serves as Sven’s bodyguard due to the fact he charged her for saving her life and she needs upkeep on her new parts, which due to the fact he created them, is the best one for the job.

Weaponry(Sven): Hana- Hana is Sven’s weapon controlling her with his wires he acts like a puppeteer guiding his puppet to attack his opponent. She is his greatest weapon and he’s put a lot of work into adjusting her cybernetics to respond to his wires responses. He can control her as if he was moving his own body, Hana acts on instincts while Sven acts on tactics the two are best together than apart.

Wires-Sven has wires hidden in his sleeves, though he himself is not a skilled fighter like Hana he does have training in using them, he treats them like garrote wires and since they are sharp he can kill with them. The wires are made of a strong metal but they can still be cut, Sven is working on fixing this.

Cloak- Sven posses a cloak with cloaking technology, hiding him even from infrared, though due to his bargain shopping the battery is atrocious making it only functional in short bursts. He uses his wires to power the cloak so he can’t do anything while hidden but it’s useful for him should he need to let Hana do her own thing.

Weaponry (Hana):

Fists- Hana’s modifications give her enhanced strength making her a terrifying threat up close hitting her opponents with a barrage of attacks with frightening speed if Sven isn’t controlling her. If Sven is she’s much slower but still dangerous as the duo are in tune with one another.

Nodachi- Hana carries a collapsed Nodachi on her person, which is her original weapon. The weapon itself is nothing special, the metal tempered to better respond to the armor of their opponents. She cares for it often and doesn't draw it if Sven is controlling her.

Powers(Sven):

Glow?- Sven doesn’t have any powers though by accident a glow did escape his body at one point, he has no idea what this is and hasn’t been able to replicate the action for years, giving up on the idea.

Powers(Hana): Hana doesn’t possess any powers and has no desire to ever change that fact.

Abilities(Sven):


    • A skilled Hacker Sven prefers to manipulate technology to serve him then getting his own hands dirty, if he can connect to it, he can probably hack it. He’s not bad with robotics either, cybernetics was a specialty.
    • Sven has basic training in hand to hand having worked for the World Government, but his skill is nowhere near true professionals, he relies on Hana for that stuff.
    • Sven prefers staying in the back row then fighting up close but he is skilled with his wires enough to hold his own until Hana can rescue him at least. His training in it is far more advanced than his hand to hand

    • Hana is the only one of the two that knows how to fire a gun, Sven is a terrible shot, though she prefers being up close and personal.
    • Hana is a skilled close combat specialist, skilled in hand to hand combat, especially strikes and her sword is basically an extension of her body.
    • Her cybernetics are resistant to basic EMP related attacks, something that would cause a normal cybernetic to malfunction won’t work with her, though that doesn’t mean she’s immune to the effects.

As all who lived through it, the Serf Rebellion (or Intratea Insurgency, as it is officially accounted in the WG sanctioned historical records), he’s not exactly communicative about what exactly happened there during those two wild years. Suffice to say, the memory demons that the conflict spawned reside deep within souls of all survivors. Every one of them tries to suppress the memories and experiences somehow, and Hei, well…

Hei decided that he’ll try to outrun them. Perhaps if he’ll fly and drive and run for long enough, the demons will lose their track, and vanish somewhere in history. Maybe if he’ll keep the banter going like when he was with the rest of the airwing, it will bring the rest of the crew back to life. Life will be like in the good old times.

History:
While he personally is very secretive about his past (or rather, simply doesn’t talk about it, despite the occasional effort to pry it out of him (in one case, quite literally)), everyone doing anything leaves behind indirect clues, whether they wish to or not. After the Insurgency was crushed, Eternity was flooded by revolutionaries, hoping to hide in the masses. As the trials with the more prominent leaders of the rebellion started, these hidden cells started to organize breakouts and raids on WG prisons. They hoped to rile up the Eternity’s lower classes for their fight, but the locals did not see their fight as their own, and ignored the pleas and agitations. WG and what remained of the Serfs clashed, and WG easily won. The revolutionaries was rounded up and promptly either locked up or summarily executed.

Heidryn is known to have arrived with the first waves of the rebels. This easily shows he was part of the rebellion. His age and his current work as a driver/pilot for hire, along with his clear proficiency in combat flying, tell he was part of the Serf Army. However, how did he avoid being caught with the remainder of the rebels during the final struggle to free the rebellion’s leaders is hard to explain. Perhaps he did not wanted to help, perhaps he was actively informing the WG on the rebels.

As for his even deeper past, its impossible to say. The public records of the Intraten Province were destroyed, along with half of the city, during the fighting. The man shows odd fondness for small corner-of-the-street sweetshops, and there is a citation and a paid fine for vandalism on two franchises of the chain restaurant corporation NutriGourm.

Weaponry/Abilities:
Does it have a steering wheel and/or piloting stick? Does it have wheels, fins or wings? Is the gas tank full, is the power core loaded up? Is there a pedal that can be slammed to the metal? Are there bomb bays, flip-out machine-guns or ostensibly mounted dorsal cannon?

If any of these can be answered with yes, then he’s your man.

History: Tertius was raised by his 'parents' Father Alpha and Mother Iota in what he later realized was a transhumanist cult. Obsessed with creating the perfect warrior, they sought to use technology to breed the perfect weapon. Tertius trained alongside his 'siblings' Primus, Secundus and Quatra, who were each trained and bred to excel in different methods of warfare. Except for a handful of training exercises, Tertius and his siblings rarely left their compound. Whenever they asked about the reason for their training, they only received vague answers about a nebulous enemy that must be defeated.

One day, without warning, the compound suddenly came under attack from the WGA. Tertius and Mother Iota managed to block off a corridor by collapsing it with explosives prepared in case of such an event. It was there that Mother Iota revealed that they had been betrayed, and she gave him a set of coordinates to a safehouse she had prepared and pointed him towards an escape tunnel, promising to buy him as much time as she could.

Tertius made it to the safehouse safely, and when he arrived, he found an agent of Serenity waiting for him. After a tense meeting, they got to talking, and the more Tertius began to learn about the world at large, the more he came to believe that the WGA was the great enemy he had been trained to fight. Tertius was unsure of what happened at the compound, as the media reported it as little more than a raid on a criminal gang, Tertius joined Serenity in their fight against the WGA, hoping to learn more about what happened to his family.

Weaponry:
-Twin Machine Pistols:
Tertius is skilled in a wide array of firearms and adjusts his armament according to the mission or situation, but prefers one-handed automatic firearms for their ability to fire upon multiple targets simultaneously. He wears autoloaders under his clothing to reload his weapons quickly and without having to use his hands.
-Shoulder Mounted Turret:
Mounted behind his left shoulder, Tertius has a small turret arm capable of independently targeting enemies or spotting/rangefinding at long distance. When not in use, it folds up behind his back. Tertius doesn't always wear his turret, and removes it between missions.

Powers: Although he was being conditioned to learn kenbunshoku haki, his training was only preliminary, and, being cut short, has no access to the powers.

Abilities:
-Cybernetics:
Tertius is 43% cybernetic and has been modified progressively throughout his life. His entire skeleton is reinforced, he is host to several augmented organs, including liver, lungs, heart and parts of his brain, and much of his left side is studded with a cybernetic framework that is presumably designed to host more upgrades. The programming used in the cybernetics is unique, and therefore difficult, but not impossible, to hack.
-Genetic Engineering:
Tertius' body is designed to withstand and keep up with his invasive and high performance cybernetics. He has enhanced reflexes, agility and awareness, and can perform mental mathematical equations swiftly and accurately like a calculator.
-Cult Combat Training:
Trained in the use of firearms, Tertius is frighteningly skilled with guns of all types, and uses firearms as a kind of martial art.

Other: His Alias is derived from someone's comment that he looked like the famous pirate Raymond Skalter. The increased density of his cybernetics renders him unable to swim.

Personality: A jaded Former WGA Assault Trooper she has seen her very world become a lie but her believes and foundations have remained sound. She was the very model of what the WGA claims to be and still does on the surface. A fairly laid back sort, she has a strong since of morals, justice, honor and willingness to help the Greater Good. Though that is not to say she is an icon of virture, foul mouthed at times, very informal, given to joking and generally friendly with others, she has a mean streak and doesn't shy away from violence.

However she can show a level of seriousness and ability to be expected of a soldier. However it should be noted she disposition towards the use of force in solving problems. Surprisingly friendly and even diplomatic, she is prone to enjoy charging off into battle for close combat, seemingly without fear. Seems unapologetic about her past and insists that some form of the WG is a necessity, though a broken and corrupted one in need of serious reformation.

Her lot being thrown in with the rebellion is more of out of necessity than an outright hatred for the government, though she admits readily it's in need of a purge and reformation. Kills without hesitation and does not show remorse to others who are armed in a conflict zone, or attempted to kill her at any rate. Shows some leadership qualities and tactical ability, typical of an NCO, but with some unorthodox additions of her own. Overall a Chaotic-Good Blood Knight.

History: An inhabitant of the Southern Sectors Slums Adelina's parents died early on in her life to the mysterious illness. Under the care of the State Orphanage, she was found rather susceptible to propaganda. Though alone for much of her life, Adelina seemed to be a firm believer in the World Government's stated goal, blaming much of the lack of progress in the other zones because of the ongoing military conflict. Which was the official announcement, given her unstable living conditions and the fact the orphanage was state owned, recruiters had ready access to the facility. Offering her two choices, option one was a small stipend and return to the slums she was native to, or Enlistment in the Armed Services, to preserve order, end corruption and protect the Citizens of the City.

Naturally most jumped at the later, including her. A good meal beat returning to an empty home. Being noted for outstanding Fitness scores and Political Loyalty the girl was placed into the WGA Training Academy, with a fast track into the NCO course. Observing an unnaturally high preference for violence and a lack of self preservation she was a natural for the Assault Trooper Corps. At the young age of seventeen she was graduated from the Academy at the top of her class and given the rank of Corporal.

For Valor and Service under fire against the Rebellion and Criminal Threats she was in quick order promoted to Sergeant, noted for her quick footwork and eagerness to charge in, she earned the Nickname Raptor, coupled with a visually distinctive paint job on her ballistic Mask. Assigned to a squad of her own with others who grew up much the same, she readily established herself among them. It seemed the WG could be fixed from within, not everyone in it was a mustache twirling jackass looking to make a buck.

Though that was when things took a sudden turn for the worse. On a random suppression mission to end a local Rebel Cell, Justice Units and the Internal Security Service attached observers to the Regiment. All the while the Troopers carried out their mission, storming houses and arresting the locals, no Rebels or weapons were ever found, the op was a crap shoot.

Or so they all thought, until orders began to filter down the comms, gunfire was heard from within structures, it was a massacre. Shaken by this as she came upon a home of Civilians, the young twenty year old Sergeant simply pretended to not hear the order, until a Justice Agent came up with more "loyal" soldiers than her Fire Team. Protesting the actions, she made it perfectly clear she would take this up with military command and see to it he received a court martial for Crimes against the People. Being escorted away by an Internal Security Agent, the pair got into a bit of a debate in which the Agent flaunted his authority and demanded she submit and retract her report, something that she refused.

Deciding there was no helping it, he had one option left. Drawing his side arm on her, the debate still did not go his way, execution it would be, even as her teammates tried to talk him out of it, the officer wouldn't hear of it. During this distraction and to preserve her own life, Adelina drew her own side arm as the man pulled his hammer back, a double bang would echo. But he was the one to fall..

After some debate and stress, the seven men and women could not throw their lot in with the rebels, as that would be against everything they stood for, against the very country they were destroying. But they knew a fair trail would not happen, the WG had corruption to it's core, they seen it often enough... Only a reformation through a purge could be possible.. They would keep the oaths they had sworn those many days ago. To Serve and to Protect.

Over the next several months the squad would now call themselves "Judgement" primarily working against criminals they also targeted corrupt WG Officials and Officers, waging a small war in the very same WGA gear they wore in service, with the materials and money they could steal from the ISS and Justice safe houses, waging a rather small war against the State, or rather to remove the most serious cancers from it. At every location they hit a list of charges would be left with evidence and citations of WG Law. But this could only go on for so long.

Finally cornered and pressed in the Assault Trooper Unit was finally cornered, they knew this day would come, that they were traitors... No, they never betrayed the State, the State had betrayed them. Fighting and dying to the last man and round, they never had a chance for victory. Three Dead, three badly wounded, she alone now with Shotgun in hand.. When Suddenly a flash.. Shutting her eyes, she opened them to see more flashes, though not aimed at her..

Serenity... The Rebels..

Finishing off the attacking unit, they made an offer that the remnants of Judgment could not refuse.. Medical care, safe passage and the ability to continue their mission..at the ranks they had held. Initially reluctant the unit knew they know longer had a choice, though only Adelina would take up a combat posting, the rest would become trainers once they healed, with a possible return to service. All she could do now was help the rebels shave away the cancer that had infected the State and just maybe, save what was still good in it.

Though it went without saying that their gear would need a bit of modification... Though one key item would remain as it always was..

Weaponry: Being an Assault Trooper, Adelina packs a somewhat considerable amount of weapons that nonetheless fit together in a sensible manner. The Following are typically included, but are not the only weapons she knows how to operate;

Model 9 WGA Arsenal Handgun: A Simple sidearm issued to NCO's and Officers alongside other production models, a fallback weapon with three Magazines of 12 rounds each typically carried. It's performance isn't unlike most pistols of the last few hundred years. (Visible somewhat on right hip)

Kalilennko Arms FK7 Assault Rifle: An intermediate round chambered automatic rifle. Renowned for it's firepower rather than it's accuracy, the FK7 is popular among Assault Infantry and Rebels, seeing use among both sides since it's inception over 200 years ago. An aging rifle that has stood the test of time given it's unfailing reliability and cheapness to produce. Typically Adelina carries 13, 30 round Magazines for the Rifle and considers it one of her primary weapons.

Raigar Arms Model 97 Shotgun: A pump-action 12 Gauge Shotgun, a modernized variant of a weapon made many years ago. Holding 6 rounds the 12 Gauge uses a mixture of slugs and buckshot rounds. Though other rounds have been made of all manner and purposes, Adelina does not have access to these as of yet. Typically carries a total of 24 rounds, with the shotgun holding 6 by default, a useful CQC weapon that she's been known to affectionately call the "Door Knocker." (Pictured in hands)

Tactical Assault Gear: While not a weapon it provides a useful amount of defense, consisting of body armor like that worn by the WGA but recolored, it has been modified slightly to save on weight at the cost of some protection. Her core is well protected from typical gunfire and blunt impacts, but the armor is not invincible. Of note is a Tactical Assault Mask from her Service in the WGA that coupled with her Tattoos and fighting style lead to the Nickname Raptor.

Powers: Adelina posses no powers, only her youth, extensive physical and military training and a iron will. Possesses no Cybernetic alterations, Assault Troopers were deemed to have a low life expectancy and gained primarily from the slums, the WG deemed them not profitable enough for immediate investment.

Abilities: WGA Assault Trooper Training, Other Military Training, basic first-aid, weapon maintenance.

Other: She is not Loyal to the WG so much as the people of her homeland. Her side pouch carries a first-aid kit, water and often times small bits of food, chiefly snacks, such as sweets, ration bars or jerky meat. She tends to hate loud music as it makes her head hurt, while she knows about explosives she's hesitant to use anything that isn't launched, given the unreliability of timers.

Likes cats though she would never want to know one, she also has a very high bounty on her head from the WGA, though it is not publicly posted for fear of more defections within the ranks. PERSONALITY


A soft-spoken young girl, often speaking in only a few words. Iris may be mistaken as shy and reclusive, something those close to her would find out otherwise. In truth, the teal-eyed girl simply doesn't feel the need to engage in verbal communication with strangers and even though she may appear to be daydreaming, she's actually performing complex functions in her cybernetic-altered mind. Obedient and diligent, Iris will meticulously perform orders with utmost efficiency. The more information and resources are given to her, the faster and better her work will be.

Her petite stature and young appearance hide a figure wise beyond their years, it isn't rare to find Iris discussing philosophy, culture, and history with fellow enthusiasts. Of course, she doesn't know everything, no one does, and it only fuels her immense curiosity to learn more about the world. An idealist at heart, she believes with enough effort, the world can be a better place. A naive dream of a young girl? Perhaps but behind those soft features lie a determinator who will give all it takes to fulfill her dreams.

Yes... all it takes as Iris has little qualms regarding deaths and casualties. Perhaps similar to a hardened veteran, she accepts that in order to overthrow the corrupt government, sacrifices must be made. She might be a dreamer but she is no delusional fool who believes victory can be achieved without costs. In a way, she might take on her 'creator''s ideals more than she realizes.

HISTORY


Aging, diseases, and death, why must be men shackled by such concepts? Why must we surrender to the workings of our flawed biological body? Humanity has entered the 30th century, wasn't it time we free ourselves from the bounds of our mortal form? Such were the questions pondered by the Professor, one of the geniuses in bioengineering in the fine 'jewel city' Eternity. He had a dream, a vision of utopia, where no man no longer needed to fear time, sickness, nor death. Surely if every man was granted such boons, there would no more segregation of classes, no more oppression, no more suffering.

How could we accomplish this? Surely there was no mythical Ambrosia or blessings from a higher being, no, but we can embrace the marvels of cybernetics. The foolish World Government Arms only focused on weapons and tools of destruction but augmentations could be so much more. He had the funds, the resources, the talent... all he needed was a clay in which he would sculpt. Acquiring an ideal subject from the lower districts under the nose of the WGA was costly but worth it. Yes, this young girl would be his masterpiece. Thus, the Professor began his work, his magnum opus,

Project: IRIS

Day 1
"...preparations are almost complete. Backup power generator operational, Stasis Tank stable, Operating Table and Equipment all accounted for, and Subject has been sedated. Project: IRIS shall commence in an hour. It would be painful, agonizing, even excruciating but in time, she would understand... one day, this would all be worth it..."

Day 30
"...Cybernetic implants installed in the Cerebrum, proceeding to the next phase, replacement of the spinal cord, bone marrow, and neural connections..."

Day 60
"...Augmentations of the spine completed, synchronization rate is optimal, artificial stem cells accepted by the body, control collar monitors Subject's vitals properly. It's time to wake her up.

P.S: I should call her something else than 'Subject'... I'll just name her Iris, after the project."


Day 61
"...Iris will be living with me from now, she appears to lose all long-term memories but retains basic motor skills, language, and kinesthetic experiences. No matter, she will be living as my 'daughter' from now on. I will continue to monitor her day-to-day activities."

Day 380
"...It has been a little more than a year since I first began the project. Iris has shown tremendous progress, learning concepts and knowledge faster than any students I have taught. Her body shows no signs of aging and she has never fallen sick. Have I done it? Have I finally created an ascended human? I must continue my observation."

Day 410
"...Iris, she... how can I explain this? She... accessed my home's network... through nothing but her mind. I couldn't believe it at first but facts don't lie, she's able to redraw a photo of mine I saved on my computer even though I never showed her. How could this be possible? My initial hypothesis is that she has a latent power, one of the gifted... and her augmentations must have awakened and amplified this gift. Due to this development, I... I am not sure if I can publish this research, the WGA will only use her as a weapon."

Day 440"
"...I have decided, I can't keep her here, sooner or later, the WGA will find out and if they must, I want her to be prepared. She is my masterpiece, my precious, my... daughter. There is no one else who can take her in but 'Serenity'. I know this is a big risk but rather them than the corrupted government. Perhaps, it is meant to be, you will shatter the status quo, one way or another. In time, Iris, you will open their eyes."

Neural Interface: Through a combination of her inherent powers and cerebral implants, Iris is basically a living supercomputer. As long as there are viable connections, she's able to remotely access various technological devices, including but not limited to, automatons, automatic doors, computer networks, and cybernetic augmentations of other individuals. Having basically been 'reborn' with this power due to the memory reset, this power comes naturally to her as if moving her own arm.

Of course, this also means she's vulnerable to counter-hacking attempts, hostile programs, and using it too much can strain her nervous systems. Also, similar to all cybernetic-augmented individuals, EMPs would be her bane, in fact, it's arguably worse since her life depends on them. If her augmentations are completely disabled, she very much runs the risk of dying.

Biological Immortality: Most of her spine has been replaced by artificial augmentations, including a reservoir that regulates engineered stem cells. The cells ward off the effect of natural aging, diseases, and greatly increase healing rate. However, that's where it ends, she possesses no superhuman endurance or strength, a bullet to the head or enough blunt force trauma will kill her just like any other young girl.

Abilities:
  • Eidetic Memory due to her augmented brain.
  • Talented Artist, combined with her excellent memory, able to redraw sketches of faces and locations accurately.

Other:
  • The collar-like device around her neck is actually part of her body, removing it will also take her head, obviously killing her.
  • Has a soft-spot for fellow augmented humans in which she will always find out due to her ability.
  • Her eyes slightly glow when using her powers.
